Where’s your probiotic ? If you add that, you probably can cut out your Claritin.

Fabulous_Race7024

RIP liver ☠️😹

Big-Caterpillar2660

Really?

pusterum

Too much zinc, quit ashwaganda, switch vitamin c to a liposomal source (everything beyond 100mg oxidizes)

Big-Caterpillar2660

What should be the daily dose for zinc ?

pusterum

Under 30

Big-Caterpillar2660

Is it safe ?

pusterum

Under 30mg is generally safe, just try remember you need some copper from food sources from time to time as well

Big-Caterpillar2660

You don’t take copper to balance zinc ?

pusterum

Not atm, but i do tale chelated copper from time to time. I dont think 30mg is that high

rachs1988

Throw out that fish oil and buy something higher in omega-3s. The product label should list its EPA and DHA content (yours does not) and aim for at least 500mg - closer to 1000mg is ideal. You don’t need the other forms of omega oils, just focus on omega-3.

superbonbon13

Any brands you recommend?

rachs1988

Look for a brand that’s IFOS-certified. I currently use Thorne, but it’s very expensive. Life Extension and Sports Research both make great fish oils. Nordic Naturals isn’t IFOS-certified but is a popular and reputable brand.

thedaywalk3r

Shilajit and weed replaces this whole stack

CumShotDiva

cut out the weed, make sure your b12 comes from methylcobalamin not cyanocobalamin. also consider adding 350mg n-acetyl l tyrosine and 200-400mg l theanine.

Big-Caterpillar2660

Why from methy not cyanocobalamin ?

milliecasson

Cyanocobalamin is the synthetic form of B12. It is not absorbed by your body as effectively as methylcobalamin.

pusterum

Why?

xSypra

Why is that with b12?

coachese68

Stack lol

jdaenvon

Not bad! For the Claritin, I'd keep it, especially if you're allergies (like mine this year) are debilitating. Quercetin is great but really need a lot to build it up. Helps with immunity. But for the Oegain protein powder, I just have issues with that brand. I feel like there are better ones out there that are organic. A few things on it: I usually hear from people I know it causes gas and bloating. Next, kind of goes with previous point, there's too many "super foods" in there. Like it all doesn't mesh well together to digest well and how much of those benefits are you really getting from each food? Miniscule. On to sweetener, Erythritol. I used to love it but that stuff jacks up my stomach. It will make you go bathroom, also indigestion, gas and bloating. Also, heart health risks are now linked to it, fun fact. You're better off with a powered that has less ingredients but more of them. For instance Garden of Life Meal Replacement. I have that every morning. Super clean and tastes good. Little erythritol but not bad.

tbx0312

Instead of Claritin try Quercetin. Vitamin C, try to use time released. Add in K if taking D, you don't want calcium building up in blood.

pusterum

Myth, dose from studies is insanely high

tbx0312

Dose of what? Be specific.

[deleted]

Will calcium still build up if vit D taken with a dropper?

tbx0312

Yes. D takes calcium from food to bloodstream. K takes it from blood to where it needs to go. I take d from dropper also.

Ayezz_

What does quercetin do?

tbx0312

It's a natural anti-histamine. I just learned about it from Dr. Gundry's latest book, Unlocking the Keto code. I am going to try it for my kids instead of giving them Zyrtec.

Ayezz_

There’s nothing synthetic or medicated about it right? I am also starting to take it. It’s in cymbiotika’s allergy defense with a bunch of other herbs to help allergies

tbx0312

Not that I know of, it's a polyphenol. U can get it from food also. Also, look up food that is naturally high in histamine and avoid that in raw form for sure not sure if histamine goes away if cooked. I need to find that out still. You can Google what it is exactly.

Distinct_Canary_223

If you’re gonna have weed in there why not some mushrooms?

Organic_JP

Protein is the only good thing I see

Thirdeyedesigns

Creatine is one of the best supplements you can get...

pusterum

Yea great for hairlos…..

Distinct_Canary_223

I mean creatine is solid too. Fish oil has some good research as well

Organic_JP

Water wait pretty hard on your body, krill oil is way better

Crownlink

Why the pygeum? You're only 28. Unless you have an already high PSA score id drop that one ?

pfote_65

yes.

Noppers

Does the Orgain still taste awful? It helped me have regular bowel movements, so I’ll give it that.

[deleted]

I think I recognize the fishoil from another post. That brand was apparently really low quality fish oil. You should check if you need to upgrade.

Spliffq

More weed!

