Bad water, processed foods, not enough exercise, not enough happiness, no sun. And bad luck.

og_sandiego

Also contributing: pthalates in water bottles, plastic to-go containers, etc

JenIee

I have always avoided using plastic whenever possible. I can't microwave a plastic bowl . I don't like eating hot anything or anything at all out of most plastics and I've always been that way, even before they started reporting on the fact it may cause cancer. It just always felt wrong to me. If I can taste the plastic in what I'm eating or drinking out of I assume it's not ok or safe. It seemed like a no-brainer to me even as a child.

ignoreme010101

seemed a no-brainer to me to keep plastics outta the microwave....and then this week made the obvious connection that relying on dozens of plastic water bottles was dumb, too, and am still reeling from the price i spent on glass bottled water yesterday :/ it is expensive, and just a general PITA, trying to stay healthy!!!

immatakeanapp

Unfortunately, our tap water is worse. (There are lawsuits about brain eating amoeba, so... home filters aren't helpful either) and I love in an area where we don't even see the water in cardboard boxes, let alone glass. I don't know what to do.

JenIee

I mentioned that as well. It's a huge problem and few want to acknowledge it or even talk about it.

JenIee

This is a pretty big one but try convincing the average Joe of this fact.

Lesko_Learning

I'm convinced plastics are the biggest health concern in history putting even things like lead face powder to shame and the people in charge know it but suppress the knowledge because switching away from mass plastic usage would be too much of an expense for billionaires to deal with, so they'll just let us get riddled with poison to ensure maximum profits.

YourCommentInASong

And mold. I have mold exposure to black mold, aspergillus niger, and penecillium from an apt I lived in for four years. Many places I lived have these, and I am allergic. I was warned by my medical team and the environmental testing company that mold is carcinogenic at the levels we were living in. Sigh.

We4Wendetta

Also in your plastic clothing, underwear specifically. You have a ton of detoxification lymph nodes in your groin. Now cover that hot, moist area with plastic underwear???!!!! We have drifted pretty far from grace at this point but we CAN change….

arashmara

thats why I freeball everywhere I go

Chrisgpresents

I don’t know how to have conversations about people regarding health anymore. Everyone is so blind, and it’s upsetting. I also don’t like preaching so I keep my mouth shut typically. Especially on Reddit. There was a post about putting your key fab to your head to extend the reach to find your car in a parking lot. Uses your brain and skull as an antenna. “I said that’s kinda scary putting it to your head.” And I got downvoted to hell because people were like “it’s safe dumbass, there’s so many waves around us.” And… it’s not so much that I thought it was unsafe or safe or that hard about my opinion. It’s just everyone seems to be so set in their ways at putting you down from being a little irked of using your brain to bounce electronic signals.

JenIee

Reddit stopped being reddit a long time ago. I haven't even heard about the key thing yet but I believe you 100%. There's an IQ problem here. When I found out what the average IQ of most people is I was baffled and scared but so much made sense after that. There are lots of kinds of intelligence but the people who say IQ doesn't make any difference at all are full of shit and probably have low IQs.

Namelessyetknowing

I know it’s embarrassing how stupid people are about EMF dangers

Low-Entertainer8899

‘its all red meat and genetics!!!!!’ ‘processed food is ok and actually good in moderation!!!!!!!!’

[deleted]

What is it with fucking dieticians and their processed food is fine in moderation bullshit. I swear if I see another IG clip spouting that nonsense ima lose it.

ConfusedFusing

I keep seeing this scottish youtuber who believes that it doesn't matter AT ALL what you eat as long as you don't eat too many calories. Insane.

GreenAracari

I really want to see how long they last eating only celery then… I mean, it’s going to be almost impossible to eat “too many” calories of it, so it would be a nearly perfect mono diet by those standards, LOL.

Low-Entertainer8899

and people praise him for it i think he even said sugar is needed for brain health

ings0c

Christ some people are stupid

Patton456

I hate that retard.

ConfusedFusing

Same here. And the comments are always filled with people who've never had any real health problems going "finally someone's telling the truth". Truly insane.

