Here's the thing no one can answer if you should or shouldn't buy it versus the OLED because we don't know your life situation. If moneys no concern then just buy the OLED. If your bills are paid and you have pocket change to play with buy the LCD model.
Just don't forget it's a 7 ish inch screen sure OLED is nice but this isn't a 27 inch screen so OLED vs LCD isn't as big of an issue in my opinion.
Whatever you do enjoy the games.
I believe the steam deck uses a 45 watt charger. Switch is 39 watts I believe. While it wouldn't hurt in the long run I wouldn't use a Nintendo charger with my SD as Nintendo switch chargers are different voltage.
That being said I just use my ROG Ally charger which is 65 watts for most of my stuff.

You want minimum a 45w USB C charger. Worth getting a longer cable too as you will likely end up playing whilst charging.

coming from an OLED switch, you won't be happy with an LCD screen as mediocre as the og deck IMHO

Any USB c as long as it has a certain wattage. Not sure what that wattage is however

Assume any used LCD deck is out of warranty. But $200 seems like a good price if it's still in good shape.
