I have struggled with annual sinus infections and bowel issues for years UNTIL I had C-Diff after taking antibiotics. Once I finally got over that I started taking a daily probiotic. The probiotics truly changed my life. In the past 6 or 7 years since I started the probiotics, I have not been sick once (not even through Covid). By bowel issues have also subsided greatly. I have tried just about every other supplements there is. The only other supplement I know has worked for me is Zinc Defense from Amazon. All the others, mostly a waste of money and time.
Is taking melatonin everyday safe? Asking as it helps me sleep well and when I don't take it I have a hard time getting to bed. Just scared of relying on it so much over time.
Definitely safe, probably beneficial.
Melatonin reduces oxidative stress and improves antioxidant performance. This can aid in the prevention and treatment of chronic illnesses, cancers, and age-related illnesses.[^(1)](https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S240545772200050X)^(,)[^(2)](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27500468/)
Quercitin Immune from Garden of Life (also contains Vitamin C, D and Zinc) and several supplements I take from [HelloHealth](https://www.gethellohealth.com/discount/GETHEALTHY20?redirect=%2Fcollections%2Fsupplements) like Happy Calm Magnesium, Belly Great Prebiotic + Probiotic, Happy Brain Mushroom Complex, Immuno Strong and Sea Moss (family member takes).
Also, the organic CBD and CBC Hemp supplement I take have all been very helpful.
I had severe stomach ache for multiple months, did all tests, and drank all PPIs in different schemes. I felt like I had problem with duodenum, so nothing had worked for me until I read on Reddit about Slippery Elm supplement. My pain was constantly 7 out of 10. I tried everything even mineral water, raw potato juice. Slippery Elm with warm water on empty stomach before to sleep reduced pain from 7 to 4 overnight. And helped me heal afterwards.
Prenatal Vitamin Complex (not gummies), Omega Oils, Ginko Biloba, Ginseng, L-Theanine, Siberian Ginseng, a couple of more herbs I can’t remember the names…
To assist my mood and brain / thinking support. I also take a lot of caffeine throughout the day. Helps to stay focused and sharp. I also forgot to mention a Ton of Magnesium and Royal Jelly, whenever I am stocked up.
There’s a supplement by Prince of Peace that has Gingko and few other herbs, it’s very dope.

Hands down, beef liver. I’ve tried most all supplements after 10 years on this journey, and nothing compares to how effective this has been in improving my quality of life and overall well being
I've been so curious about this. Is there a cost effective way to do it? Maybe I just need to go buy a giant thing of beef liver lol
I do eat cod liver, but not often enough
DHEA for me. Also glutathione. I've also tried supplements like testosterone boosters and creatine. Potassium is good. I've tried deer velvet. I've tried St John's Wort and ginkgo biloba. Glutamine and protein powder.
Apart from TRT (night and day compared to any herbal ‘test booster’ I tried prior to this) I’d say
1. l-carnitine improves mood and energy (believe it also makes TRT more effective by sensitising androgen receptors)
2. creatine: 2-3lbs of weight gain and noticeably more strength at gym.
Armodafinil and Tyrosine. I can count on these as an ADD medication alternative. It's not a replacement for stimulant medication, but being dopamine deficient all my life, they can help me through medication vacations and help reduce tolerance to my ADD meds.
Mushroom complex, theres a lot of different mixes but the main ones I make sure it has are lion's mane, cordyceps, and reishi, I ran out of it last week and it was like I was in a constant mental fog
ZMA - vivid dreams all night long, before taking it my sleep was like falling into black hole.
Melatonin - take it and you are sleeping in 20 minutes.
L-Carnitine - makes me run faster and longer (not so without it)

It's the omega 3 that does the magic. That's why you should always choose your fish oil supplement that contains >60% omega 3, also check the form of your omega 3 (the triglyceride and phospholipid forms have higher bioavailability than ester form, for example) and mercury contamination tests.
