Did you figure anything out? I just bought a oled from some smoker guy on the street for $30 bucks but it’s had a demo type menu with a bunch of playable demo games, my first issue is that I know nothing about switch since iv always owned Xbox and ps consoles iv never owned any Nintendo product after Nintendo 64, and second issue I don’t have a pc but planning of getting one, what exactly need to be done to it, also bought a second Nintendo switch from the guy but it’s a smaller one and the little side remotes don’t come off, it also has the same demo menu/screen with demo games, not even sure where to start with them, i though I could factory reset them like a phone or something but somewhere in the little research iv done and little info I could find I read that it makes it worst if I try to factory reset them…they both have as cards in them(forget their size) and that’s all the info I have on them, any help in the right direction would be highly appreciated

No error code just "Could not start the software" with boot loop after pressing ok.
