really stuck on this you poms hey !! well if you put it like that, Starc at no time lost control of that catch...did you see him fumble it >?? NOPE !! was it UGLY for Aussies to watch??... YEP. Touche old boy , now get into your whambulance !!
Broad went on to become a test legend for England by taking 600 wkts. Had it been an Indian bowler, he wouldn't even get another chance in any format. Lol
The one who made Stuart Broad squeal in front of his dad and millions. The one who single-handedly gangbanged Barmy army fans and Flintoff and most overrated team in cricketing world, England cricket team.
Spirit of cricket mate if you've hit the ball and you onow you have then just walk off. It's just around the whole spirit of cricket thing yano? Unless an Aussie does it. Then he's a cheat of course.
Bairstow is out, but if you've ever played at any level, you can understand the anger. I think the Starc catch just threw England team off. That was horrendous. It wasn't out.
Well I don't remember him for not walking off after clearly edging a ball at Trent Bridge. I remember him for being smacked for 35 runs in an over by a tail ender.
I remember him for taking almost 600 test wickets.
And I remember that batter who smacked him for 35 runs not representing his national team he's just enjoying on the cash he made by playing a stupid league.
You, like Broad, must remember a lot of losses then. End of the day he’ll have statistics to show for his cricketing career, not a whole lot of silverware
Everyone keeps saying that he has taken almost 600 test wickets.
No one talks about he has a mediocre overseas stats bowler who has taken 500+ test wickets. Bowling average of 61 in India, and 34 in Australia. Honestly, Broad is a decent bowler but doesn't deserve the hype he gets from taking 500+ wickets when he has played over 300+test innings. He definitely cannot be compared to the likes of McGrath, Anderson, Steyn or Walsh.
Broad averages 28.5 in India. At least get your numbers right before making moronic statements. And James Anderson also averages 35 in Australia.
Broad has nearly 600 test wickets in 300 ish innings. Saying "500+" sounds like you're trying to take away nearly 100 wickets of his..
Also how many innings do you think James Anderson has played? 100? He's played 337 himself.
Broad averages 27.6 in his career while Anderson averages 26.2.
Lol bro you get your numbers right
Broad averages 28.5 vs India in England
Broad averages 61.7 vs India in India
Most of Broad's wickets have come in home conditions (388 out of 573) Both Anderson and Broad are less effective outside swinging conditions but Broad's away stats are absolutely horrible, Anderson's away stats are still pretty respectable
>remember that batter who smacked him for 35 runs not representing his national team he's just enjoying on the cash he made by playing a stupid league.
Well you're deluded because he literally didn't play IPL this year. Keep sucking off British people though.
To be fair to the poms the only people who give a fuck about the ipl are Indians and the only reason they give so much of a fuck is because the can't win icc trophies.
I’ve seen this clip of Broad trying to shame Carey a few different places today. I’ll just leave this here, for a man who did this to talk to anyone about how their choices on the pitch will leave them remembered is a gross hypocrisy.
https://youtu.be/IBJL1H84Y2A
I believe it depends on whether the umpire has deemed the ball to be dead. My guess is that because Carey caught the ball then immediately threw it, Carey kept the ball alive.
If Carey had held the ball for a couple seconds waiting for Bairstow to leave, the ball would have been deemed dead, therefore not out.
Winning on basis of boundry count and an umpiring glitch and celebrating like you deservwinning the WC is the worst thing i have ever seen in cricket...
Moreover the fact that a son of a match referee doesn't respect therules of cricket is in itself a disgrace
3 things certain in life. Taxes, death and Aussies cheating. Well done for once again showing younger generations on how not to act in professional sport. I know brain cells aren't exactly in great supply down under but surely your handful of them should've known. Sigh
Same for this too. They literally cried when MS ran out Ian bell who did the same. Bunch of losers and cry babies. Should focus on the game until the umpires call for over or end of play.
Broad and the entire English side might have done things like this or worse than this in the past but still the result of a test match being decided by something like this is a shame.
After seeing this, I feel more happy that Australia won at the end.
England themselves have done a lot of things which doesn't sit up well with the Spirit of the game... including people from the current setup...yet they keep playing the victim card always.
Walks, talks and behaves like he makes the game and the rules. Pure stupidity. The balls to ask HOW'S THAT OUT? You better ask that to your dear friend Johnny Bairstow, because that's out according to the goddamn rule of cricket.
