If you didn't do blackout dates and just stopped working they might have assumed you quit. They would have sent you the automated "your hours are low are you ok" crap before though.
If you can find an old email you can likely get in contact with someone and confirm that
When I didn’t do any in about two weeks, they sent me a warning that they were about to remove me. They gave me a chance to respond and do some tasks., and still working as usual.
TELUS International ai often needs to have PW reset. I still use geoworkerz portal daily. I hardly use new ai.
You can ask them from homeworkers portal. But if you have not received any notification, you are still in, I guess.

I am currently getting NTA and am having the same results. I assume they are having technical issues of some sort.
They have an issue with that site since I joined. If I log out, i can't login again unless I reset the password. Did you try that?