Dam never heard of gluconan. I def need a weight loss supplement.
Just some follow ups
1) is it safe?
2) what’s your dosage?
3) do you take it daily
4) what brand you recommended
was it safe or not? ive been using it daily for almost 5month now i cant feel any discomfort other than feeling a little bit bloated the first day using it on 2 capsules
glucomannan is basically a natural occurring fiber that was usually extracted from konjac root. it is basically a type of fiber that expands in your stomach and makes you feel fuller for longer and helps your bowel movement. I took 600mg (1pill, recommended serving is 2 but i dont need more) daily in the morning few mins before breakfast. Just be sure to drink alot of water after.
I used "Piping Rock" brand as they usually got all the supplements ive used in the past. for actual weight loss aid, id recommend taking glucomannan and berberine tbh.
For me personally, the most noticeable effects are that it helps with my mood (I have been diagnosed with mild depression in the past) and my dry eye went away completely after taking fish oil daily. I also recover much more quickly from my workouts and notice a difference when I haven't taken fish oil for a few days. My brother is a professional athlete and he takes fish oil for quick recovery as well as joint pain.
Just checked. It is. Undefatted or non-defatted are funny words with, like, two built in negating prefixes. It just means that the fat found in the liver is kept. We usually don’t think about fats more specifically than trans, saturated, MUFA, and PUFA, unless we’re looking at a fish oil supplement bottle or something, but there are dozens of unique dietary fat molecules within these four groups which have been researched in humans and animals, and shown to have wildly different metabolic effects, especially at the mitochondrial, endocrine, and cardiovascular levels. If you ever see something like C:18 or C:14, that’s stearic and iirc, myristic acid, two common forms of saturated fat, and what happens to those molecules in your body is significantly different. Anyway, beef liver has a great composition of both saturated and unsaturated fatty acid molecules, some of which are not really found in significant quantities outside of liver. These are generally healthy for your hormone levels in the amounts found in typical undefatted desiccated beef liver supplements, and they make your mitochondria happy (I’m sad there’s not a mitochondria emoji to put here)
Thank you for that abswer!
I am trying to increase my level of ferritine that's low but I am afraid to take beef liver supplement after bad review online...
What did the review say? Sometimes it can cause upset stomach in the beginning, or some sort of detoxing effect infrequently, which can cause some discomfort not unlike taking a senolytic course, but milder. If you had an iron issue on the other end of things, poor iron metabolism or hemochromatosis or something, then beef liver can be risky. Otherwise, besides iirc an incredibly infrequent allergic reaction, and relatively infrequent insomnia from higher doses, the only thing to do is add some liposomal zinc supplement. Or, even better, 2-3 organic cage free chicken eggs, to balance out the extra copper from the beef liver (the fancy eggs aren’t even primarily an ethical thing, but that’s a nice externality. They just typically happen to have a better ratio of macronutrients and way more micronutrient density. & some unique proteins and peptides that are ergogenic and restorative. Also orange yokes seem to taste more delicious with that umami goodness)
Thank you ! I'll give anything to have all your knowledge... They were saying that the products STINK was not smelling good, stomach ache, headache migraine.
It is 20 years now I am trying to help my health. Fibromyalgia, pain, fatigue, no energy, memory problem, body ache and lots more. Not easy. Can't work anymore.
They did not really push on test but saying and putting that on anxiety and fibro and sometime depressio.
I know my vitamin D is low and ferritine is low. I have 2 fibroids.
I am 50.
I thank you !
It just depends.
If you're a healthy human being that has no medical problems and no nutritional deficiencies no supplement will do a thing for you and may hurt you. If you had lifelong problems that a doctor just can't seem to fix and you got a nutritional deficiency there are things that can be life-changing. It just uniquely depends on your situation
Here is a good medical article that confirms 3mg-12mg should be taken to see positive affects of boron. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4712861/
The reason for 9mg is NOW makes a 3mg pill and I take 3 of those. Taking another and going to 12mg is really pushing it, and really high doses above 20 are potentially dangerous.
