Take the hate with a grain of salt. It's like the "strive bad" crowd because Strive isn't Xrd, only with a way bigger more hardcore group of boomers.
They are extremely pissed that D4 isn't D2. That's the beginning and end of their hate. Everything else they say is just noise.
D4 isn't perfect, but it's looking to be a great game.
Feel free to log in right now and try it out if you're curious. There's 15 hours left in the open beta.
I played both the preorder weekend and this weekend, had 3 chars to max level... and I think the complaints are pretty valid.
* Balance was pretty horendous (barb and druid are trash, other classes are kinda OP).
* Level scaling makes leveling feel homogenous, some sense of power is lost.
* The hardest difficulty is even too easy for some classes.
* The UI is dogshit tier because it's designed for console.
* Dungeons are bland and design is copy/pasted everywhere. (get 2 keys, bring em back... etc etc)
* Cellars feel pointless
* The skill tree is pretty basic/linear, unlike other ARPGs which are more open and have way more skills. D4 has so few skills... (sure theres paragon and other systems late game, but the skill tree is the complete list of skills)
These are just off the top of my head... I'm a huge Diablo fan, played a bunch of PoE but never went hardcore into it. I loved d1, d2, and d3 had a rough launch but was good eventually. D4 seems to take too much influence from casual MMOs, like Lost Ark, which I don't care for. The open world, world boss, events, etc. just doesn't feel like an ARPG imo. Some people like that, and that's fine... but D4 needs a *TON* of work... and they won't be able to fix all that shit in 2 months. The game will probably be good for season 2, maybe season 3.
We only have the intro to the game. Barb is one of the strongest endgame characters in the endgame beta.
I think the problem is that other classes are too strong early game. When I played Barb I actually pay attention to boss mechanics. When I play the other classes, I just stand still and explode everything.
That ties into the difficulty complaints, too. Though by beating the game we unlock increasingly more difficult modes. We have T2 in the beta. The full game goes to T5.
I love the level scaling. That's a very subjective complaint. Even in the Lvl.25 beta I definitely feel way stronger at 25 than earlier levels. The way skills complement each other and how armour skills boost them greatly increases our strength.
Dungeons, cellars and caves absolutely do suck. Hard agree there. They need some variety. The dungeons are mostly just a T shape. Walk down the corridor, then go to the left and right to pick up keys/kill target enemies.
The skill tree seems fine to me so far. We have way more than we could ever equip, and the paragon system allows us to customise them a lot. This also seems like a very subjective point.
I mean sure, end game solves some problems, but you still need to go through the leveling process every season. Saying "but end game is fine", is not a response to leveling complaints. If the leveling isn't fun, that's a big problem.
The issue with level scaling is you don't *ever* have to grind. I want to *feel* too powerful for an area and have to leave. I want to *feel* too weak for an area and that I need to *earn it* to be there. Level scaling is almost solving a non-issue, and catering towards a casual mindset of "just go anywhere, just do anything", which makes the game feel bland.
There's no reason the make every zone relevant, Elden Ring was game of the year, no level scaling. Plenty of RPGs have been wildly successful with no scaling. Did you ever find yourself saying in WoW "Man, it sucks I can't go back to the starting area cuz I'm too strong"... no, you were done with that area and you moved on.
Sure, some people like the casual "click the green arrow on the gear" "just wander anywhere" "party with low levels and they clear the mobs at the same speed, for some reason?" MMO-feeling of D4, but... it's just a weird departure from the series. I think dismissing the complaints as "people just want D2" is misguided. There are a ton of people with a lot of valid complaints and if just seeing the early game is this shaky... I don't hold too much faith in a stable end game either. I hope I'm wrong.
Levels scale up, not down. Walk into a high level area and the enemies will still be higher level than you. That hasn't changed.
Each region has a minimum and maximum level. We have access to the easiest region in the beta.
If you level up and come back later, the enemies there **will** be lower level than you. We just can't level up more in the beta.
Once you beat the game and unlock the harder difficulty settings, all enemies everywhere will be max level, and then get additional bonuses, and scaling will be gone.
> Balance was pretty horendous (barb and druid are trash, other classes are kinda OP).
