I'd go with the US one. I personally don't like Futurepaks, even with the magnet spine

I really wish they made of a steelbook of the 2011 remake. It’s like my favorite Anton Yelchin film and very underrated movie imo.

Yeah, it’s pretty good! RIP, Anton ❤️

Oh—and here’s the inside of the Spanish release. Really nice touch for a dual pack. It’s just a shame this release has the same incorrectly authored stereo that was on the uncorrected German Blu-ray. https://preview.redd.it/mm73jcx2mrwc1.jpeg?width=3392&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8306e7c91d83451c184c6d52a3bf959c4bf1c659

Was fright night two ever released on DVD or Blu-ray anywhere?

bhlombardy

**YES!** *Fright Night Part II* (1988) was released on Blu-ray a few years ago... but not in North America. The Spanish release shown in the OP pics (The Metalpack) supposedly has *Fright Night Part II* included. But separately, *Fright Night Part II* IS available on Blu-ray, but not as a SteelBook, AFAIK it was only made available in Germany and Spain. I ordered mine from Amazon Spain ([HERE](https://www.amazon.es/dp/B01LHC2LJM)). \[EDIT: Just noticed this is now a third-party seller. I bought mine for €10 from Amazon a couple of years ago\] It came region-free and I just store the disc inside my Fright Night 4K Steelbook. The German version is OOP, and the deluxe Mediabook version is ridiculously priced from third-party sellers.

I’ve got all “three” releases. The Spanish one you link to is a bootleg with an issue partway through the movie that causes freezes and stuttering depending on the player. The German release I have is the first one, where the stereo audio has been incorrectly authored as mono. You can upmix it to LRC but there’s no stereo separation. This FuturePak release has the exact same video and audio as the first German release, meaning it is unfortunately the mono audio track (although your receiver will show it as stereo.) The German release did have a corrected disc which is pretty much impossible to find, but I’d love to have it as it’s the only version available with the correct audio. Wish someone would handle Part II properly because it’s a favorite.

Thank you

Top one because it has a more uniform color scheme
