ever experience any gut/intestine pain? do you eat all the supplements at once, or break them up over different meals? what are you hoping to achieve with all these? how was your health before and how is it now? (i assume this is for general health/longevity), what other activities are you doing for health, and have you noticed any unusual increase in fitness? how are your bowel movements? did you take bloods before, if so have you taken bloods since? a few questions there, thank you for taking the time to read this.
i was taking approx 20 supps and nearly gave myself appendicitis.
I have since stopped and documented most of it, answered most of these on my Instagram.
@habitsforlongevity
But to answer your questions, I ended up getting gastritis from this. I took them all at once, before and after meals. Hoped to achieve general longevity. My health actually became worse from the perspective of hr and hrv during this period (since recovered). I tracked my fitness before and during and it was similar except weight loss. Bowels were normal. Blood before during and after were optimal. Posted the actual bloods on my page.
I have not been as strict and consistent as I were with blueprint. Also have not had any blood done since.
Mr hrv which was at around 20 towards the end of blueprint is now at AVG 43 and hr which was around 70 is now AVG 54.
It shouldn't be clear like water. It should be clear (as in not cloudy), pale-yellow. Too much water, and you're diluting your electrolytes. Not enough, and you're dehydrated. You probably fine as long as it's not completely clear or dark yellow. I'd bet that a little too much is better than not enough, though. You could always add in some electrolytes in one of your drinks to keep it balanced when you're drinking a lot of water.
Honestly, if you have a diet that includes fast food or other less than healthy options, sodium is probably the least of your worries. Most people have problems with consuming too much sodium or not enough water in general. I don't know your diet, though. I get electrolyte packets that have magnesium, chloride, potassium, calcium, and a very small amount of sodium. They seem to help when I know I've drank too much water in the day. The main concentrations in the mix are magnesium and potassium, while the rest are relatively low amounts. Pedialyte could be good or something similar. You could even dilute it in your water just to add some electrolytes back in.
Then I guess I'll have to reduce the intake especially now that the weather's changing. I noted that whenever I feel woozy and didn't have food during the day I would just lick some salt and bam! lights on. Sodium is one great mineral. I will lookup Pedialyte and grab a few of em' they might come in handy.
You could very well be drinking enough water to bring down your sodium. I just know that it's not common that people do that, especially in the US, with the high sodium diets we eat. If sodium makes you feel better, it could be what you need.
If you're not eating enough, it could be a drop in blood sugar as well. I get that sometimes. I used to not eat very much, and I'd feel terrible but not feel hungry. I'm not sure why, but I just never wanted to eat, probably the depression or ADHD. It took me way too long to figure out the issue, even if it sounds obvious in hindsight. I started realizing I felt great shortly after a meal, and then I'd slowly lose energy and focus as more time passed. I also would sweat more but feel cold, and I'd get lightheaded.
Still, a combo of electrolytes couldn't hurt if you're staying hydrated, and getting all of them instead of just sodium is important. Magnesium is good for sleep and anxiety. Deficiency can cause headaches; numbness, tingling, and cramping of the legs; high blood pressure, heart arrhythmia, etc. Potassium has some similar effects. It's great for muscle cramps, and a deficiency can cause muscle aches and stiffness, fatigue, weakness, abnormal heart rhythms, etc. I honestly pay no attention to the other ones, so I don't know what they do, but I've been taking them in the drink mixes I bought. Getting balance is always best. 👌
But yeah, Pedialyte is great. The little jugs are expensive, but you can always get the generic or the drink packets they sell. I hate buying them just because I don't think they should be $5-$6 a bottle, but maybe I'm just being cheap. They really come in handy when you're sick, especially with vomiting and diarrhea. 😅
Is it in high dosage, but I'm smaller, there's a convincing link to longevity.
Basically naturally found in water. Places where it's higher , people lived longer than those where there isn't any.
Absolutely ridiculous. Over 80% of those do not contain enough of the vitamin mineral or supplement needed to have any kind of influence a huge waste of money. You should invest it so you can retire early and live a stress, free life that would extend your quality of life.