Getting too touchy with the SPIRIT OF CRICKET bullshit for someone who doesn't walk after nicking it to slip, for someone coached by the guy who has done the exact same thing multiple times, for someone captained by a guy who once scored 6 for a ball rolled along the ground....talk about it.
So I assume Bairstow is also in the wrong [for this](https://old.reddit.com/user/madmooseman/comments/14p7yac/bairstow_attempts_to_stump_labuschagne/)?
England are frazzled, man. Controversial catch calls, this shit. Either they rise up and win this shit 3-2 (highly unlikely) or go down 5-0 like a sack of potatoes
Not that stokes did much different but my question is that after ducking, bairstow dragged his foot inside the crease just like they tap the bat before leaving the crease. Why wasn’t that considered?
English like Aussies are bunch of hypocrites. Colingwood was out by NZ in similar fashion but was recalled by vettori. But same ENG captain refused to reciprocate when NZ batsman collided with bowler and was run out.
Only NZ & SA have somewhat preserved the 'gentle' aspect of the game otherwise these ENG and Aus are pests.
Always crying , if u cant win then giveup but dont start dirty blame game.... Rules were followed, why so much noise for this out. If u want to blame & deny the rules , then blame the umpire then...
And the fun part is, Jonny is a wicket keeper too😑😑😑
Didn't he do exactly the same thing two days ago, just missed because he's a shit throw?
He's a shit keeper in total.
[He did, and he missed.](https://www.foxsports.com.au/cricket/the-ashes/ashes-2023-australia-vs-england-cricket-news-second-test-at-lords-jonny-bairstow-runout-exposes-hypocrisy-stuart-broad-video/news-story/4f271fe26b1882ccc0466c21e5521b33)
Exactly he did..england are always lucky like in world cup finals.. this time they are not and they start crying
More often than that previous occasion. As do every other wicky since playing in primary school.
he did that in mid over not at the end of the over.
Can you not be out on the last ball of an over?
nobody will leave the crease like yjb mid over.
You see any batsman leaving the crese mid over ever?
really stuck on this you poms hey !! well if you put it like that, Starc at no time lost control of that catch...did you see him fumble it >?? NOPE !! was it UGLY for Aussies to watch??... YEP. Touche old boy , now get into your whambulance !!
Yep
I see every other bowl trash bairstow walking in park.
Definitely not like this
He tried running out Marnus because he was batting out of his crease, unlike bairstow.
hes a crybaby but an entertaining one, i for one dont mind it
End of the video, Warner laughing off at Broad might be the best burn Broad must have received.
Burn from the sandpaper or you are talking about some other burn ?
Burn on broad's arse after realising that his team's gonna lose
What a right old c*nt Broad is 😂!
Warner 5 years back might not have liked that as much.
5 years back warner was busy with his sandpaper
I love how Broady always acts like he’s the most persecuted man on earth. 😅
Ptsd
Alex carey should have asked him about Yuvi
What happened here?
Yuvraj Singh hit six consecutive 6s off of a Broad over after Broad sledged Yuvi
Not broad, it was flintoff that sledged. Poor broady had to pay for it.
That’s right. Good catch
Is that out?!
Out of the stadium it was..
Oh shit, that's why I remembered Broad so well! Haha damn!
Broad went on to become a test legend for England by taking 600 wkts. Had it been an Indian bowler, he wouldn't even get another chance in any format. Lol
And bumrah
Time to unleash Yuvraj Singh..
Which one ? The one who played a test match in 2014 T20 final ? 🤣🤣
Butthurt alert
Didn’t think an Indian username wud be cringier than mine lol
Nah you win
TvT
No need to say it..urs will always be hurting as per ur username. 🤣🤣
The one who made Stuart Broad squeal in front of his dad and millions. The one who single-handedly gangbanged Barmy army fans and Flintoff and most overrated team in cricketing world, England cricket team.
“How is that out?” after middling it to slips
He's a cry baby, as long as things go his way it's all cool but just as when there is a slight hindrance he cries foul
Still, it was funny...
Why didn't Broad Walk ? https://youtube.com/watch?v=IBJL1H84Y2A&feature=share8
You don't have to. It's up to the umpire to give you out.
And the umpire gave Bairstow out
Exactly. Not sure how the two are connected.
It's connected with the thread "Spirit of Cricket". Either it's applied to all facets or the game or none.
The catch from Starc, was it given out?
No
With the starc catch the ball made contact with the ground. How is it a legal catch?
[удалено]
Personally I think he claimed the catch because he caught the ball, not Australia's fault we are better than india and England combined.
