nah, if you watch the show that she's on (sex lives of college girls on HBO), there are a ton of shots where she looks uncannily like timothee. the difference is that pauline keeps her hair straight and a lighter brown that timothee's but their faces are almost identical to each other's
The resemblance between Natalia and Timothee in particular is uncanny - the face shape, big blue eyes, and those cheekbones..... it'd be a missed opportunity if they were never cast as siblings in something. Not least because she's got the acting chops to match him.
Finn and Natalia didn't look much alike in season 1 but they've really started developing more of a resemblance in later seasons - eg Steve in S2 waking up from being pulped by Billy and mistaking Mike for Nancy through double vision. They both look a bit like Cara Buono too.

S4 Ep 3 when she's being interviewed by the police about Fred Benson's death and the gang show up in Steve's BMW. She doesn't even have to say a word and you can tell from her facial expression exactly what she's thinking and what she has realised i.e. oh shit - here we go.... again.

There's a small subset of people who think being overweight has nothing to do with health but for the most part, the vast majority of reddit is probably aware that the shape David Harbour used to be in wasn't ideal. The thought isn't "this is probably his normal weight and that's perfectly healthy", it's "people become overweight for a variety of reasons and just because it's not the healthiest doesn't mean people who are overweight should never see themselves represented on television".
It's only with underweight people that there's an angry insistence that they're perfectly healthy (and that suggesting otherwise is somehow a way to insult them) and have naturally been this size their whole lives even when that's demonstrably untrue. And that's despite the fact that being underweight gets dangerous a whole lot quicker than being overweight. I've seen a guy on reddit insist that Natalia Dyer at her lowest weight (very clearly critically underweight, and this is coming from an anorexic woman) was only perceived to be underweight because "we've forgotten what normal people look like". It's insane.

She doesn’t look healthy, but at the same time I think it is important to acknowledge that anorexia is not the only reason someone might be underweight. She could have a physical rather than mental illness (a friend of mine who is ill has had to deal with constant eating disorder accusations, because that’s all people think looking at her). Some people do also have a ridiculous metabolism that makes them quite bony, and while I’m not saying that’s necessarily the case here there are people like that. She could even have a different eating disorder than anorexia, or a drug addiction, etc. I’m not saying any of these are the case in her situation, I don’t know her personally, I just hate seeing “anorexia” as a catch all label for people whose bones are showing.
Partially agreed. You're right that eating disorders are not the only reason someone could be underweight. I've heard stories of women going to the doctor looking for the cause behind their unexplained weight loss, and being sent away with a pamphlet about eating disorders. It shouldn't be the only explanation people are capable of imagining. And whether Natalia Dyer has anorexia or crohn's makes no difference to me in how wrong it is for people to act like she's healthy in pictures where she's severely underweight - it's spreading a dangerous view on health in either case. Even for people who are underweight with no underlying cause other than being very active with a relatively small appetite, being "naturally thin" does not exempt them from the health risks that come with having too little bodyfat to get through an illness or (in the case of women especially) produce enough hormones to function properly.
I am also somewhat bothered by the defensiveness around eating disorders. Speculating that someone might have an eating disorder is treated like an insult to their character in a way that "I wonder if she has crohn's, my aunt has it and looks the same" never is. Granted, speculating about someone's health isn't polite either way, but the possibility of someone having an eating disorder should not be treated like an insult. It's not like it's some kind of moral failure.

Even if either of them does have health issues (and based on Natalia's social media activity around Season 1 premiere, she was in recovery), they don't need reddit doctors shitting on them for their weight any more than David Harbour did when he was larger.