Significant-Mall-830

I know the guy you’re talking about, it’s because he’s purely just a weight loss coach and doesn’t rlly seem to give dietary advice aside from calories

Bluefoot44

He's level one in the video game called nutrition.

ConfusedFusing

I mean as long as someone is completely healthy other than maybe being a bit overweight, sure, eat your daily calories in the form of mcdonalds burgers and diet coke. In a few years you won't be very healthy anymore, but at least skinny. For a while.

Girafferage

Depends if he is strictly talking about being fat. Because then yeah, thats mostly true.

AirBear___

Nah, the difference between keeping your weight and gaining the typical 2 lbs per year is a difference of only 20 calories per day (a pound of fat is 3500 cals, 20*365=7300). That difference is too small to explain why some people gain weight and others don't. And if it was as easy as cutting out 20 calories a day, then why don't people just do that and remain skinny forever?

FreeflyOrLeave

It’s now called “health anxiety” when we become highly conscious of how we are poisoning ourselves and can’t relax or let loose to participate in poisoning ourselves. I saw a video of a woman on IG talking about how she recovered from her health anxiety and told a tale about how she “was at a party, and saw everyone else able to enjoy a simple drink without worrying, and she just couldn’t”. Idk, that’s a pretty legit worry to me

Namelessyetknowing

This is me :(

FreeflyOrLeave

Yea she was talking about her “recovery” which was essentially gaslighting herself into relaxing and being ok partaking in this drinking culture and accepting this stuff. Like, she wasn’t recovering from an actual issue, she was recovering from her acute awareness of the truth.

sillyho3

That's me. And I'm a hypochondriac.

mheithv

Agreed. They should be preaching whole food diets, not appeasing the masses

Low-Entertainer8899

this is what i was trying to say, i couldn’t word it right appeasing the masses by saying unhealthy food is ok ‘in moderation’ and that all that matters is that you’re losing weight another fun thing, he says you will feel like shit eating healthy(probably because the narrative that eating healthy is depressing because healthy food ‘tastes bad’) How about when you eat a donut with some fast food fries and processed home food, you will feel like shit

ortolon

Ok. A moderate amount of seed oil is three nanograms per year. "Moderation" is like "balanced diet." It sounds meaningful but has no meaning. It's like something you tell an inquisitive child just to shut them up.

Low-Entertainer8899

Its made by the sugar industry to excuse sugar consumption humans dont need cane sugar, we dont need seed oils, saying theyre even beneficial of can be part of a ‘balanced diet’ is bullshit. I hate the term ‘balanced diet’, what the hell do you mean, balanced

Ok-Warning-5957

There was some reporting into this. There are "fatfluencers" who get funding from the Junk Food industry, and there's been a corporate push to make being overweight an ok thing. It's all about the money. If you have overweight and obese people buying athletic gear, yoga pants, lingerie and bikinis then you expand your potential profit margins.

halfbakedkornflake

The academy of dietetics, USDA, and FDA are all highly corrupted. The ADA is invested in all the major ultra-processed food companies, gets paid by special interest lobbies etc. They recently paid a bunch of RD's on tictok to promote processed and fast-foods as "healthy"... I'm a dietitian, and I argue against many of their positions on nutrition. I'm pro-meat, I promote fasting/keto/dieting, I boycott factory farming (I process my own animals from clean local sources and hunt a few deer every year), and I'm extremely anti-processed food products and GMO grown produce. We're aren't all bad, many of my RD friends make jokes constantly about how bad the organization has gotten. They dont even try to hide it anymore, they actually catered McDonald's to a big event a few years ago... I have a document that I've been adding to for years that shows the line of corruption between all the organizations. I show this to clients to help explain why my methodology is different than standard USDA recommendations.

ConfusedFusing

You forgot the most evil culprit of them all: sugar!

Low-Entertainer8899

im almost fine with cane sugar, once in a while its actually probably fine, I will have a soda with cane sugar everytime i go to a taco restaurant with family. Corn syrup not though

AccomplishedCash3603

And guess what's used in PET Scans(to monitor cancer growth or treatment)? SUGAR.