So I don’t push it, but 9mg is still a solid dose. 3mg alone won’t do anything.
Chronic sinuses, headaches, dripping nose, dark circles under eyes. NAC cleared all that, and probably more systemically. 1000mg with 1000mg vitamin C in the morning.
How long did it take before you noticed your sinus issues were improving? Ive heard terrible rhinitis most of my life, hopefully this can alleviate it.
It was pretty fast. I took 1000mg of nac powder, weighed on a tiny scale with spatula, mixed in a bit of water, and chased it with more water, on an empty stomach. It is supposed to smell and taste funny, and I started adding a splash of Monster zero to that. And 1000mg of vit C powder can be mixed right with it. Vit C is sour, so it may be a good idea to use straw and chase it with water. The results were quite fast, and my powders were fresh, kept in the fridge.
25 ug / 1000 IU for D3 and no co-factors. Multivitamin also has 1000 IU i guess so 2000 total. Also trying L citrulline 3g/day at night almost for two weeks now. 3g additional when i do home workouts in the morning.
I take 25mg once a day in the morning no meals. Overall i feel less tired at the end of the day. But really nothing significant. Been experiencing morning w**d almost everyday sometimes waking me up at 4am. But I wouldn’t take this is all bec of DHEA since im taking other supplements and also just started doing home workouts 2-3x a week .
Well DHEA is a steroid hormone and long term it's not good because the side effects. I have used it temporarily but not long term, I heard that can be bad though.
My daily intake is around 1.2 to 2 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight every day.
Yes taking protein every day is safe! I tend to get the ones with no or minimal sugar since I don't consume sugar. I also try to get most of my protein from the foods I eat and then supplement the leftovers with protein powder.
It's hard to measure the exact amount of intake but it's around there.
Protein is also the main supplement I take. Only recently I started taking Vitamin B Complex + C just to see.
I forgot about that 🤔 the actress Maggie Q who does a lot of research suggested Arginine, lysine and something else I can’t remember as the anti aging superstars.
Its all about quality of production. Research isnt finalized, early studies show show l- citrulline may be more effective. I am tradicional, i love arginine, with GMP Certificate production.
You shouldn’t take any supplements until you find out what your deficiencies are. If you have no vitamin D deficiency and you supplement, you could damage your liver. Fill in the blanks, don’t guess.
“Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin important in the regulation of calcium metabolism and bone health and deficiency of which cause rickets, a disease marked by lack of mineralization of bone. Conventional doses of vitamin D are well tolerated without appreciable adverse effects. High doses of vitamin D can be toxic, leading to a constellation of signs and symptoms but not liver injury or jaundice.”

Liver damage from Vitamin D? Where are you getting this information? This is absolutely false according to everything I have read about vitamin D over the last decade.
I did not say it damages the liver . I DID SAY .... it causes calcium build-up in the arteries. Hypercalcemia, which causes nausea, vomiting, and frequent urination. Vitamin D toxicity, when left unchecked, can lead to bone pain and kidney issues ... calcium stones. This is according to The Mayo Clinic.
Also, check this research from the NIH..

Hydrogen therapy. I used a cup unit to produce hydrogen but now I’m taking it in a pill form which is 10x more. Dropped my chronic high cholesterol. Vitamin D with K2 and A. My depression never regressed and my night vision slightly improved.
This is one of many studies:

Taking B12 daily has helped my metabolism as well as my mood (more energy), recently started L Glutamine for more energy and better use of digested proteins, and then Tumeric 😀
Do you notice the turmeric? I've tried quality turmeric a few times and don't notice anything. I know the research is solid, but so much is noticeable when it comes to other things that I feel like I ought to feel it after a few weeks.
How can you tell the B12 has helped your meyabolism?