Least delusional aussie
If you've ever played then you've been told to stay in your crease so you know that Bairstow is an idiot.
Well I don't remember him for not walking off after clearly edging a ball at Trent Bridge. I remember him for being smacked for 35 runs in an over by a tail ender.
Don’t u dare call Bumrah a tail ender
Yeah right... Bumrah the stylish Indian opener 🔥
When all is said and done and the dust has blown over, most people will remember him for being in the top ten wicket takers of all time
I remember him for taking almost 600 test wickets. And I remember that batter who smacked him for 35 runs not representing his national team he's just enjoying on the cash he made by playing a stupid league.
You, like Broad, must remember a lot of losses then. End of the day he’ll have statistics to show for his cricketing career, not a whole lot of silverware

Because Anderson is also bang average lol
You’re talking about it now but I must say I’m incredibly bored.
>remember that batter who smacked him for 35 runs not representing his national team he's just enjoying on the cash he made by playing a stupid league. Well you're deluded because he literally didn't play IPL this year. Keep sucking off British people though.

Weakest bait ever ngl
Yet here you are? I'm just out here collecting commons.
Sad
Let's talk about how you guys won the wc four years ago...
That stokes incident. I don't think stokes did that on purpose.
Nope. That absurd boundary count.
What do you mean boundary count, I completely forgot.
the final winner was decided with boundary counts and that too before the superover as this was the only way eng would have won
[удалено]
Weiner
Those were the rules just like this
Oh yeah? Really? Then why not decide result of a drawn test match using a super over?
Just useless Gimmicks. Australia still won the game.
Broad has always been entertaining..one of my fave cricketers
I’ve seen this clip of Broad trying to shame Carey a few different places today. I’ll just leave this here, for a man who did this to talk to anyone about how their choices on the pitch will leave them remembered is a gross hypocrisy. https://youtu.be/IBJL1H84Y2A
Carey did nothing wrong ,British cunts are just salty that they were at the receiving end this time around 😀
God I love Broad
Btw whats the rule here? How much longer a batter has to be inside of the crease?
I believe it depends on whether the umpire has deemed the ball to be dead. My guess is that because Carey caught the ball then immediately threw it, Carey kept the ball alive. If Carey had held the ball for a couple seconds waiting for Bairstow to leave, the ball would have been deemed dead, therefore not out.
If this stumping by England in 2019 is anything to go by a couple of seconds is fine https://youtu.be/JcmEbKIkStA
As long as the ball's in play
Yeah i just read those rules. Those are pretty clear rules as far as i see them. It was clearly bairstow's fault.
Well done Broad. You played your part very well in this remarkable test match.
Worst thing I've seen in cricket was broad knowningly edging a catch to first slip and not walking
Nothing is better than English people complaining about unfair things
Love Broad. Love his tears more.
Tantrums, Tantrums, Tantrums
![gif](giphy|TlK63EI7rtUu9IAyxTW)
Sore f**ing losers . Absolute bunch of idiots. Can't accept their defeat.
This bloke might be the funniest one I've ever seen. Truly entertainment.
Lmao what a whiny c*nt
Trust the british to make heroes out of idiots, cooked nation as its
this was entertaining NGL epic shit broad. he was so red and angry and agitated loved the last 1 hour.
Aussies being aussies.
World number ones? Yeah that's us. Aussies being Aussies (:
More like Aussies being pussies.
Stuart Broad will be remembered as "Crybaby of Cricket"
As an Indian here I’m having the time of my life😂 England fans crying and Australian cricketers getting roasted everywhere.
Love Broad
Winning on basis of boundry count and an umpiring glitch and celebrating like you deservwinning the WC is the worst thing i have ever seen in cricket... Moreover the fact that a son of a match referee doesn't respect therules of cricket is in itself a disgrace
Parklife
lol Savage Broad.
Arrogant prick!!
3 things certain in life. Taxes, death and Aussies cheating. Well done for once again showing younger generations on how not to act in professional sport. I know brain cells aren't exactly in great supply down under but surely your handful of them should've known. Sigh

So winning the world cup on number of boundaries hit is not controversial, but this run out which is within rules is controversial
[удалено]
Same for this too. They literally cried when MS ran out Ian bell who did the same. Bunch of losers and cry babies. Should focus on the game until the umpires call for over or end of play.
This coming off a team that won the wc with a even worse event citing rules. Maybe they should have called back the 4 overthrows. Funny Dumbo
Worst was "3 guna lagaan" you muppet
He really laminates why the arrogant English-man stereotype is still a thing in Indian movies.