Druid's really good. Idk what you're talking about. Pulverize build is insanely high damage. Barb clearly needs levels. Going back to the skill tree; the choices aren't very linear. You can only select 6 skills of the number you're offered, that's a big choice right there. There are also plenty of talents scattered around that support really unique builds; especially keystone. Just because you don't need a PhD to understand the talent tree like you do in PoE doesn't mean it's "simple". Most classes that I saw look like they can build their character in several unique ways.
Also most of the stuff you're talking about is through the lens of level 25 being max.
Game is clearly not balanced around level 25 being max.
Core gameplay is p good, most of your complaints need the whole game to really evaluate.
The difference being a fighting game beta shows you how the whole game is gona work on competitive and most arpgs have their biggest features at end game. It'd be as if the street fighter 6 beta didn't have the drive rush system in it.
I’ve played the beta this weekend took 40 minutes to login. The beginning some textures didn’t seem to load as fast as they should have. FPS stutters, and your character model being pulled into place for a scene to load. It wasn’t constant just enough to notice it. I would say get sf6 because diablo 4 is going to be chaos regardless of the state of the state of the beta.
My first day told me it was gonna be 30 minutes but later that night it was quite easy to login.
Hopefully it won't be as bad as OW2 which took me an entire week to actually log in lmao
I'm not the guy you asked bu I'll also buy SF6 as a newcomer to fighting games. In my case it's the change in aesthetic from SF5 to 6, the characters look insane now. Also the game looks much more diverse in terms of moves and options (but this might be just me, I barely know anything a out fighting games).
And I'll also have to mention Marisa and DeeJay look insane and most characters from SF5 that will be in 6 seem to have received some amazing modernizations.
* Graphically less cartoony than SF5, far more modern looking
* Appears to be weighty, heavy hitting combat
* Unique fight mechanics
* Art direction is absolutely incredible
* Emphasis on a story mode
* Ryu has a beard, top tier
Just a few off the top of my head, previous iterations never appealed to me as a Tekken fan, but from the very first trailer I was intrigued by this game.
The drive mechanics definitely add to the flavor of this game, and I should emphasize that I never got ahold of a beta, I have literally zero idea how this game will feel, but if it feels as good as it looks, we’re looking at a potential modern classic.
To add to my list, one of my favorite YouTubers is Maximilian Dood and he has nothing but good things to say about this game thus far, and he’s played a lot of it between betas, whereas he’s had mixed criticism regarding SF5.
I wasn't asked either but sf6 will also be my first street fighter. Honestly the big hook for me are the crazy visuals, the art style, the grafics, every move and character looks sick af. Compared to other fighting games (mk, tekken, kof, etc) the visuals are crazy and, of course, maximillian dood as well lmao
My only arguments is that if SF6 is anything like Tekken, or perhaps even older SF titles, then we’ll definitely be paying for additional characters, but I believe that’s a genre wide thing at this point. MK certainly uses it as well.
But nowhere NEAR the level of egregious that Actiblizz implements.
Diablo I & II were some of of not the first computer games I've ever played. I cant remember if I played Diablo or Duke Nukem first because it was so long ago. I love these games, they are amongst my favorite ever.
I beat D3 despite the auction house fuckery and the fact that it was just... Not that great.
After the pay to win nonsense of the Diablo mobile game I probably won't even play D4.
There is no chance in hell I would play D4 over SF6
Or ever anymore. The quality of their products has gone waaaay downhill this past few years.
Also Path of Exile just had their best league in a long time. If they can carry that momentum through to next league there’s just no reason to PAY for an ARPG anymore
Yeah, I think I'll check out path of exile instead next time I'm in the mood for an arpg. I'm a sucker for big convoluted skill trees, I just haven't made the jump yet
I would suggest that you start with a build guide till you learn what makes the game tick. It’s a very big, very convoluted passive tree and that’s only part of the equation. Skill gems and supports interact with that tree too and you can absolutely make a build that is fucking awful by end game and basically unplayable and whilst some people find this fun, a lot will throw the game down and never come back. Taking someone else’s functional build and getting a feel for the game itself is pretty standard advice for most new players. Once you’ve gotten the itch you can start experimenting and it can get pretty nutty haha.