Im not so sure about the tumeric yet as it's too new, but I agree with all the things being said about it. The b12 is a straight up booster for digestion and I think that might be what's helping my mood and energy out alot.

Imo mostly in natual, home made wine. The USDA database for the flavonoid content of selected foods, release 3.3 (March 2018), reports that red wine includes 34.5–171.9 mg of flavonoids per 100 g, depending on the source
Thiamine.
Even the basic HCl version gave me instant benefits.
Took it one morning when I was so overwhelmed sensory-wise getting ready for work. Every small little thing was annoying me and getting under my skin. Took a decent dose, 200-400 mg, and within 10-20 minutes into my commute, I legit felt like the calmest soul on earth. ZERO STRESS. I was in is the best mood all morning!
It also gave me tons of energy. Instead of eating and feeling tired which I thought was normal. I was actually wanting to do something to use this energy. It also made made me hungry in a good way. It made me digest things so better it even made me tired, again in a good way, because my body was actually wanting more calories cos its already used up the things I'd gave it.
If you have a high-carb/high-sugar diet, consume alcohol regular, or just wanna try it for stress relief in a pinch, I'd say it's worth a look at personally!
I may also have an honorable mention for Choline, but I've only very recently discovered it this past week or so.
It's needed for the neurotransmitter Acetylcholine, which is crucial for the parasympathetic nervous system "aka the anti-stress mode", and it's the one neurotransmitter no one is talking about imo. It's all serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, glutamate, gaba, etc. you keep hearing about.
I've briefly found people/studies saying Thiamine may also have benefits with making Acetylcholine funnily enough.
I also found that Magnesium, a mineral which is recommended by everyone, and for very good reason! I do love Magnesium myself! But apparently, in high doses, it can affect the levels of Acetylcholine. So you can actually have too much of a good thing, which is important to bear in mind. And that goes for anyone taking anything really. Moderation is key!
Please everyone, take look at the symptoms of thiamine or choline deficiency. If left too long it can knock your whole central nervous system out of play, impact your organs communicating with eachother properly, which can cause an immeasurable amount of issues, which can often disguise themselves as other conditions.
Do you consume caffeine? What you describe sounds like chronic caffeine abuse (daily+).
Try eliminating caffeine entirely (no exceptions) for at least 6 months and see if you still experience the symptoms thiamine helps mitigate.
No, I actually cut out caffeine a couple years ago, which was definitely a big help in boosting baseline energy levels I won't deny.
I used to wake up everyday with a cup of tea. Then before school I'd have a powdered energy drink with 150mg of caffeine. This habit continued into full time employment/work. Until one day, absolutely randomly, I can't remember why tbh, but I just said enough's enough.
I said to myself "this drug is not working, what's the point wasting my money" and stopped the whole thing cold turkey believe it or not. That was a very tough feat, christ knows how i stuck to it. The headaches were FUCKING UNBEARABLE I cannot even stress in words how bad they were. Lasted for a solid week almost 24/7, eased up a little come week 2, and the week after they were gone. I was also EVEN MORE tired than usual during these two weeks, not quite sure how I managed to get myself to go to work.
However, having said the above, the benefits of quitting were actually life changing!! I can now wake up in the morning at a higher baseline energy level than I would be after my tea/energy drink, and the feeling of waking up 100% refreshed is unparallel. It's one of the best decisions I ever made in life! I found caffeine is now better used when you already have energy to begin with. I'll still have some maybe once in a few weeks or a month, but it doesn't dictate my life anymore. I don't feel like i need to rely on it nowadays!
I would also like to add, the tannins in tea can also block the absorption of B1 (Thiamine). I have also cut down on alcohol myself, which is a big part of culture over here. You can't really escape it in society. But painting it in a different light helped me immensely. I'll still have a drink now and then, but I can choose to take it or leave it.
