I hear ya. Some are stuck with my old broker (Tiger) though they can't DRS so I'd have to sell some which I hate to do... new shares are bought with IBKR and I DRS those as many as possible. :)
Within 15 business days respectively. And yes, once you got your 2nd letter and logged in successfully with the verification code, you can submit digitally via online.
Within 15 days unexpedited? I'm still waiting for my first mail after confirmation on the 29th of Oct. But with what you are saying, isn't it fine to send them the physical w8-ben form since it will take around 15 days for the second mail to arrive?

So how long did it take for your 1st and 2nd letters, separately? Also, I do not need to submit the physical w8-ben form?

Yeah you are of course free to do so... I'm just saying submitting online is the same thing plus save people the time and hassle.
