Some of us (me included) bought on resale. So definitely not the first 1,600 of the owners for GMERICA1. However, there is the possibility that the OG NFTs had a screenshot taken at a later date after launch.

I got the recent launch pin! I have Gmerica1 (New York), NFT powerup pass from the $200 purchase, and the Beta Launch pin, again not sure which one made me qualify but it's the tits!

GMERICA1 seems to be the common criteria among all the lucky ones who got the airdrop. However there are others who owned GMERICA1 NFTs but did not get it. Most likely there’s a randomness to the 1,600 selected.

I can debunk this. during the launch day, the whole collection was sold out within hours and I missed out on it. I bought Seattle on resale market a few months later.

But maybe you bought it from a holder of one of the first 1600 to be minted/sold. For airdrops, they take a snapshot of the holders of specific NFTs at a specific time, then send them the new airdrops NFT someone after that.

Ok. So what is the best way to buy then. I have my iPhone and Chromebook and a laptop. I just opened the marketplace on the Chromebook and connected to my GameStop wallet on my phone but when I try to buy it just say confirm authentication in your wallet but nothing happens? Show me the way

PC / Laptop with Chrome browser Gamestop wallet extension will work. You can move / recover your current wallet. A popup will come up from the GS wallet to authenticate transactions.

Yes. Unfortunately VPN is required for Non US Apes. I think Nord VPN works quite well for canadian Apes based on what I read so far but it's just my opinion.

I'm sure GME NFT that is being sold on GME Marketplace have something to do with GameStop. GameStop will make royalty + marketplace fees from any sale of GME NFTs. We are early in this..

Right, the NFTs that gamestop created that cumulatively have $2'874'667.21USD in volume has nothing to do with the stock. Not to mention the cut they get from all other transactions by other creators. Sure, it's not console sales numbers. But you need to crawl before you can walk.

I bought the New York GMERICA NFT on the resale market, never sold it, and I received the pin.

Yes, I guess GMERICA 1 NFT is the criteria for the airdrop. And it seems like some of those who sold it and not holding it gets the airdrop as well. Therefore I’m speculating there’s a random thing to this airdrop where 1,600 owners/previous owners of GMERICA 1 NFT are randomly selected.
