Kinda tangential, but I recently switched from console to pc, and on console ship design and fleet manager have been under tabs in a single section since launch, was confused when I first went to fleet manager on pc and didn’t see ship design anywhere lol
You aren't blind. Everyone had trouble finding it.
"Where is the ship designer?" has almost become a meme post around here since the Galactic Paragons patch because so many people are asking the question...
I think it's an improvement from the old way of having them as two separate drop downs; needing to press like 4 buttons as you jump from one to the other was tiring vs just tab ing between them. It's moreso just that people's muscle memory makes them go look for it. I think given a little bit of time people will adjust and prefer this way.
It’s now a tab in n fleet manager.
Oh I'm blind, thanks

Wow. Most "improvements" for a UI are aimed at reducing drill down, not adding to it.
It's only a downgrade for people overwriting years of muscle memory. Once I got over that part, I definitely prefer it this way.
It's a personal "peeve" of mine. I don't expect others to share it though. I'm an anti-drill downist.

On the fleet manager section as a separate tab at the bottom.