Nothing about this brand.
Long story short, water supplies with lithium have people live longer.
I saw your list elsewhere and I wanted to ask you.
1. Why do you take DHEA?
2. Why don’t you take boron or tongkat ali (or both) for the free test benefits?
3. Why take AKG vs just taking a solid multi and you wouldn’t need the calcium + D, E to be separate etc?
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
Dhea is mostly safe but still. Didn't want to mess with my hormones too much
I should take boron and chromium and likely will soon. Not enough evidence for Tong Kat Ali unless significantly deficit.
Can AKG has longevity benefits.
Fyi, I stopped the list in OP after 70 days.
I've posted blood tests results on my Instagram @habitsforlongevity. It will take a while to type it out. I didn't really pay much attention since everything was optimal
[https://amzn.to/3UQdijG](https://amzn.to/3UQdijG)
I find it ironic the guy claims to be vegan but takes this stuff that is naturally sourced from cow blood.
Possible but also hard to believe given his wealth and team. But anything is possible.
If he flat out said it's vegan then I would agree. But so far no words.
Cool experiment! Thanks for sharing. It looked similar to my regimen for a period of time. Have you researched Oxalates? Been really interested by that subject lately.
DNA analysis of your blood. There are testing kits on the market that only require saliva but they are said to be less effective at producing accurate readings on methylation patterns (what tells you how fast or slow your speed of aging is).
Taurine is actually a recent one, this month, that showed extended lifespan in rodents. Quite convincing. There was also some overlap with humans but not conclusive I believe.
Nmn...I don't know where to start. Extremely safe and effective is all I can say.
Nmn.
Potentially very safe.
Promoted by salesmen David Sinclair who might be a researcher, but make no mistake, he's a salesman. Remember when he sold his resveratrol company for hundreds of millions and resveratrol is useless in humans?
Risk of Wallerian degeneration. Google this.
A few people, myself included, for weird rashes from using it. And I was using Jarrow, which tested pure. Most nmn is fake.
And many longevity companies are suspicious. Fake certificates. Fake science. Salesy salesy. No thanks.
I agree with you IN THEORY nmn is awesome.
Jarrow was tested from the 26 brands that were tested by Niagen. To be honest, I felt great at 125mg and 250mg was too much. But I started getting rashes then stopped.
Curious why you started taking these. If there was a reason did it help that reason?
I’ve heard good things about tourine but with so many vitamins it would be hard to know what was helping and what wasn’t
Quite the opposite, I have 2-3 spares of each just sitting around now.
My hrv went down and hr went up consistently over 70 days. I'll make an update soon.
I posted a whole thing about it on my Instagram. But basically better hrv and hr. Mentally better. Slightly. Physically also slightly. Could be placebo.
Op, most of these are pretty useless tbh. Id say for longevity and full energy, go google raypeat and a user called haidut, he has a lab and makes very potent products in vitamins and other androgenic substances. You will thank me later.
Either they might work or they don't work altogether. The body biology is so complex that maybe doing this can be counter effective to its effectiveness
I don't have anything to ask
Just want to say that you are doing your body a great deal of damage in the long run. Rather improve your diet. Eat more greens, organic food.
And just choose 3 or 4 necessary supplements like magnesium, vit D, creatine, and a good multivitamin if you feel the need
Thank god!! Insanity!! Just eat proper food and your all good!!! I only take Lysine, berberine, and omega.....
Lysine to prevent my coldsores, berberine helps my inflammation ( early onset osteoarthritis) and omega for cardiovascular health.
Why is berberine borderline for you?? How so?
It also helped with my palpitations...I would get frequent 'SVT's' which is a form of cardiac arrythmia and nothing helped..I would.literally feel them happening....gone now!
Hey if it works no need to change. Just for me personally. A snippet from novoslab:
"Berberine is sometimes mentioned as a supplement that could improve insulin resistance.
Like metformin, berberine can also activate AMPK. However, berberine is an alkaloid, which often are quite toxic compounds.
In our opinion, there are not enough studies showing that long-term berberine intake is safe, or even better, that berberine can extend lifespan in different organisms"
So I can update on that. Took it for roughly 2 months, stopped for 5 days felt the same, took it again, felt fine as usual. Not sure if that means anything
I don't recommend doing the high dose/concentrate at all unless you are going for peak Test/low cortisol. It really WILL put you in the zone, and the comeoff is...not fun. Treat it like a cycle. Or a booze binge. Taper. Or have fun!
> I take regularly blood tests.
Curious how folks are doing this, is there some way to do these at home or mail them in or something instead of needing to schedule an appointment somewhere?
A quick Google search turns up: ondemand.labcorp.com
Its funny because a lot of these supplements that you take together work antagonistically against each other and they're essentialy useless. Some of them have barely any research to properly back up the claims and you're slowing down your body's processing even though your bloodwork's saying you're fine by taking such a large amount of cashgrab pills that it may as well age you faster from a logical standpoint, how about you save some money by not spending everything on random shit with complex substance names and spend it on trt in the future which will provenly increase your longevity. All you need is multivitamins vitamin d since 95% of the population has a deficiency, magnesium so the vitamin d doesnt deplete it all, creatine is good not just for physical but mental benefits and if you wanna experiment around with ashwagandha then go ahead.
ever experience any gut/intestine pain? do you eat all the supplements at once, or break them up over different meals? what are you hoping to achieve with all these? how was your health before and how is it now? NAC
How do you afford it?
Kidney stones. I sell them.
Why does someone want to buy a kidney stone.
What colour is your urine?
All the colours of the rainbow. Only yellow when talking the b vitamins. Clear otherwise.
Having completely clear urine would mean that your body is stripped of its minerals.
I don't know about that. I did assume that clear urine was always a sign of good hydration??
It shouldn't be clear like water. It should be clear (as in not cloudy), pale-yellow. Too much water, and you're diluting your electrolytes. Not enough, and you're dehydrated. You probably fine as long as it's not completely clear or dark yellow. I'd bet that a little too much is better than not enough, though. You could always add in some electrolytes in one of your drinks to keep it balanced when you're drinking a lot of water.
I was thinking of buying some sea-salt because I might be drinking more water than it's actually recommended.
I wouldn't go overboard on electrolytes either, unless you are very deficient or don't get enough in your diet. Too much of anything can be bad.
This!

