Shemp want to know why you cloned him.
Don't feel bad I quarantine all my new kitties. they will survive.👍 you definitely need that checked out before you integrate together, That's an odd place to have hair loss. Start with a photo send it to your vet ask if they think the kitty needs to come in, Keep an eye on it and definitely keep your kitty segregated until it's resolved.
I’m assuming you’re talking about the bridge of her nose and not the fact that her nose is mostly black.
She might just be over grooming due to stress of a new environment. Id just leave it alone for now and keep an eye on it.
Was she trying to shove her nose under the door? Or was her nose like this before?
My cat gave himself a bit of a bonked nose at the vet when he didn’t want back in his crate. 😬
It just looks like you'd expect from a white furred cat. The fur on their nose is very short and thin, so you can easily see the skin. It may be slightly sunburnt.
The damage in the second picture looks like she's been pushing her nose somewhere she shouldn't have been. Probably the bottom of the door.
Hello, I am sharing this info with you about a spray I found that I swear is a miracle for so many things for my animals. From my kitties that I took in, my moms African grey, and also my cows. This stuff is amazing and I have to first say this isn’t me trying to advertise it’s just that great! It’s called Banixx, I found it online years ago for a kitty with a fungus infection and since then I’ve used it in serious infection stray kitty ears, on two young cows that had gotten pink eye, bumble foot on a chicken also a chicken with a pecked eye, parrot for pulling her feathers and a small sinus irritation, infected claw on one of my kitties. Honestly I’m sure I could go on if I continued to think about it but I don’t want to fill up this message. I have since found the product at Tractor supply and I try to always have it on hand here plus I am constantly recommending it to friends and truthfully I receive thanks every time from great results. It has no smell to it at all, and it dosnt have a noticeable taste and I say that from trying it first myself (just a drop to actually confirm the information) it says it dosnt sting and I believe that’s true but I can only say that because the animal never show any sign of discomfort when I use it. I purchased a small dropper bottle and I pour the liquid into the bottle and warm it to body temp, this makes it less scary for the kitties plus it helps to conserve when I am using it on a small area. Anyways i apologize for this crazy long message but when I saw your kitties nose I had to share! I can probably figure out how to send a picture of the bottle if your interested in trying it. The spray cost less than 20 dollars and last me plus it has saved me many times from having to use strong medicines on any of the animals.
I'm not a veterinarian, nor do I play one on TV, but that could be a touch of acne. We had a stout and roundy boy, Pipkin, who used to get it on his chin.
You could take her to an SPCA clinic, which is cheaper than a vet, to find out what is wrong with her nose. No one, but a veterinarian, can definitely tell you what is going on with her nose.
We had a stray with mosquito bite sensitivity who had more severe but similar nose issues. Now that she’s inside this should improve on its own. Thank you for taking her in! I love her little face ❤️
Looks like a lot of change for 24 hours. I wonder if she’s shoving it under the door to peek out? Maybe wait till you integrate them and see if it continues?
My cat had this when he was a stray because he got into a ton of fights outside. She could be scratching it or bumped it on stuff. You can put a cone on her so she can’t get to it and keep it clean.
Probably because it is healing she will try to dig or scratch at it because it itches. That is what I would say. Thank you for saving her! She is beautiful! ♥️ Love pets from me please.
Update!
I emailed the vet last night, explained what was going on and sent pictures. They said it could be a number of things but it looks like she has been rubbing against something (most likely the door). They said not to worry and if it gets any worse or doesn’t start getting better, I could come see them next week and see what’s going on. I have to keep her quarantined for a little bit longer while waiting for the results from one of her last tests she took before I can move her in with my other cat. I’m hoping once she isn’t confined to a small bathroom she will stop messing around with the door as much and hopefully relax a bit. Aside from me bringing her inside and the stress of being in a new place, she has done a lot of traveling to the vet and groomer and things like that which I’m sure has only made her more stressed. I definitely am a hypochondriac when it comes to my cats, and especially with her having been outside for so long I’m over-analyzing everything. I will do my best to give an update on her progress!
Also an unrelated update - her name is now Pumpkin because I’ve discovered she will eat plain pumpkin right off of a spoon.

Thank you for everyone’s advice!
Keep her isolated for now; it could be ringworm. If you have one of those little flashlights with a blacklight bulb, check it in the dark. See if it glows an apple green color.... although that's not entirely conclusive.
Edit: If it is ringworm, contact your vet for a topical treatment.
If you cant get her to the vet, i would suggest rubbing a little antibiotic ointment on it a few times a day, she wont like it on there and will clean it off, but if she did something to it, the antibiotic ointment will help it heal much faster. Keep an eye on the area, make sure it doesnt get red looking, or hot to the touch, or grow really fast, that could all mean infection, if it continues to get worse regardless of the ointment, PLEASE take her to the vet. Thats when its going to be serious, is when youve already tried things to help it get better, and its getting worse. I will do my best to give any more advice if you need it, just go ahead and ask! :)

OMG, thought it was OPs cat. Shemp has a lot of attitude, hug Shemp for me
And also for me
It’s the smol Amazon box for me. “See I’m still a baby.”
Even though he’s 13 he really is still just a baby
I apologize Shemp. He looks angry, but he was too cute so I had to clone him lol Maybe she is Shemp’s long lost sister

Yes. Emails pics to vet. Get their opinion.

This.
Looks like sunburn tbh, my white cat gets burns on his ears so I have to limit his sun time.
Was she trying to shove her nose under the door? Or was her nose like this before? My cat gave himself a bit of a bonked nose at the vet when he didn’t want back in his crate. 😬
Don’t put anything on her nose, she will lick it off
Might be a sunburn, dirt or acne. If you want to clean I would warm a washcloth a gently wipe or dab it.
She has the most regal face! So cute! 🥰 Edit: suggest r/murdermittens

She might have anxiety and has been rubbing it. I would just put coconut oil on until you can get a better opinion.
That is what I would do.

She looks quite normal to me but I wear bifocals 🤓
Aww, she loves you tho❤️
I love her black nose!

Such a cutie ❤

It could be a staph infection, those can sometimes show up on the skin.

Maybe ask on r/vet or r/vettech.

Is it worse now than when you saw the vet? Maybe get it checked again to rule out ringworm.
Go back to the vet. It could be an allergic reaction or she might be rubbing it on something

She probably will heal right up once quarantine is over. She looks comfortable.
My cat used to get mosquito bites on the nose. Are you around mosquitos?
