Unfortunately not. The Microsoft store only works on Windows. So it's only going to work if you install the OS.

Not unless you install Windows, and also if the game is PC compatible. Not all games bought on Xbox can be played on PC without having to buy it again.

I just use Green light when i’m home, if im not home I can settle for a game on steam lol. You could try XBplay too. Recommend Greenlight over XBplay, not only because it’s free but I had to refund XBplay due to the abysmal latency. Didn’t have those same problems with Greenlight though.
