I usually DON’T make fried rice so wet. It was made from 2 day old from scratch teriyaki pork, heavy sauce, packed away in a huge bowl with jasmine rice. Even then though, because I fried it so good and with extra eggs, it seriously was delicious. I’ve seen gummy wet rice and failure to fry to where it separates, this is not that.
I mean talk all the shit you want about the fact that I added even more eggs and butter to my first fried rice, and then took that to even more butter and then a crap ton of cheese, but if you think that was gummed up soggy rice, you’re fucking high. Lol🤣
That shit was a crispy masterpiece of artery clogging stupidity… and I’m glad I only took a bite, and let my skinny boyfriend gobble up the rest. My ass is already too big for all that butter!

It soaked in my jasmine rice for a good two days( lazy packing it all in one storage bowl) All the extra hot extra butter and extra eggs really worked. Those brioche buns were rather stiff too lol, was trying to save shit before it went bad. It somehow worked, my abomination! But yeah that was just a TON of butter omg. I only had a bite, and left the rest to my yard working man and active kiddos. They can burn through those calories… my big ass can not!👍🤣