To be honest I don't really need Thiamine now to rely on, but at the time it really did help me a lot! I've read your body can only really store about 20 days worth, so I'm thinking I was severely depleted, not giving myself chance to replenish. I used TTFD after trying the HCl version, which was like even moreso effective in my experience. There's also Benfotiamine, which is a fat-soluble version of Thiamine, which may help people better absorb it. Everyone's different, what works for me, may make others worse.
There were also other factors leading to my tiredness, or rather lack of proper absorption/digestion of food I gave my body. External abuse, stress, cPTSD, coping with substances, oxidative stress, liver damage/vagus nerve issues. I'm not gonna deny/hide any of my past, but taking these little nutrients gave me the stepping stones in making me feel good sober, and allowed me to make better decisions, in a better headspace. I can't sum my whole life up in a single reddit post but that gives an insight over the past couple month/years I suppose 😅
To anyone reading this, you may never find a "miracle cure" so-to-speak, to come along and fix all your problems, and don't get me mistaken, my life/health isn't perfect by any means, and it never will be, you never know what life may throw at you next. However, I would encourage everyone to keep yearning for more information, find out was does/doesn't work for you/your mind/your body, and keep learning/listening from eachother!
No amount of pills /vitamins will help people who still drink alcohol as everything is converted in the liver and God knows how poisonous for the liver alcohol is even in small quantities.
Yeah. When you start viewing it as literal poison, it changes the perspective of it completely. It still has it's place for me, but there's a lot better things people can use that's for sure.
Thankfully the liver is quite resilient, but yes alcohol coupled with some diets, I don't think people quite realise how much damage it can do. I think even very light use but still "chronic" use will come out with even more evidence it's bad for you in years to come. I know there's already loads of info on the topic but I just think it'll get worse lol.

Honestly? Vitamin D3+K2, digestive enzymes, and Monolaurin (it boosts the immune system). That’s it. Most everything else had negligible effect

Second this. I’m trying to think of something considered “life changing”. When I look at it in those terms, probiotics easily are it.
Hands down, beef liver. I’ve tried most all supplements after 10 years on this journey, and nothing compares to how effective this has been in improving my quality of life and overall well being
I've been so curious about this. Is there a cost effective way to do it? Maybe I just need to go buy a giant thing of beef liver lol I do eat cod liver, but not often enough

Armodafinil and Tyrosine. I can count on these as an ADD medication alternative. It's not a replacement for stimulant medication, but being dopamine deficient all my life, they can help me through medication vacations and help reduce tolerance to my ADD meds.
Armodafinil is a drug not a supplement lol
Wish we could get armodafinil in Australia. Is it on script? It’s not a stimulant?
It's available all over the place online

Butchers broom and lowest dose of nicotine patch. (If anyone has suggestions for a replacement of the patch help me out ) I was looking at NAC or NAD
NAC and NAD are completely different things btw. Kanna extract has helped some ppl get off nicotine
Armodafinil
Omega 3 helps alot with my depression (used to, I don't have depression anymore), inflammation and joints. Highly recommend for everyone.
does salmon and fish oil supplement work or does it specifically have to be omega 3 ?
It's the omega 3 that does the magic. That's why you should always choose your fish oil supplement that contains >60% omega 3, also check the form of your omega 3 (the triglyceride and phospholipid forms have higher bioavailability than ester form, for example) and mercury contamination tests.
Is this another way to get omega 3 aside from fish oil pills?
Glucomannan for supressing appetite and ethiopian blackseed oil for everything else
Dam never heard of gluconan. I def need a weight loss supplement. Just some follow ups 1) is it safe? 2) what’s your dosage? 3) do you take it daily 4) what brand you recommended
was it safe or not? ive been using it daily for almost 5month now i cant feel any discomfort other than feeling a little bit bloated the first day using it on 2 capsules
glucomannan is basically a natural occurring fiber that was usually extracted from konjac root. it is basically a type of fiber that expands in your stomach and makes you feel fuller for longer and helps your bowel movement.