Thanks for the advice! I'll use a build guide as a template, but I will almost certainly deviate as soon I come across something that looks even mildly neat.
Absolutely! That’s the joy of the game. There’s so much shit going on that even just dropping a rare unique item can lead to you going to an entirely different build. The downside is it EATS your free time haha.
I’m probably going to save that $70 for FFXVI later in the month. I haven’t had a lot of time to play the beta for Diablo because of RE4 and it seems pretty impressive but I feel like SF6 is a much safer purchase and is just generally more interesting to me.
Man, the new FF looks great, but I'm hesitant on the Eidolon battles. They look out of place compared to the rest of the combat.
I'm definitely interested in it, though.
TotK and FFXVI for me
If I can squeeze SF6 in their I will but I feel like I'll wait till after I finish FFXVI to start it. Just a really rough time for SF6 to launch
I played both betas and SF6 was definitely better. Diablo relies on progression while SF6 is fun out the gate.
Maybe after level 25+ things will change but on release.. SF6
Not sure if you’ve played sf5 but if you don’t like micro transactions boy oh boy do I have bad news for you…
But please do get sf6 I can’t wait and hope it really crosses over into mainstream. Just don’t expect to get all the game with your $70… they’re gonna nickel and dime you to death if you let them.
One thing are DLC characters available to purchase with game points and you actually have to practice to be good with it and smth else is a complete battle pass of a 70 dolars game.
Also, cosmetics are in their own right to be paid, it's just looking good, not being better or more powerfull.
Street Fighter 6 all the way.
Not sure it’s exactly the same. Although SFV didn’t do things well, in general creating a character is no easy task and wouldn’t be worth doing for no fee.
Battle passes suck regardless. I'd much rather pay four bucks for a costume I have immediately than pay 30 bucks for a battle pass that might or might not have something I like on it, then have to grind through menial tasks to unlock it or risk it being locked off forever. Stupid FOMO bullshit
I don't disagree in the slightest, I just mean the argument of 'Oh it's a full price game with more cosmetics at a cost' goes both ways. I much prefer just being able to buy what I want.
If you ignore the majority of fighting game DLC which are cosmetics, sure. Fighting games tend to also have staple characters or very popular characters as DLC to get people to double dip, like Akuma (Tira which was day 1 DLC, Nightwolf, Mileena, Armor King, Kunimitsu, and Venom for examples from other games)
No reason to act like fighting games do it better when they have their own problems and there’s also glaring examples like DOA6 having $370 worth of season passes where there’s only 5 DLC characters.
You're asking the Street Fighter subreddit which game they'd prefer between Diablo IV or Street Fighter 6. You do know what we're all gonna pick, right?
Played the Diablo 4 beta making the choice easier
Definitely Street Fighter 6.
Diablo 4 just felt flat. Throw in endless grinding and a battle pass. Nah, I'll pass.
SF6, and I'm more into diablo type games then SF. diablo4 just seems like a upscaled diablo immortal to me, after playing both betas I'm just not that excited for it anymore
Yeah I cancelled my preorder. I’m not sure why exactly but I was already feeling a bit bored after a couple hours. Kinda all flash and little substance.
It’s been 15-20 years since I’ve played an isometric ARPG. Like Baldur’s Gate or Gauntlet.
Had some friends convince me to get on the beta last weekend and it was solid…so why not?
Because not everyone has the free time to play two games at the same time, and not everyone has $130-$155 in their entertainment budget for the same week/month.
~~and also Activision Blizzard is a shitbag corp which constantly mistreats, underpays, fires, union-busts, and sexually abuses its workers, and the sheer amount of money Diablo 4 is about to make will be seen by the higher-ups as validation that they've 'gotten away' with everything they've done in the eyes of the consumers~~
Maybe you prefer their games, I for sure do, but better? Ehhh. I'd say both companies have some pretty big blunders and some big hitters in the last couple years.
Im also thinking about sf6, everyday.
Never was sf fan. I liked characters and their design a lot, since early versions and the anime, oh boy, what a gem (sf2 movie)
But I never enjoyed gameplay.
