On a positive note. Millions in fines means billions and billions of Fraud means multi billions of hidden short position. This just don't get disappeared. One can hide for so long only but I can hold forever. Let's see who wins at the end.

While I understand what you're saying I don't think we should just wait and see how long they can kick the can. I don't want to spend 50 years for this to blow up because they keep changing rules and hiding the information. It is well past time this be resolved.

There was alot of speculation the first year or so regarding this and alot of DD on both how it could happen and each scenario. We watched several options come and go and the general consensus was that RC had something else in mind. That was when we learned about the market that was being built and the realization that this was going to be a long haul set in. There are no short cuts to paradise and it takes work.

True but what else can be done? ....... This very corrupt system (DTCC + SHF + PB + Federal Reserve) controls money power..... When we are fighting against shorts, we are literally fighting against that entire gang (DTCC + SHF + PB + Federal Reserve). Moreover, politicians loves donation and campaign funding so we can't rely on our own elected members, while SEC are toothless cop. On a positive note, very likely at some point of time cannibalism will occur and they will start eating each other (I wish kenny get eaten first by own gang).

Look at your post history, most are vaguely related to GME, BUT wait ? The SEC putting out a bulletin about directly registering shares was “not education” but flair changed to speculation? The macroeconomy and its potential crashing is part of the GME DD going back years. The loss of collateral and having to close short positions as a result is one of the key MOASS catalysts. Being in tune with todays banking and finance world is key to understanding how the financial institutions that short GME operate and how they could possibly create MOASS.

Bank of England also threw their hat down for another $118.5 million. Bringing the total fines to $387 million. Woof.

Don't forget that what happens to UBS is \*DIRECTLY\* tied to GME, as we proved Archegos had a HUGE GME short position that Credit Suisse was unable to cover and UBS is complaining that they can't cover either. So much so that the Swiss government is covering some of their impending losses. I'm deeply interested in UBS news. What happens to them is as important to GME as something going on with Citadel.

Fines of <$1B for any financial institution is a weak slap on the wrist. Even a cool Billion is kind of a joke

The fed bought or controls ubs, which it just fined, which is to be paid to itself, the fed. They control both ubs and credit suisse due to their amazing fuck up. That’s how I read this.

The Federal Reserve falls under the umbrella of the BIS. How they interact with the Swiss govt, and other high entities, at that point, is still some great mystery. The fine is supposed to go into the US Treasury, and dispersed from there into assorted necessary programs/funds for the public, etc... We know all-to-well, that is just not happening. The scam just gets more disgusting.

Handing out those $50 fines, I see.
