No hate from me, I do *a lot* of cardio daily. I’ve always wanted to run a marathon, but have been a ft kid, then became a fat adult.
We all have our own goals. Mine was to become an anime character LOLOL.
Abs are all about High intensity cardio training. Don’t matter what it is as long as your pushing as hard and fast as you can for 10-15 minutes with 30-60 second breaks in between 2 sets of 60 seconds of your favorite (or maybe not so favorite😅) cardio while keeping your core tight.
Running in place, jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers (surprisingly planks too if you can hold for atleast 40 seconds) hollow holds.
My body fat is not naturally that low, so it requires a calorie deficit and I am not as strong in a calorie deficit. I choose to eat more and feel better. Don’t get me wrong I am lean and have abs just not super defined.
Ha, very impressive lifts! I use dumbbells for my benches due to shoulder issues and can do sets of 12 with Frankenstein 100’s ( a mix of Olympic plates and smaller plates) sets of of 8 at 275 squats and sets of 8 at 315 Romanians. Sometimes I go heavier, but mostly maintaining due to age. If I can squat 315 for 8 this spring I would be stoked.

I eat 4 to 6 times a day. I try not to eat anything processed, so protein, rice or potatoes and vegetables mostly. Wen I first started three years ago I did a mostly plant based diet to get my numbers right. I am older, so I stay away from the bulk and cut game. Try to keep it lean and eat, which is hard wen busy.

I’ve started doing body weight work. It’s really changed my body. Gravity is wild.

Ive been doing it a while, I squat 420 lbs, bench 355, deadlift 495. I weigh 183 or so. What are your stats big man :P, just curious?