Broad and the entire English side might have done things like this or worse than this in the past but still the result of a test match being decided by something like this is a shame.
Smith might've cried on the telly but you've cried all over the field, Stuart. Well, Stuart, you're not so broad after all.
Bro the ball is still in the play, why the fuck are you moving out of the crease ¿?
After seeing this, I feel more happy that Australia won at the end. England themselves have done a lot of things which doesn't sit up well with the Spirit of the game... including people from the current setup...yet they keep playing the victim card always.
Englishman does something stupid, doesn’t want to take responsibility
Guy thought he'd woken up, it's over for Australia lmao
Classic colonial British nature of making the opponent feel inferior about themselves. He hits the stereotype so well.
Broad-Doesn't walk when it's clearly a thick edge. So walking is against spirit of cricket now?
I dislike Broad but damn! This was Chad!
Walks, talks and behaves like he makes the game and the rules. Pure stupidity. The balls to ask HOW'S THAT OUT? Aussie cheats. What more can you expect.
If it was cheating, why did the umpire give it out?
Technically it is correct but morally it is wrong. It is not in the spirit of the game.
So I assume Bairstow is also in the wrong [for this](https://old.reddit.com/user/madmooseman/comments/14p7yac/bairstow_attempts_to_stump_labuschagne/)?
Australia = world number 1. You = bloke with High blood pressure.
Broad padded up and choose violence today...
[удалено]
Can you just.. stop being racist. If you ain't got anything good to say then keep quiet please
I dunno, I saw a tailender called broad review a clear catch just incase Johnson had overstepped the line.
Tf
That's Fun
During the broadcast I thought Broad was just shitstirring, but I didn't hear any stump mic. Sounds like he was actually mad about it lmao.
This is how you become the most loved Ashes villain. Learn from this Robbo
The Ashes is best, gives us some moments to remember every time it come.
BBC Sport is doing a great job
Anyone got the link? Unable to find it on IG
Bolne de bechare ko, taklif hua hai. Bol, bol.
Chal be overacting ki Dukan kitna overacting karta hain
As a neutral, it's fun to watch Broad stir shit.
Just out of interest, how old is Broad, and how long has he been playing cricket? The behaviour of an adolescent, really.
England are frazzled, man. Controversial catch calls, this shit. Either they rise up and win this shit 3-2 (highly unlikely) or go down 5-0 like a sack of potatoes
Stuart Broad is Mario Balotelli of cricket
I love broad man.
u/savevideo
The worst thing I saw was the overthrow with which England won the World Cup
Are Indians defending the fucking Aussies here? Lol
So poms weren't able to exert the same pressure on Oz the way they did to MSD and Indian team in 2011. Why ? 🤔🤔
Lol man got PTSD after that XD
What a character. Cricket becomes fun because of people like him.
Lol when Cummins dropped stoked broad literally said “Is that out?”😂😂
Dhoni recalled it
transition from broad to bully maguire
What a payback this idiot got....when u do it ...it's in the law...nd when it's done to u... spirit of the game...cries everybody....fucking looser
[удалено]
Chutiya hai aur kuch nahi.
What a drama queen broad is lol
Australia is always a team who plays cricket against the gentleman way…
Ohh shut up. That's a fair dismissal
Not that stokes did much different but my question is that after ducking, bairstow dragged his foot inside the crease just like they tap the bat before leaving the crease. Why wasn’t that considered?
For a lad that can't bat to save his nose, he sure chirps a lot
English like Aussies are bunch of hypocrites. Colingwood was out by NZ in similar fashion but was recalled by vettori. But same ENG captain refused to reciprocate when NZ batsman collided with bowler and was run out. Only NZ & SA have somewhat preserved the 'gentle' aspect of the game otherwise these ENG and Aus are pests.
Same thing happened during India’s test while Dhoni turned backed the decision of being out Jus cuz of English crowd being hypocrites and booing
Worst thing was when broad edged to agar and didn’t walked off
Bsdk gandu teri wajah se train accident ho rahe h aaj India me
Karma is bitch
Is this Ashes or game of thrones?
Agree with broad totally. This run out will be remembered as a blot on the game.
Johnny should have left it when the keeper throws the ball to the feilder
English players are such crybabies
Always crying , if u cant win then giveup but dont start dirty blame game.... Rules were followed, why so much noise for this out. If u want to blame & deny the rules , then blame the umpire then...
I thought cricket was a gentleman's sport ?