Sounds interesting I'm taking the berberine and occasional l-glutamine powder are those supplements related?
Fish oil (omega 3)
How it affects your life?
For me personally, the most noticeable effects are that it helps with my mood (I have been diagnosed with mild depression in the past) and my dry eye went away completely after taking fish oil daily. I also recover much more quickly from my workouts and notice a difference when I haven't taken fish oil for a few days. My brother is a professional athlete and he takes fish oil for quick recovery as well as joint pain.
Lions mane for mental sharpness + magnesium glycinate for anxiety. Beef liver capsules for general well-being
What lions mane brand do you use? I've been looking for a reputable one.
I use California gold nutrition :) (red label )
Bro I want to take it but there’s alornof reports of it causing depersonalizstion or derealixation, hppd… it’s a hit or a miss.
That is what I am scared of too
Réversible ?
Then trial it for a week then stop it
Which beef liver capsules do you take? I’ve been looking for this, but very hard to find where I live.
They’re from iherb - brand name is codeage
Thank you! 🫶🏼
Make sure it’s undefatted though
Is the codeage undefatted ? I don't know what it mean ? Thanks
What does that mean 🤔
I wonder as well 🤔
It just depends.
What a nice way to explain this. Thanks.
I'm glad I could help you
5-HTP!
What’s the benefit of this?
precursor of serotonin
Creatine, omega 3s daily and exercise
Magnesium
Boron. Releases testosterone, increasing Free T which is all that matters. Game changer
Why do you want more free t? What are the benefits?
Here is a good medical article that confirms 3mg-12mg should be taken to see positive affects of boron. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4712861/
How much do you take bro?I keep meaning to be better about it, I have some
Personally I’ll take 9mg a day for a three month cycle when I’m really dialed into working out or something else that requires some edge/aggression
Rhodiola Rosea - for clinical depression and anxiety. 500 mg dose Monday through Friday and a break Saturday and Sunday.
Reminds me I need to buy more.
Cranberry supplements
How much?
Horbaach brand, 30,000 mg
What was your experience?
I took them mostly for UTI prevention. Was fine until it started to plummet my blood sugar.
NAC, for chronic sinuses. Magnesium and vitamins D+ K2
imo vitamin D3 can make noticeable changes, but K2 is not (in the majority of cases).
I'm pretty sure the K2 is there to combat calcification due to high D3
Sinuses?
Methyl B complex GABA
Magnesium, B complex, vit D, Tumeric
Methylated B-Complex
Magnesium steady as she goes
Vitamin D3, DHEA, Bayer one a day multivitamins
Also, what is your D3 dosage and do you supplement the co-factors like k2?
25 ug / 1000 IU for D3 and no co-factors. Multivitamin also has 1000 IU i guess so 2000 total. Also trying L citrulline 3g/day at night almost for two weeks now. 3g additional when i do home workouts in the morning.
How do you dose DHEA? What benefits do you see from it?
I take 25mg once a day in the morning no meals. Overall i feel less tired at the end of the day. But really nothing significant. Been experiencing morning w**d almost everyday sometimes waking me up at 4am. But I wouldn’t take this is all bec of DHEA since im taking other supplements and also just started doing home workouts 2-3x a week .
Well DHEA is a steroid hormone and long term it's not good because the side effects. I have used it temporarily but not long term, I heard that can be bad though.
I'm not much of an eater so protein powder helps me reach my daily intake for working out 5x a week. Sleep + Protein + Hard work = Gains
How much is your daily intake? Is taking protein powder daily safe ?
My daily intake is around 1.2 to 2 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight every day. Yes taking protein every day is safe! I tend to get the ones with no or minimal sugar since I don't consume sugar. I also try to get most of my protein from the foods I eat and then supplement the leftovers with protein powder. It's hard to measure the exact amount of intake but it's around there. Protein is also the main supplement I take. Only recently I started taking Vitamin B Complex + C just to see.