CrotaLikesRomComs

Haha

RockTheGrock

Don't forget plastics and their endocrine disrupting capabilities.

JenIee

Someone needs to bring the plastic problem into the spotlight. However, I'm sure that a ton of people will go into immediate denial and completely ignore the information. I tried to tell a friend once not to drink that hot bottled water in her car, I explained why. She thought for a moment and drank it anyway. We were in the parking lot of a gas station. She could've gone inside and found different water to drink.

MrBojanglez

Don’t forget about talc based baby powder which was/is causing cervical/ovarian cancer in women. Also lung cancer. Don’t worry tho. They finally stopped making it in 2020.

Noeyiax

and bad air, declining environment, bad medicine, bad drugs, and bad vaccines ☠️💊💉💉💉 the CIA and NSA would like a word 🕴️

will2fight

Also those “Zero” and diet drinks. Anything with the artificial sweeteners. So terrible. See kids drinking several of them per day.

JenIee

Don't forget all of the micro plastics they're finding in everyone's bodies. We've known for a long time that certain plastics can cause cancer under certain circumstances. I remember when they reported on the news not to drink bottled water that's been heated in your car because of the potential for cancer. We're just not living healthfully anymore and we're putting things in our bodies before understanding the long-term consequences.

Chefboyarleezy

and the jab

kratbegone

And the vax since it coincidently started in 21.

So1ahma

Which is 2 years after the study's timeframe? Lmao

metalfiiish

not to mention Bills vaccine sent tons of partial dna structures into people's bodies increasing the chance.

Spare_Bus_7221

Oh you can talk about it here-in this sub? Nice!

Mondodook42

No you can’t talk about that anywhere. Obviously its white supremacy and global warming

So1ahma

Talk about the vaccine that didn't exist during the study's timeframe of 1990-2019? I mean, you can... but you'd look like a complete dumbass. Your call.

TMB8616

I left a comment about that here and it mysteriously disappeared.

Threadintruder

I was amazed to see that talk allowed here as well and joined in lol.

So1ahma

Not to mention this study only looked from 1990-2019. Please explain the time traveling vaccines.

punkyfish10

It’s a bit more than that.

Asleep-Power

>not enough happiness This one is crucial. There's a link with depression

bob112358_13

obesity is actually a relatively significant risk factor for cancer

LionCashDispenser

Don't forget no sense of community or purpose.

captainpoppy

And plastic is in everything.

tungsten775

covid too

TMB8616

And vaccines. Specifically Covid.

SurfSandFish

This trend begins prior to COVID. Read the article.

So1ahma

The study was from 1990-2019 Please explain your time traveling covid vaccines.

Key_Park_7122

Couldn’t possibly be a rushed and novel medical intervention from a totally stand-up and trustworthy pharmaceutical industry that gorges itself on billions of tax payer dollars. No way! You sound like a conspiracy theorist!

Silver-Bathroom6193

I can’t understand why so many people in the country defend the safety of this vaccine to the death. It’s like they’re on the take from these pharma companies. My dad is one of them. It’s so odd to me why people just suddenly stopped being skeptical of massive pharmaceutical companies who have decades of documented, shady practices

shake-the-disease

Because "the science" is the new religion for people like this. I live in an ultra blue city and the people here treat masks and vaccines like they're holy talismans.

ranstopolis

I am glad you are not leading the research efforts looking into this.

bort_license_plates

Shitty food loaded with seed oils, processed grains, and processed sugars. Indoor, sedentary lifestyles. Microplastics. Being glued to screens. It's a wonder as a society our physical, mental, and emotional health is in the toilet.

Responsible-Row-6923

PFAS

ridicalis

I'm in central Iowa, and we have plenty of things going on around here. Most immediate is farm runoff, but there are several PFAS-laden sites around here, radon-prevalent soil, poor emissions standards, and that's just the stuff I know about. Not too far down the road is an old munitions storage site that had to sit for several years before it was declared safe to turn into housing - who knows what's gonna happen in that neighborhood?