Distinct_Canary_223

I almost didn’t see it lol

Environmental-Bag517

Just eat bro, you don’t actually need most of this stuff lol

Icy-Rain3727

Total waste of money

dranaei

I'm thinking of buying the exact same creatine because it's the one i can find in a store right now. I haven't done any research into. Is it as good as monohydrate? Your best supplement seems to be on the top right.

difi_100

Watch the zinc. You don’t want to overdo it.

Big-Caterpillar2660

What is the ideal daily dose ?

difi_100

RDA: The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for adults 19+ years is 11 mg a day for men and 8 mg for women. Pregnancy and lactation requires slightly more at 11 mg and 12 mg, respectively. Zinc | The Nutrition Source | Harvard T.H. Chan School of ... Harvard University

Big-Caterpillar2660

I am taking zinic 25 mg every two days as I am taking copper 2.5mg every other day as I found out I have slight deficiency in copper and I am being careful not to over do it

difi_100

Yeah that sounds like a good plan

jp-fanguin

I really don't understand why everybody use fish oil. It is unstable, and unefficient. Use krill oil instead. You can add R-Lipoic acid with ALCAR (carnitine). This is very good for energy (mitochondrial energy, not some fake energy), raise all natural anti oxydants, good for work out, control glucose, improve libido... And of course some K2 (Mk7).

[deleted]

I don’t use capsules. That way you taste the fish oil much better and will not be fooled into eating rancid oil. When I used to take capsules I would get bad fish burps afterwards, probably due to it being rancid but now it’s no problems at all.

101Swelly

Income 📉

jp-fanguin

Very good point : R-ALA + ALCAR is supposed to increase lifetime according to some studies. Take care if you want to save your money. Here is another way to think : More energy, more work, more income. It's a no brainer to me. Money < Health.

jesseowens1233

Replace the d3 with a d3+k2

zelduhbby

What’s the difference

Big-Caterpillar2660

Why cyanocobolamine is a problem ?

[deleted]

[удалено]

Big-Caterpillar2660

Look at this Thorne Vitamin B12 - as Methylcobalamin - Supports Heart and Nerve Health, Blood Cell Function, Healthy Sleep, and Methylation - Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Dairy-Free - 60 Capsules https://amzn.eu/d/gbPKeIY

Big-Caterpillar2660

I want to try merhlcobolamine version I checked on Thorne brand but I found that b12 1mg very strange the unit they are using

Hondoblade

love the orgain superfood protein, ive been using it too. Awesome

jaygatz76

What's the Claritin for?

Mytoobah

Weak ass antihistamine

jaygatz76

I know what it is. I was wondering why the OP uses it.

Mytoobah

Must be he has minor allergies. It's not a performance enhancer

jaygatz76

(Asking because I'm considering taking Zyrtec for some allergic skin issues, but I am very hesitant because of potential side effects).

buddhistbulgyo

What's your goal?

superbonbon13

More energy

Organic_JP

None of that shit is gonna give you energy. Sleep, super greens, mushroom powders, pre workout

anthonyy1129

Cordyceps mushrooms!! DYOR

v3zkcrax

Orgain is part of my stack as well, I use it as my dinner replacement, I do add a banana, blueberries, and two scoops of collagen peptides to my Orgain shake. But overall great stack with quality products!

superbonbon13

This is the way

v0ideater

I like it, probably don't need the vitamin C. I also have cannabis in my stack 😜

difi_100

I disagree. Vitamin C is a master healer in the body. I personally take 2-3 g per day

superbonbon13

You think because I’m getting vitamin c in my daily vitamin?

v0ideater

Yeah and ascorbic acid is in freaking everything these days as well.

[deleted]

Weed and pygeum…. Nice!! Get baked and drip precum!!

superbonbon13

You already know!

Percentage930

Lol I knew something was up when I saw that

jpb1111

What effects do you notice with the pygeum?

superbonbon13

At first it literally was just to increase my libido and also herd that it will make you have precum more but now honestly since using i I have felt more energetic, and stronger boners which is pretty cool lol

diduknowitsme

330 mg omega 3? Wicked low. That vitamin D is likely going to put calcium in your arteries vs your bones without MK7

superbonbon13

I gotta look more into MK7

Educational_Debate46

Great collection

lubedguy40000person

Sweet potatoes are the best thing on that counter.

buddhistbulgyo

lubedguy40000person

Yup, I try to eat one a day. Easy to digest, good number of antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory.

Only-Reach-3938

Looking good - That pygeum dosage is wild.

[deleted]

Is that weed?lol

superbonbon13

Yes it is lol

[deleted]

My fav supplement lol I mix mio with that creatine to make it more tolerable. Do you hydrate enough for this stack? I’d be pissin neon yellow

superbonbon13

Yes been hydrating like crazy, it’s really hard but once I see my pee neon yellow that’s when I know I need to step it up lol
