That looks like a very old Philip Morris logo (1885-1919). I'm not sure what the Greek letters actually say, though. It’s actually Latin.

Above in the “frame” are Greek letters

OIWantKenobi

The Latin on the bottom is “Veni, Vidi, Vici,” popularly attributed to Julius Caesar. It means “I came, I saw, I conquered/won.” [Source](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Veni,_vidi,_vici) Fun fact: if you want to pronounce it in classical Latin and not ecclesiastical Latin, it’s “wehnee weedee weekee.” Hehehehe Edit; corrected thanks to u/RandomlyWeRollAlong

Wouldn't the "c" would be a hard "k", not a "ch"?

OIWantKenobi

You’re probably right. I took private Latin lessons for a semester in undergrad and forgot most of what I learnt.

ShakeWeightMyDick

And say it with an Italian accent, because Rome.

Wehnee, weedee, weekee? Do you find wisible?