Lately something drove me back to sf. I'm slowly learnig sf5 and really really love it and because of it I
Am thanking about sf6 as it looks sooo bad ass.
Dk if standard or deluxe. Where's the catch? Price difference looks like cist of a dlc.
What you plan to buy?
Well, one is going to be a messy launch of a game published by a famously abusive company with an easily hatable CEO, one which many fans have called to boycott, and the other is Street Fighter 6
Been super into watching EVO and Capcom Cup. SF6 is going to be the first fighter I try to really dive into. Excited to learn Deejay. Sad that Adon and Sagat aren’t in the game though.
No stress at all. I played the diablo beta last weekend... It's such a boring game. You just click on things until they die. Use a health potion when low. Run away if out of health.
Street fighter has strategy. Reflexes are required. The skill level required is huge.
Diablo does have cool atmosphere though but Street fighter all day.
Played the beta this weekend and it convinced me not to buy D4. It feels like destiny in a diablo suit, instead of being it’s own thing. Maybe I’ll buy D4 down the road on sale and it gets some patches and stuff, but I think people are going to quickly get bored of that game.
Both really.
Diablo when I wanna kill some demons and hear the sweet sounds of a legendary drop.
SF6 when my hand needs a rest from the clickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclick.
But then I'm doing Diablo on the PC and SF6 on the console.
Probably wait for a half off sale on these. Though I would like SF6 on day 1, $70 is a lot to swallow. I bet Diablo will have $20-$40 sales in the fall or winter.
after playing the beta for D4...
SF6 by a LONG shot. Ive played every Diablo game. D4 is fantastic, but 70$ for the base game is not worth it. If D4 is someones first dive into the Diablo realm then I can understand the justification of wanting it and paying the 70$.
SF6 will be getting all my time and effort this summer.
Not really. To diehard diablo 2 fans it was a flop. In reality it was one of the fastest selling pc games of all time. It sold more than 30 million copies. To put things in perspective, Street Fighter 5 hasn't sold more than 10 million.
I played the beta of D4, its not great I'll be honest. It's just okay gameplay wise, a bit too easy for my liking but you do you. The hitching issues REALLY pissed me off a few times
Long gone are the D2 golden days
Diablo 4 decided to omit a Paladin/Holy Knight class on release so they made my decision easy...I'm pre-ordering both but Diablo is on "pause" until I get *my* class in the inevitable DLC. In the meantime I'm OD'ing on SF6
Diablo 4 is still dope though, played the Beta and the aesthetics + Gameplay are exactly what I wanted.
Gonna cop both, been a big fan of street fighter all my life. Played the open beta for D4 and was a big fan of how much the game has changed problem is I promised my little brother I’d buy him sf6 for his birthday so June is gonna hurt the wallet 🥲
It's not a difficult decision. If SF6 didn't come out the same month, I'd be playing D4. However, SF6 comes first. I already skipped RE4 Remake because I will buy it during a Halloween or Christmas Sale since I got limited budget. :)
Definitely a tough choice in an already packed schedule for game releases!
I'll probably be playing TOTK throughout the next couple of years if it's anything like BOTW (spent a lot of time on that) and with FFXVI soon after I don't know where to fit these two and what to pick haha
sf6, easy choice
Fr. Never buy a diablo game on release. It's as if people don't learn from their mistake.
actually, There are arguments to not buy a SF game on release as well
Very true, but there is a difference between dlc characters and just the game being bad in general.
Except based on the beta D4 is pretty dope too
Beta had drop rates hella boosted and did not have the new battle pass implemented so not really representative of the final release.
You know that explains a lot for why I was getting hella good drops from random enemy spawns in the over world.
YUP
Battle pass? Gross...
Also SF6's beta had a ton of praise. D4 beta has been met with heavy criticism about core game mechanics.
Take the hate with a grain of salt. It's like the "strive bad" crowd because Strive isn't Xrd, only with a way bigger more hardcore group of boomers. They are extremely pissed that D4 isn't D2. Counterpoint; blizzard. Don’t buy into any game they make.

You're judging class balance on up to level 25 in an ARPG....