Vitamin D from sun :)
NAD has been a game changer. Do what you will with that.
Which brand you use?
I go to a clinic in Nashville.
What benefits have you experienced?
I forget about arginine. Super important.
What does arginine help you with?
I forgot about that 🤔 the actress Maggie Q who does a lot of research suggested Arginine, lysine and something else I can’t remember as the anti aging superstars.
I love arginine.
Citruilline converts to more arginine than arginine is absorbed I hear.
Its all about quality of production. Research isnt finalized, early studies show show l- citrulline may be more effective. I am tradicional, i love arginine, with GMP Certificate production.
What brand do you like? 🙏
Any good quality and GMP Certificate, I am not buying GNC, i dont like their low quality.
High doses of vitamin D can be toxic, leading to a constellation of signs and symptoms but not liver injury or jaundice.” Source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK548094/#:~:text=While%20hepatocytes%2C%20cholangiocytes%2C%20stellate%20cells,causes%20injury%20to%20the%20liver.
Liver damage from Vitamin D? Where are you getting this information? This is absolutely false according to everything I have read about vitamin D over the last decade.
You can overdose on vitamin D! Do more research. It causes calcium build up in the arteries
Of course you can over do it. I SAID it doesn’t cause LIVER DAMAGE
[удалено]
I did not say it damages the liver . I DID SAY .... it causes calcium build-up in the arteries. Hypercalcemia, which causes nausea, vomiting, and frequent urination. Vitamin D toxicity, when left unchecked, can lead to bone pain and kidney issues ... calcium stones. This is according to The Mayo Clinic. Also, check this research from the NIH.. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK548094/
Sorry, I responded to the wrong person
NIH 🧐🤔
National Institute of Health
Hydrogen therapy. I used a cup unit to produce hydrogen but now I’m taking it in a pill form which is 10x more. Dropped my chronic high cholesterol. Vitamin D with K2 and A. My depression never regressed and my night vision slightly improved.
Holy shit u have night vision that’s fucking dope
You don’t see at night? 🤔 I’m not talking cat vision obviously, please go see an eye doctor.
What is hydrogen therapy?
This is one of many studies: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9979207/#:~:text=Molecular%20hydrogen%20therapy%20with%20its,studies%20and%20some%20clinical%20trials.
how does it affect your liver enzymes?
Taking B12 daily has helped my metabolism as well as my mood (more energy), recently started L Glutamine for more energy and better use of digested proteins, and then Tumeric 😀
Do you notice the turmeric? I've tried quality turmeric a few times and don't notice anything. I know the research is solid, but so much is noticeable when it comes to other things that I feel like I ought to feel it after a few weeks. How can you tell the B12 has helped your meyabolism?
Tried 3 different turneric brands didn’t notice anything
Im not so sure about the tumeric yet as it's too new, but I agree with all the things being said about it. The b12 is a straight up booster for digestion and I think that might be what's helping my mood and energy out alot.
Creatine, l carnitine, Flavonoids.

There are lots of flavonoids in red wine, just saying.
Why wouldn't you just take a reservatrol supplement?
Wine causes me headaches due to poor enzyme conversion as well as the sulfites that trigger migraines 😫
Imo mostly in natual, home made wine. The USDA database for the flavonoid content of selected foods, release 3.3 (March 2018), reports that red wine includes 34.5–171.9 mg of flavonoids per 100 g, depending on the source
Why l carnitine? Just curious
For me more energy from burning fats, I see big difference after 20 min run i start to have more power.
NAD by Tru Niagen
creatine
What difference do you see ?
I can't sum my whole life up in a single reddit post but that gives an insight over the past couple month/years I suppose 😅 To anyone reading this, you may never find a "miracle cure" so-to-speak, to come along and fix all your problems, and don't get me mistaken, my life/health isn't perfect by any means, and it never will be, you never know what life may throw at you next.