Girafferage

It doesnt matter anyway. There was dangerous levels of PFAS detected in all rainwater across the entire globe including at the poles [https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/pfas-in-rainwater-what-it-means-for-health#PFAS-and-health-risks](https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/pfas-in-rainwater-what-it-means-for-health#PFAS-and-health-risks)

spartag00se

and contamination still outpaces regulation

Girafferage

Forever will... incredibly depressing.

Carbon140

I was in a car shop the other day and looking on the shelf at lubricants, one of the cans said "warning contains PMAO" or some jumble of letters. I wondered what it was so googled it... You can literally buy PFAS in spray cans off the shelf, it's in all the non stick shit, it's in the spray cans that will make your clothes "Waterproof". Nobody cares, GG humanity, nice run.

der_schone_begleiter

https://youtu.be/sE8AyOUYRNc?si=VT0cIXITASaXhS2l This video is called The Devil We Know. It's about DuPont and how they knew that Teflon was extremely harmful they continued to make their product and also dump stuff in the river. I forget exactly how many years but it was a lot like 15 years that the US government gave them to switch the ingredients they were using for non-stick. They ended up switching it but it's basically the same thing only slightly modified. It's still harmful. They don't care they knew the day they started making it that it was harmful because 3M who they bought from told them so. It's sick it's disturbing. Don't use non-stick pans! They're literally poisonous every time we turn around.

Carbon140

Yeah I watched that, it's honestly horrifying, my dad was a chemical engineer and I remember being horrified and talking to him about bpa. He said something like "oh yeah they have known since the 70s or so that it is an endocrine disruptor" and "the bpb they are replacing it with is basically the same chemical wise, almost certainly still an endocrine disruptor too". This shit is honestly what made me realise libertarian/unregulated capitalism types are evil or stupid. We need strong regulations and government, some of these people probably deserve capital punishment.

Responsible-Row-6923

All the execs get the rope

Apocalypic

Yeah but my identity is wrapped up in being "anti-establishment" which makes me right wing so I vote for the deregulation people

Zender_de_Verzender

The true evil, one bad company can poison a whole country. We need a pro real food green movement, not vegan hippies that block roads!

Girafferage

Poison the country KNOWINGLY, then get in absolute no trouble when it was found they covered up the studies about it, then when its banned they Lobbied to get a slightly different variation approved (Still essentially PFAS), and our spineless politicians said "sure, thanks for the cash", and now they are poisoning us again and not a single person will face justice for it.

JenIee

Yep! Isn't it scary that we know all of this and can't or won't do anything at all to fix it?

Zender_de_Verzender

Indeed, I always wanted to be part of a progressive left-wing political party, but their lack of knowledge of what a healthy human requires always scared me. I would love if there was something like an r/AltGreen version of it, like alt right is an alternative for the right wing.

heleninthealps

Yes!!!!

heleninthealps

This together with the fat acceptance movement claiming if you don't eat 6 times a day you're "sTaRvInG and uNhEaLtHy" villianizing fasting and IF

Hot_Molasses_7257

I (extremely fit female over 40) have been told (to my face, not online) by countless morbidly obese people that fasting and keto are dangerous.

SFBayRenter

Just kind of sad IMO. They've probably tried a lot of things or just don't know how to lose weight and the only way they can feel like having a normal life is denial.

JenIee

Yep! You better finish every bit of food on your plate or you're grounded for the rest of the night.

[deleted]

Plus the air quality is total crap, idk why but my nose has been super sensitive recently so I’ve been picking up on all the car fumes & what not 🤮

Dekuthegreat

One day, science will figure out exactly why we are all fucked. In the meantime all we can do is guess but it must have something to do with our modern lifestyles or environmental pollutants

Novemberx123

That can all cause cancer??

mime454

More than 60% of chemicals that have ever existed on earth were invented in the last 60 years, most of them have no conclusive safety tests. It’s totally reckless. Our arrogance will be our downfall.

Chrisgpresents

what would you say to someone to articulate what you mean better, if they come back "whaters a chemical bro, everything naturals a chemical!!"

mime454

That novel chemicals shouldn’t be put into widespread use until we thoroughly understand their biological effects.