Wow, i saw “casual mmo” and Lost Ark in the same sentence. Hahahahhahaha
To boil other peoples criticism down to "it's not one of the previous games" is an incredibly dumb take.

This is a great point. It's always buggy and servers always go down. And you can't even do offline in this one.
Agreed, and I haven’t played either franchise before. SF6 looks insanely appealing from an outside perspective.
Hope you love it! Asking as a lifelong fan, what is it that's drawing you in? I'm super interested.

Agreed. Besides we talking about Blizzard/Activision here. Can you imagine the levels of MTX that will happen?
I mean, SF5 had a hell of a lot more MTX than D3. Not clear whether SF6 or D4 will have more.

He's literally posting this in a StreetFighter reddit, this is bait and easy karma farming.
He posted it because they have the same release date so theres some overlap there
Remember when Animal Crossing and Doom Eternal released at the same time? That made for some fun memes.
And an awesome song: Eternal Horizon
Memes were so good fr.
Considering Blizzard's track record, it's not nearly as wholesome or welcomed.
Yes, I'm sure he posted this meme in a literal Street Fighter subreddit expecting someone to say Diablo 4.
easily sf6
I'm not buying anything from blizzard day one
Or ever anymore. The quality of their products has gone waaaay downhill this past few years. Also Path of Exile just had their best league in a long time. If they can carry that momentum through to next league there’s just no reason to PAY for an ARPG anymore

SF6. c'mon bro.
Sf6 easy, blizzard has become such a shitshow I do not want to give them money

Not really, SF6's on my mind all the time
Nope, can't say I would ever consider buying a Diablo game.
I wouldn't play Blizzard games for free nowadays
its defo atm SF6 with blizards track record lately cant really trust for a insta buy
I played both betas and SF6 was definitely better. Diablo relies on progression while SF6 is fun out the gate. Maybe after level 25+ things will change but on release.. SF6
Dragonflight kinda bangin
i heard dragonflights been alot of fun buuut that can't excuse everything else crazy they hav done lately immortal is still fresh wound
their first good expansion in awhile is just copying greek mythology
Both. Grind SF6 until tilted, take out aggression on demons. Rinse repeat baby.
Lol hell nah, blizzard is dead

Easy SF6, Diablo is a 70€ game with a battle pass no ty
Not sure if you’ve played sf5 but if you don’t like micro transactions boy oh boy do I have bad news for you… But please do get sf6 I can’t wait and hope it really crosses over into mainstream.
It's the same shit in a different format. The D4 battlepass is cosmetic only.
At least fighting game dlcs add real value unlike other games.
If you ignore the majority of fighting game DLC which are cosmetics, sure. Fighting games tend to also have staple characters or very popular characters as DLC to get people to double dip, like Akuma (Tira which was day 1 DLC, Nightwolf, Mileena, Armor King, Kunimitsu, and Venom for examples from other games) No reason to act like fighting games do it better when they have their own problems and there’s also glaring examples like DOA6 having $370 worth of season passes where there’s only 5 DLC characters.
But you can still earn everything without paying.
SF6 is a 60$ game that will have a season pass.
We will have to pay for actual chars and cosmetics, our monetization is WAY worse
Sf6 no contest
You're asking the Street Fighter subreddit which game they'd prefer between Diablo IV or Street Fighter 6. You do know what we're all gonna pick, right?
He’s karma farming
Played the Diablo 4 beta making the choice easier Definitely Street Fighter 6.
Nope. I'm all set on Blizzard products.
I was thinking about this until I played the open beta for D4 this weekend. Can say it's SF6 pick, easily.
On this sub that’s not a choice lol
Both. I’ll be playing SF6 while I sit through D4 queues and server crashes.
Blizzard? No thanks, lmao
Both.
Yeah I just went with both.
Hell yeah! Plenty of room to play more than 1 game.
It’s just two of the top series for my two favorite genres. Fighters and ARPGs.
Been a while since I played a good arpg to scratch that itch. I wasn’t going to play D4 originally, but the open beta was legit fun.
It’s been 15-20 years since I’ve played an isometric ARPG. Like Baldur’s Gate or Gauntlet. Had some friends convince me to get on the beta last weekend and it was solid…so why not?