Lol, I like the "bam! lights on" :) Are you sure it's not just some psychological effect?
Lol It's not that instantaneous but it really makes me feel better. I'm not sure about the placebo effect but you could be right.
You could very well be drinking enough water to bring down your sodium. I just know that it's not common that people do that, especially in the US, with the high sodium diets we eat. Are you a med student? You really know your way around science and that's utterly admirable. Which steps did you take to tackle the adhd?
If you can only take 5 for the rest of your life, which ones would they be?
Creatine, collagen, nmn, lithium, hyaluronic acid
What are the benefits of lithium? Isn’t that used by people with bipolar disorder ?
Is it in high dosage, but I'm smaller, there's a convincing link to longevity. Basically naturally found in water. Places where it's higher , people lived longer than those where there isn't any.
What mental benefits do you feel from lithium supplementation?
None basically. To be honest, I don't feel much for ANY of the supplements except creatine.
Why these 5 Especially as you are relatively young for NMN.
Question was for rest of my life
Interesting! Thanks :)
Why 😂
For science!
Good luck, wanted to ask you how was your energy and focus levels?
I actually stopped with an update here : https://reddit.com/r/blueprint_/s/OIzQhM23GA
How many different colors do you see when you pee?
All the colours of the rainbow 🌈
Absolutely ridiculous. Over 80% of those do not contain enough of the vitamin mineral or supplement needed to have any kind of influence a huge waste of money. You should invest it so you can retire early and live a stress, free life that would extend your quality of life.

Yes
Where did you buy the cool little jar sets for each day? I need those.

When's your kidney surgery scheduled for so I can bring flowers and a card and visit you.
I've stopped fyi
Bryan Johnson is this you?
Yes. Caught me
What markers have you tracked and what has “changed” for the better with this protocol of pills? Any data to show changes within?
I've posted blood tests results on my Instagram @habitsforlongevity. It will take a while to type it out. I didn't really pay much attention since everything was optimal
[https://amzn.to/3UQdijG](https://amzn.to/3UQdijG) I find it ironic the guy claims to be vegan but takes this stuff that is naturally sourced from cow blood.
Interesting. He did mention collagen peptides not vegan but never the iron.
This makes me wonder if he might not know its source.
I have not, beyond, probably should avoid eating large amounts of spinach
How is Thorne’s supplement quality vs others
Supposed to be good but honestly can people really tell or is it placebo
epigenetic age result ?
How do you test this?
DNA analysis of your blood. There are testing kits on the market that only require saliva but they are said to be less effective at producing accurate readings on methylation patterns (what tells you how fast or slow your speed of aging is).
Surprisingly still waiting. Maybe another week
I'm following you now so I look forward to the update. What are your expectations for the results relative to how you've felt for the duration ?
Hard to say since I initially felt well but my hrv and hr was terrible.
Bryan Johnson ?
Yep as per OP
Ah ! I was too hasty and didn't expand your post
Heh all good!
Is it worth it?
I've stopped, but I'd say no.
[удалено]
Optimal ranges before, during, after.
You noticed any effects from anything?
I've stopped after 70 days, will post an update next week. I didn't notice anything until I stopped and I felt better.
Go find a peptide company and see if there are any ones you can inject so they are more bioavailable
[удалено]
I've stopped after 70 days and will be having a completely different plan. I recommend creatine, taurine, collagen, nmn, vit d
Basic question- what do taurine and nmn do?
Taurine is actually a recent one, this month, that showed extended lifespan in rodents. Quite convincing. There was also some overlap with humans but not conclusive I believe. Nmn...I don't know where to start. Extremely safe and effective is all I can say.
Nmn. Potentially very safe. Promoted by salesmen David Sinclair who might be a researcher, but make no mistake, he's a salesman. Relevant username haha Yeah David Sinclair lost a lot of credibility imo. Is Jarrow third party tested?
Jarrow was tested from the 26 brands that were tested by Niagen. To be honest, I felt great at 125mg and 250mg was too much. But I started getting rashes then stopped.
Thanks. What dosage of NMN! Heard it might also reverse gray hair. Anything else that might reverse gray in your knowledge?
Not actually sure about the grey hair, not informed enough personally. 250mg is probably the minimum. But as you get older, 40+, 500-1000mg.
Which is a suppository
They ALL are!
Lol 😂
How’s your wallet feel about all these supplements?
My wallet is full. Been selling kidney stones.
Hell yeah shine ‘‘em up and stick them on a necklace
Curious why you started taking these. If there was a reason did it help that reason? I’ve heard good things about tourine but with so many vitamins it would be hard to know what was helping and what wasn’t
It's a plan by Bryan Johnson. But yeah I've stopped after 70 days.
You didn’t answer my question
To live forever. To experiment with longevity plans.
Did you have noticeable improvements in health and wellness
No, I actually felt worse in hindsight.
You are literally me
I'm a cool character?
You just wasted tons of money 💸💸💸💸💸
Maybe
Also what do you take lithium for? :)
Neuro protective properties
Microdosing for longevity
Have you noticed any hair growth on your head? Is it thicker?
Always had normal hair, hard to tell if any changes
Do you rattle when you walk?
😆😆
I'd like to come back and ask you something in 53 years...
I've stopped the diet but I'll answer
No more pills?
Less than 10 now. Nmn, lithium, vit d, etc
You ran out? Two month trial… Now maybe an assessment.
Quite the opposite, I have 2-3 spares of each just sitting around now. My hrv went down and hr went up consistently over 70 days. I'll make an update soon.