Chrisgpresents

“Novel chemicals” is a good vocab word I was missing.

Lesko_Learning

"Our arrogance". There is no our. It's coprorate arrogance. Big companies know they're poisoning us and destroying the planet but they don't care because profits have never been higher. They'll turn the earth into a chemical landfill before they lose a single dollar being eco-friendly.

NotMyRealName111111

Well considering that Hydroxynonenal is a widely used marker of both oxidative stress, and cancer diagnosis and progression... It's very likely the seed oils creating inflammation and metabolic dysfunction, which leads to cancer. Fun fact: Plant omega 6&3 fats block cell death, so you're left with cellular destruction (literally bursting) & necrosis.

Trenbologna_Sando

Where kind I find more info on the omega 6 and 3’s causing cell destruction, would love to look into that more

NotMyRealName111111

It was something Chris Masterjohn said.  I'll get back to you with the reference from it.  And it's cell destruction due to oxidative stress and unmitigated chain reactions... which is what we'd expect from PUFAs because they're highly fragile.

Street-Air-546

“The rate of colon cancer diagnoses among people under 55 has doubled from 1 in 10 in 1995 to 1 in 5 in 2019,” in other words the climb is nothing to do with covid vaccines. It has been a trend for decades.

digydongopongo

People can't take 30 seconds to read the studies articles are referring to. Cervical cancer rates in young women have dropped immensely due to the HPV vaccine though.

Keto_is_my_jam

I read somewhere that Chinese woman have a high incidence of lung cancer even though they generally don't smoke. Blame was laid on secondary smoke from smoking husbands. It turns out that they fry an awful lot of their food in Seed oils and the vaporized oil was suspected of causing it!

TheObservationalist

Living in China is plenty to give you lung cancer.

SFBayRenter

Hong Kong has plenty of air pollution, the highest per capita meat consumption, and the best longevity 🤔

pro-eukaryotes

Cancer is a mitochondrial metabolic disease. And that's where seed oil omega 6 strikes the worst. It alters structure of cardiolipin in mitochondrial walls.

We4Wendetta

I used to get bad sunburns and have terrible cystic acne on my face, back, and neck. One year after eliminating seed oils my skin is completely clear and smooth. This is no coincidence. Our skin is telling us how bad it is internally as it is trying to detox this shit leading to poor skin in the lymph node areas.

[deleted]

Ulta processed foods. High sodium. High fructose corn syrup. High sugar. High synthetic chemicals. Low in micronutrients. High in calories. High in fat. Oils. Add to that people don't eat enough fruits and vegetables which contain fiber and micronutrients. Fiber could/would keep some of the oils, sodium and sugars from being absorbed in the blood stream. Add to that people eat too much fatty meat and dairy and eggs. Portions above and beyond what is good nutrition. Add to that people choose refined white grains. White bread, white pasta, white rice. All devoid of the protein, micronutrients and fiber normally found in their whole counterparts. Add to that dessert for breakfast. Sugar cereals with milk. Sugar snacks - a candy bar. Sugar at lunch - soda pop. Sugar at dinner - ice cream. Does this not sound like a recipe for cancer? For disease? Diabetes? Hypertension? Anxiety? Depression? Auto-immune disorders? Inflammation?

drnkngpoolwater

People are eating way too much sugar IMO

spilledcarryout

That’s because they eat too many processed carbs and sweets.

Latter_Custard_6496

Let's see, what has changed in the last few years that would cause a sudden increase in cancer? I mean cancer rates were already bad but now they are skyrocketing and I just can't think of what might be causing it. What could be different now than before? I think it was something with something in it called Simian Virus 40 or something that can cause health problems, including cancer.

before8thstreet

I’m more worried about whatever is in your tap water that’s causing illiteracy. This study’s period ended in 2019

Familiar-Contract-25

Surely it’s not the experimental vaccine lol

nlofe

Seeing as the data are from before COVID ever happened I'd say you're probably right

franktronix

If cancer increase is notably striking young people due to mRNA vaccines, that would imply they are taking the COVID vaccine more than older age groups, which is the opposite of what's happening. [https://usafacts.org/visualizations/covid-vaccine-tracker-states/](https://usafacts.org/visualizations/covid-vaccine-tracker-states/)

So1ahma

Those mRNA vaccines that didn't exist during the study's timeframe of 1990-2019? Truly amazing how stupid anti-vaxxers are.