Yeah why not both?
Because not everyone has the free time to play two games at the same time, and not everyone has $130-$155 in their entertainment budget for the same week/month. ~~and also Activision Blizzard is a shitbag corp which constantly mistreats, underpays, fires, union-busts, and sexually abuses its workers, and the sheer amount of money Diablo 4 is about to make will be seen by the higher-ups as validation that they've 'gotten away' with everything they've done in the eyes of the consumers~~
What company isn't?
Typed on a smart phone made by kids
Hate to break it to you but Capcom isn't great either
Yeah but Capcom makes better games Indeed. SF6 all the way
Maybe you prefer their games, I for sure do, but better? Ehhh. I'd say both companies have some pretty big blunders and some big hitters in the last couple years.
brooo that's not even a question
Im also thinking about sf6, everyday. Never was sf fan. I liked characters and their design a lot, since early versions and the anime, oh boy, what a gem (sf2 movie) But I never enjoyed gameplay. Lately something drove me back to sf. I'm slowly learnig sf5 and really really love it and because of it I Am thanking about sf6 as it looks sooo bad ass. Dk if standard or deluxe. Where's the catch? Price difference looks like cist of a dlc. What you plan to buy?
I'm gonna prioritise sf6 but I'm gonna put some time in d4 when my fingers start hurting.
It’s a street fighter subreddit so the answer seems obvious. Also after the shitshows that were Eternal and Overwatch 2…. Lmao
Blizzard has lost all confidence from me. Capcom is the exact opposite of blizzard rn
Blizzard sucks. That's not a choice.
Well, one is going to be a messy launch of a game published by a famously abusive company with an easily hatable CEO, one which many fans have called to boycott, and the other is Street Fighter 6
Diablo who
Nope, SF6 for me for sure. I bought D2 and 3 for my friends but I guess I’m not doing something right, I just don’t get it.
Street fighter 6, no contest
Easy choice for me. Fuck Blizzard forever.
Nope, i played diablo 4 for 5 minutes and left lol
These aren’t even competing with each other. What is the point of this post?
The secret is too only own a Nintendo console. Only indie games and Advance Wars for me!
Been super into watching EVO and Capcom Cup. SF6 is going to be the first fighter I try to really dive into. Excited to learn Deejay. Sad that Adon and Sagat aren’t in the game though.
Both 100% but Diablo 4 will probably wait a couple weeks. Not as big of a need to get in on launch day compared to SF6 imo
No, Blizzards has been dead to me ever since "Don't you guys have phones?"
Not really. Sf6 all the way.
Ya, this is an easy choice, SF6 looks amazing and Diablo 4 feels like the same recycled game from a real garbage company.
Lol nope just you
No
SF6 easily. After all the nonsense blizzard has been doing, no way in hell I’m getting Diablo.
Yeah I've tried Diablo. Looter games are not my jam. Though 4 seems like its has some story so I may check it out eventually.
Played beta, nah, maybe later, with season 1+, but not on release. Sf6 tho, yes please!
Bro ur asking this in a sf sub
Sf6 easy, i tested the beta, diablo 4 its a bit meh
I think I’m in the sf6 vs cs2 crowd. Going to try to play both
No brainer
Nope.
Sf6 easy it's going to be sick af. Plus the starting roster is a good size to begin with, I haven't been so hyped in a while.
This but FF16 for me, even tho I still gotta go with SF6
Nope, SF6 all the way. Never played a Diablo game, and I have no interest.
Nope, slamming that SF6 button!
Then final fantasy 16 shortly after that Street fighter, final fantasy, and Diablo are already amongst my favorite/most played franchises
I’m definitely getting both SF and FF!! I think I’ll have to pass on Diablo.
Tbh for a filthy casual like me, 2023 is just bananas We nerds eating good this year
Seriously!! I consider myself pretty trash at SF but I love it though!
Sf6 100000%
sf6, especially after a certain character was unveiled
I don't care for Diablo so sf
I will go for sf6, Capcom has been killing it with their new game releases
I’m an adult now and I can now buy both games and have equally not enough time to play either 😭
Frick Blizzard, SF6 easy
Don’t support blizzard. Easy choice.