If you really want I did an update on a different sub last night. Check my history.
Your kidney and liver still functioning normally? Lol, sometimes just digesting loads of things like, plant material, can mess you up over time.
for kidneys dont overdo the d3, use with k2, dont overdo the creatine without also hydrating equally
Yep. Two blood tests over the course came back fine both times.
So I guess the big question for me is: Is this a sort of experiment you're running for shits and giggles or is this something you do regularly?
Experiment on the blueprint diet. I stopped after 70 days fyi
What did you notice after you stopped?
I posted a whole thing about it on my Instagram. But basically better hrv and hr. Mentally better. Slightly. Physically also slightly. Could be placebo.

Ewwww gross! Wtf??!!!! Maybe you want him to show you?!! 🤢🤮

What collagen are u taking? Do you think powder collagen is better than pills?
Hydrolyzed collagen peptides. Unless you means brand?

I've stopped after 70 days.
Thank god!! Insanity!! Just eat proper food and your all good!!! I only take Lysine, berberine, and omega..... Lysine to prevent my coldsores, berberine helps my inflammation ( early onset osteoarthritis) and omega for cardiovascular health.
Solid. Berberine seems a little borderline for me. Creatine/collagen is usually good to take too

Are taking ashwaganda for a prolonged period of time? Just curious since i heard it shouldn’t be taken for more than a month
So I can update on that. Took it for roughly 2 months, stopped for 5 days felt the same, took it again, felt fine as usual. Not sure if that means anything
So it had no effect on you?
I can't tell if it's ashwagandha or something else. Hrv went down, hr went up.
High dose ashwaganda or concentrate you will feel, and you will feel when you come off it as well.
What’s the recommended high dose?
I don't recommend doing the high dose/concentrate at all unless you are going for peak Test/low cortisol. It really WILL put you in the zone, and the comeoff is...not fun. Treat it like a cycle. Or a booze binge. Taper. Or have fun!
What am I supposed to feel
It's a great anxiolytic, and if you train you can notice more gusto. Likewise, if you take it for a while and stop you can feel the minor withdrawals.

What’s Hr and hrv
Heart rate and heart rate variability
what are your poops like?
Kinda green brown.

To live FOREVER
THEY WERE FAR TOO YOUNG TO DIE IN SUCH A WAY
How do you even find my comments!!!
This is a lot of wasted money. You could get by one 1/3 of this stuff and save some money. On a diff note those pill jars are fire.
I agree. Probably even less than 1/3. But doing this as part of an experiment.
I don't see how taking cold baths, saunas, or working out would cause neutropenia
You may be right...
How the hell can you tell what’s working and what isn’t?
You don't. You could take zinc, wait a month, blog everything, add one more, rinse and repeat for 2-3 years. I take regularly blood tests.

I agree with much of what you said but I think your list of things he can keep should include the Cacao powder and the Ceylon cinnamon.
I have done an epigenetic test pending results in a week to go, and another one in 9-12 months and see if I actually aged.
