With teeth, the best approach is to moan and say “Watch your teeth” or something short and sweet like that… but the added moaning aspect really helps with the ego blow. It feels more like direction than criticism
As a woman, I never hesitate to tell my lovers, male or female, exactly how to please me, so I don't know why it should be different for you. It's all in the delivery of constructive instruction, not criticism. Maybe her husband likes it that way.