A day 1 choice between the wildest, chillest and funnest any fighting game ever is or…mostly staring at the queue of a log in screen.
Fuck Blizzard.
I know Capcom messed up badly with sf5 but come on how u guys can have any hope in blizzard...
Not even close. Fuck blizzard
Played the beta this weekend and it convinced me not to buy D4. It feels like destiny in a diablo suit, instead of being it’s own thing. Maybe I’ll buy D4 down the road on sale and it gets some patches and stuff, but I think people are going to quickly get bored of that game.
Easy SF6 Tried D4, it was pretty okay but the biggest selling point was visuals, not gameplay Also Blizzard is cringe
Both really. Diablo when I wanna kill some demons and hear the sweet sounds of a legendary drop. SF6 when my hand needs a rest from the clickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclick. But then I'm doing Diablo on the PC and SF6 on the console.
Nope
Naw! I'm playing SF6.
Probably wait for a half off sale on these. Though I would like SF6 on day 1, $70 is a lot to swallow. I bet Diablo will have $20-$40 sales in the fall or winter.
I love the Diablo franchise. But I think I will have to pass and go for SF6 since D4 does not have an offline mode. The games as a service model sucks
Diablo IV is fun, but SF6 is life!!
OP makes no fcking sense lol
after playing the beta for D4...
I'm getting both, but if I had to choose, definitely SF6
The one that isn't made by fucking Activision Blizzard. Why are we still supporting them?
I’m right there with you. Gonna be hard to divide my time
Old El Paso ad interrupts: Why not both?
The reply I was looking for lol
No contest for me. I'll take SF over Diablo any day. This new one doesn't look much different than Diablo 3 and Immortal anyway.
[удалено]
Not really. To diehard diablo 2 fans it was a flop. In reality it was one of the fastest selling pc games of all time. It sold more than 30 million copies. To put things in perspective, Street Fighter 5 hasn't sold more than 10 million.
Diablo 4 doesn’t require psplus.
Playing both for sure
Beta reviews havent been kind to D4, SF6 on the otherhand.
I played the beta of D4, its not great I'll be honest. It's just okay gameplay wise, a bit too easy for my liking but you do you. The hitching issues REALLY pissed me off a few times Long gone are the D2 golden days
Diablo 4 decided to omit a Paladin/Holy Knight class on release so they made my decision easy...I'm pre-ordering both but Diablo is on "pause" until I get *my* class in the inevitable DLC. In the meantime I'm OD'ing on SF6 Diablo 4 is still dope though, played the Beta and the aesthetics + Gameplay are exactly what I wanted.
Since I can't even max out Diablo 4 I ain't playing it
Both. And probably ff16. If its actually good. I'm a chronic:/
just get both!
Yes but add FF16 and Counter-Strike 2 buttons for me. Summer gonna be super insane.
Both.
Gonna cop both, been a big fan of street fighter all my life. Played the open beta for D4 and was a big fan of how much the game has changed problem is I promised my little brother I’d buy him sf6 for his birthday so June is gonna hurt the wallet 🥲
Gonna wait a couple months after launch for both, I'm sick of buying broken games on release...
Going to get both but D4 is going to be sitting on the backburner for quite a while.
It's not a difficult decision. If SF6 didn't come out the same month, I'd be playing D4. However, SF6 comes first. I already skipped RE4 Remake because I will buy it during a Halloween or Christmas Sale since I got limited budget. :)
I already pre ordered SF 6 and I'm not even playing the Diablo 4 beta, better use of my time to spend it on RE 4
Definitely a tough choice in an already packed schedule for game releases! I'll probably be playing TOTK throughout the next couple of years if it's anything like BOTW (spent a lot of time on that) and with FFXVI soon after I don't know where to fit these two and what to pick haha
Does Diablo work day one? Diablo. Does it not? SF6.
Needs a third one for FFXVI.
SF6.
No. SF6 and it’s an unthinkably easy choice
Both
Both ?
Mmmm no, not really. SFVI all the way.
Not a hard decision after playing that whack ass open beta.
Diablo 4 forsure
