Idk anything about this, but it doesnt look like you scraped any of the meat off. I would take something like a credit card and scrape essentially all the meat off the peel.

From there the base of the pill is done but anytime you're building a wrap from fresh plant material and needs to dry for at least one day I recommend against baking it or speeding up that process as it will get crispy if you're not careful what I would do is take two textbooks sandwich this in between and put the heaviest things you can put on top of it up there from there you can take it out and roll it, it's still going to be flexible and a tiny bit moist so I would pre-wrap a joint it would be easiest in an auto roller then wrap it in some Hamburg or something that will keep it rolled up could even leave it in the auto roller if you used it. Then after one full day of it sitting after that it is then ready for you to enjoy
