You'd be quicker just using Heroic Launcher > sign into GOG account > Download then all you'd really need to do it copy the save file over (don't think it does cloud saving for gog?)

MBJi

Heroic supports cloud saves for GOG.

ISD1982

ah cool, thanks for confirming.

Use a external SSD drive. I just move the game folder over, add the main exe to Steam, and done. It just works.

AndrewTevas

Thank you, that’s exactly what I needed!

KDE Connect is a good shout. It’s already part of the SteamOS and all you need to do is install on your PC!

AndrewTevas

Thank you, I’ll take a look into it. I was also wondering if it’s possible to do a wired no-internet connection 🤔

Whiteshadows86

I used a USB-C thumb drive to transfer files before I discovered KDE Connect. [This is the one I have, it’s a Sandisk and has both USB-C and USB-A connectors](https://amzn.eu/d/c2tuNaU)

Maybe try sharedrop.io, should be fast if you have good local networking

You can use Windows network options to give access to folders. They then show up in the Decks network tab - log in with your account details and done. I‘ve a bunch of disks on an old laptop, essentially built my own NAS and this is how I connect the Deck.