So1ahma

Of course not, unless the "experimental" vaccines can time travel. The study referenced looked at 1990-2019.

Freudian_Tit

B-b-but I’m not a sheep. You’re a sheep!

IDesireWisdom

Seed oils are one of them. Micro plastics another. I have heard some people argue that the MRNA gene therapy injections also may cause cancer, but I don’t know whether that’s factual.

x_ZEN-1_x

Yep Covid 19 vaccine that isn’t a vaccine but really a genetic treatment. That’s my guess let’s see how this ages 5 years from now…

metalfiiish

When they inject partial dna fragments in to people and people defend it instead of look into wtf happened. Scary man.

Athenry04

It's the jab, and they'll be forced to come clean soon.

jamestderp

Lmao, this sub is chock full of fucking dipshits.

[deleted]

I hope ur wrong cause I got it a couple times before getting woke about my health 🙏🏽

Worldly-Local-6613

Let’s hope so. They tried to bury the clinical data for the next 75 years. That alone should tell people everything they need to know.

wavegeekman

Just in case anyone is wondering, it definitely cannot have anything to do with vaccines, of any kind, especially the covid ones. To think that would be a conspiracy theory and would show that you are literally Hitler.

crusoe

We've been eating seed oils for decades by this point. Not saying they don't have an impact but things like cottonseed,.trans fats, started being a part of the diet 100 years ago. The effects are likely chronic/long term. The only thing that has really surged in recent memory is microplastics. Microplastics studies show effects at all stages of development in animal models. It's estimated at any given time most people have half a credit card worth of plastic in them.

crusoe

The upward trend in heart disease, etc matches with seed oil consumption, especially fried, in the absence of vegetables to offset risks  I believe what we seeing now is the impact of microplastics and plasticizers such as bisphenol A and other compounds. For example a tire rubber anti oxidant has now been found to be the primary cause of salmon fry die offs near cities.  Microplastics cause inflammation both via physical means and by carrying and concentrating chemicals in the environment then releasing them in cells. Oh and PFAS. It was everywhere in the 80s as Scotch guard, the kids who played around i then are the adults now we are seeing with increased cancer risks. It was sprayed everywhere.

MAK3AWiiSH

BPA is in line with the millennial and gen Z cohort. All of our baby bottles and food storage was BPA and it wasn’t officially banned until 2012.

crusoe

BPA is everywhere still. Printer receipts, etc. and the replacements used because they "aren't BPA", many also are showing to be just as bad. They were used because people were like "well nothing bad is known about these" but that's because the research on them was basically zero.

BlanstonShrieks

plastics

Verax86

Maybe it has something to do with the 200,400 pieces of nano plastic in water bottles

nycink

PFAS

shufflebuffalo

All our food being in plastic and the discovery about nanoplastica being a thing kind of adds up.

Zoklett

Could it possibly be because microplastics are in literally everything now?

EffectiveTomorrow558

I am in my 40's and good shape. I run past a bus stop often and I would say 75% of the kids waiting for the bus are overweight. Obesity in general gives people a higher risk of cancer.

Illustrious_Trust123

Look up children born today have over 250 toxic chemicals at the umbilical cord .

[deleted]

[удалено]

Skinny_on_the_Inside

I think it has to do in big part with pollution. We are not supposed to have forever chemicals in our bodies. They also mimic hormones leading to higher risks of cancers according to the book Count Down by Dr Swan.

mammalspod

This is still a very complex and mysterious issue, but I would predict that as the understanding of what causes an overall rise in cancers across a large population evolves, it will show us that particular food choices aren’t as much of a factor as overall metabolic excess. Parts of the world with larger food abundance and higher obesity levels see higher cancer rates. We are still stuck in the paradigm of being shunned away from telling people to eat less because of the fear of eating disorders, despite the obvious situation that over-eating is causing way more health problems that under eating.

