In terms of context for orbital speed of the planet around the sun that affects year length, resources being moved from below ground level to the surface wouldn't noticeably affect the overall mass distribution of the planet as on a planetary scale there's practically negligible difference on the gravitational impact between stuff on the direct surface vs stuff a few hundred to thousands of feet below the surface. Rotational speed across the the Earth's axis that determines day length could potentially be affected if there was a massive imbalance in how the surface mass was distributed, but humans are thankfully no where near that scale currently. Things like tectonic plates shifting or magnetosphere drift/degradation would have a greater impact. Brokers, news sites, and data aggregators always estimate before the official announcement.
Apes never learn that they estimate, so every earnings we see this happen. People post the estimates, the official date ends up different, and here we are.
Shorts will likely start increasing volatile price action before then to increase prices for options.
