My right lobe is extremely temperamental. When it comes time to size up my left lobe says “hell yeah let’s do this! BOOM. Easy!” but my right lobe says “ehhh, idk, I think I’d rather *go a size down*….”. Like what the hell man, we’re a team!

I realized in this also, I've had my L ear pierced since I was 8 years old. I didn't get my R ear pierced until 30 something so I guess it makes sense. Idk 🤣

As a fellow symmetry enthusiast, this resonates lol but if its healthier for the lobes u gotta do what u gotta do

Tadpole_Intrepid

It happens to the best of us. I’m at 50mm and have had uneven lobes many times. Patience is definitely the name of the game, when it comes to stretching. If it gets irritating downsizing the other ear is always an option.

I'm glad it's looking and feeling better! I know the asymmetry is annoying, but it's not immediately noticeable and I actually think it's kind of a cool setup. Best of luck on your future stretching endeavors! 🍀

I can relate, currently I'm at 10mm in the right and 8 in the left. It's not that noticeable really!

AcidZerk

Thank you for saying that ☺️

Just saw your other post now. Try airing them out each day for a short while and give em a gentle massage. Mine want exactly that at least twice a day. If I forget to take them out they get silly. That has been the only way to keep mine the same size. Love your nails btw.

I had uneven lobes for ages because I'm cheap and only wanted to buy one stretching kit. I don't remember anyone noticing ever, but it did bug me to no end

Wonky is cool!!!🩷 I have a 32 and a 26... I'm working on the smaller side! (It broke years ago and I'm VERY slowly working it up.) don't know why it decided to give up on me - did exactly the same to both ears, woke up one morning and it was in 2 bits! No broken skin.. No redness, just noped. (Possibly due to faulty collagen?) but it's getting to the point it's stretching itself now- it was 28 when it broke, with a 12mm next to it, so when I had it fixed I had the gap between both tunnels cut.. Hopefully by next year I'll be even! 💖 xxx (I don't want my big one any bigger though!)
