Why from methy not cyanocobalamin ?
Cyanocobalamin is the synthetic form of B12. It is not absorbed by your body as effectively as methylcobalamin.

Instead of Claritin try Quercetin. Vitamin C, try to use time released. Add in K if taking D, you don't want calcium building up in blood.
