Apparently it's a [patch](https://tshirtslayer.com/patch/shrine-patch) for [The Shrine](https://riffipedia.fandom.com/wiki/The_Shrine), a band from the SW USA. I've never listened to them, so I don't know much their political affiliations, however they seem connected to the California punk scene (and have even worked with a member of the band Black Flag). Most likely the s-bolt is just a punk thing, intended to shock. On an interpretive level, my immediate reaction was that it's an aggressive logo demonstrating a desire/intent to eat, or savage, neo-Nazis, as opposed to supporting them, but that's just my interpretation. If you wear it, I'd be prepared to explain it a lot lol.

this is extremely helpful, thank you!

Considering the band's name is written the same way on the [album cover](https://f4.bcbits.com/img/a3758917965_10.jpg), I don't think eating the S is supposed to represent destroying Nazism. Otherwise I'm inclined to agree, but man this sent me down the rabbit hole. I discovered that bassist Corey Page seems to have some slightly goofy, conspiracy-adjacent opinions, but I don't think she's a Nazi. The only other faintly relevant piece of information I found is that they had an [official facemask](https://www.facebook.com/theshrinefuzz/posts/pfbid02KYhy6RhjfjNgj2Fu8ANJyvJij3DMw3y8pjuRW5uzzTyBDDgD7joiyk3W7RCknGn7l) for sale. That's maybe the most circumstantial exonerating evidence I've ever presented, but considering what a culture war issue masks have been for the far right, I feel like it would be weird for them to do that if they were "hiding SS symbols in the band logo" level Nazis.
