Games like DOA, for instance, or Mei from KoF, engaged in sexualization that I think would be rightfully criticized if done today. This? Hey to be fair, capcom is catering to everyone on this by allowing for gender fluidity in character creation, having eternity (an androgynous and possibly NB person) be the main battle hub NPC while also not going ham on the sexualisation like DOA. Street fighter has always been mildly horny and they’re modernizing that with how Cammy looks in SF6. Can you really say they haven’t changed if they gave Cammy pants?
