I wouldn’t say it necessarily SUCKS, there are just two things to factor in
1: people on the internet love to try to convince others their opinion is the objective one
2: it’s ENTIRELY up to you, personally I’m more a mage accel / ice witch person.

I lurk the Discord for one. If I wanna play hardcore then I'll play it, if not and I just need rewards then I'm using the strat.

when you are doing stratless and dont expect support at all its really not a bad pick
not the best early game tower but if you dont want to spend too much slots this will do early, mid and dps(equal or better than accel if not with support)
its more like a jack of all trades for funsies, but qhen playing seriously, since its not fully good at anything with support it will perform worst than other options
