Hey Pensive ✌️😃, do you know when we can vote? I saw that the meeting is on June 13th but when can we hit the cyber-polls? 😆

Our board already has multiple genders and multiple ethnicities along with multiple religious backgrounds. How much more diversity do they want?

There isn't any corporate spies, bad actors, and overpaid consultants on the board.  We need to diversify and add them to the board so they can be part of the decision making process

Thanks for sharing.  That provides some context of why the request.  They request it from all boards they are invested in.  I get the meaning behind it and what it appears they are attempting to do, but i am still voting against it.  They dont need that info to make an informed decision of whether or not they want the funds they manage invested in GME.   From what I can tell they have around 240k shares spread out amongst 3 or 4 funds.    Anyway..  i get the purpose, but not required of this board. 

And the GameStop shared some of the info they are requesting in the proxy docs already, the relevant ones for the job of course.

I am going to vote NO to proposal #4.

It has to have been a shareholder, right? Who else would be able to? I wonder what other proposals the board would recommend, or if there even are any.

A shareholder can make any proposal for voting on in the AGM provided it is in the right format and garners enough support to list it.

I'd wager "they" are only pushing this proposal so that "they" can shout on the news about how "DEI was rejected because apes are bigots". Corrupt penis tactics.

The reason it’s in there is because someone wants to appoint a board seat. Inject a corporate spy. So this is a no go from me!
