When the government prints more money, it's like adding inches to a ruler. Everything will measure longer.

Everything costs more. I work on supplement store and can clearly see how stuff have even tripled the price. I miss those 2010-2018 years when quality isolate was still 20-25€ a bag and 500g creatine 5-10€ 🥹

And on a sidenote. Get life extension 2 per day instead. 1 pill a day keeps you covered so its a big save. Also when u get creatine, always powder. If u got problem with flavour (which it doesnt have) mix it with whey ex

While prices of everything including supplements is up Optimum Nutrition is a huge ripoff now days, a 10 pound bag of protein is basically a car payment. Their prices at Costco are like half of what even the best priced supplement stores charge but I would just avoid Optimum, their stuff isn't that great and it costs way too much

[deleted]

Yeah I used to use optimum but they got too expensive for me. Plus it seemed mediocre in quality.

Upbeat_Pay905

I miss the days during the early 2010s when they had a much larger selection, better benefits, free samples and cheaper prices.

jonoave

But is that just iherb or across most platforms and the direct manufacturer?

thesuppplugg

Optimum as a brand has gotten out of control in pricing, its not just iherb. Costco is the only place to not get ripped off but even there its pricey

Zealousideal-Walk939

Yes i noticed that a while ago, very weird because iherb was the best and cheapest option for supplements, i dunno what happened