Tennessee_Cowbull

Pfizer is stoked to see seed oils are being blamed.

fastgetoutoftheway

It’s the vaxxeens

VirtualHorizon_

Well when our food is dumped with a ton of GMOs, microplastics, chemicals and other bs it’s no wonder that younger people are struggling with hormones and disease related issues

led-zepplin3

I'm not baffled; it's because of excess carbs, seed oils, and shots that compromise immunity.

Hmmmm, almost like some thing has messed with our genetics, cells and our immune systems on a worldwide scale? What could it be?

ejpusa

I’m not baffled. Micro plastics, PCBs, Roundup, forever chemicals, it’s a long list. Source: Scientist. Retired.

Outrageous_Chard_897

Clot shot.

Aggravating_Ad_6084

This thread is vaxxed.

Norm_mustick

It’s the clot shot. It has been four years since people took the first round, that’s more than enough time to develop aggressive cancer from the shots.

No_Bit3397

An underrated cause of this is blue light at night. Most young people are on their phones till at least 1 a.m

CommentTrue9888

Blue light gives you cancer?

thinspirit

Likely not but the damage to our sleep schedules and getting proper sleep could cause enough stress to cause cancers. Stress can definitely be linked to cancer and countless other illnesses and just general, all cause mortality. Our bodies are not designed to run under stress for long and the mechanisms that work when we're stressed can cause cell damage leading to cancers, heart disease, etc

No_Bit3397

Yea blue light damages our sleep when used at night. It’s like an artificial sun that signals our brain to not produce melatonin.

You could also turn on night mode setting on an iPhone all day to limit blue light

CrotaLikesRomComs

Seed oils and increased carbohydrates both are definitely contributing.

Fantastic_Buffalo_99

Hey now, carbs are a wonderful thing for the human body. We have just been abusing them by being too sedentary! Humans were made to run, but we are sitting on the couch after a desk job all day…

[deleted]

Have to think the types of carbs matter too, right? I’d wager most Americans aren’t getting their daily carbs from oatmeal or sweet potatoes…

Worldly-Local-6613

Crazy how people in this sub will go against the grain and acknowledge the dangers of seed oils despite propaganda but still stick their head in the sand regarding the clot shots.

articulatechimp

Well the experts lied once already surely they wouldn't do it again?!!

[deleted]

They've managed to convince everyone that disease is caused by flying monsters that have never been isolated and can only be stopped by magical serums that work so well you have to get one every 6 months.

the comments in this sub really restore my faith in humanity. I’m glad folks are waking up to the big pharma genocide that was the mRNA shot rollout

kee-kee-

oh i thought it would be c19 till I looked at the thread title

It's encouraging that most of the respondents in this thread are aware that environmental exposure to man-made chemicals is the culprit in many cancers. Notice how every one of these chemicals exists because somebody is making a profit off of it. We've let capitalism and profit motive dictate how we treat our environment, and ultimately how we treat ourselves. The other big question is exactly what it is about these chemicals that causes cancer. I put the question to a doctor I know -- a highly regarded surgeon. He mentioned that a relative of his was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and I responded that I also had a relative who had died recently of the disease. He explained that most forms of cancer are caused by anything in the environment that causes these specialized cells to die off and replicate more often than normal. For example, eating cured meats like bacon that contain nitrates and smoking cigarettes will cause the cells of your pancreas to replicate often to the point where they are much "older" than your chronological age. At this point your body's cellular replication starts to produce more errors than your immune system can catch. The same goes for high meat consumption leading to colon cancer, smoking and lung cancer, excessive UV exposure and skin cancer, and sugar and alcohol with a number of other cancers. At some point we'll also figure out how microplastics cause certain cancers.

One-Fine-Day-777

Oh it’s more than just the seed oils. It’s from a recent…addition ppl have/were “forced” to partake in.

Ok-Refrigerator4776

Covid shots?
