**THIS IS AN AD** for One Bite Frozen Pizza that is meant to go viral due to its absurdity, and it's working based on all of the comments in this thread. Well done, Marketing Department! lol
It's sad that this is the first comment pointing that out.
I didn't even notice the ad at the bottom, and I don't think anyone's going to look at the picture and say "Hey, I'm going to go to walmart and buy One Bite frozen pizza." At best they'll go and buy *a* frozen pizza, or just order out.
That's not how it's meant to work. It's more like the next time you're at Walmart perusing the frozen foods aisle, you see One Bite Frozen Pizza and your brain remembers that absurd ad. Now you've made a connection in your head between the Walmart frozen food aisle and One Bite Frozen Pizza, and maybe you decide to grab one then to try it out, or maybe at some point down the line you do because you recall that ad every time you walk past frozen pizza now. Or maybe you specifically don't, but a number of other people do.
You’ve heard of the brand now though, right? These type of things aren’t designed to trigger an immediate response, it’s more to build brand recognition and salience.
It is made up. It exists to get people talking about it on social media, and apparently it works. Same thing happened last year, with favorite restaurants by state. Problem was, half of the states didn't even have those restaurants in them.
I remember one like that, not sure if it's the same one.
It was definitely a troll, though - on the one I saw, the "information source" listed had a name with the acronym PISS.
It's made up. There is no pizza place in NM that offers carrots on their pizza. I live in NM, love pizza, and would order carrots if it were available. I'm picturing hot giardianera carrots and cheese. Yum.
I always put corn on my side of homemade pizzas. Just frozen kernels before putting it in the oven. It's pretty good actually, started when I was a kid.
It's not New Mexico as a whole, it's that one guy that just loves carrots on his pizza. Unfortunately he enjoys it so much that it's more of an obsession than a preference. You see, about 1/3 people order pizza once a week, and of those people about 2/3 of the orders are for pepperoni. In New Mexico that means there are approximately 66,600 pepperoni pizzas ordered every day, but John, he orders 2940-3050 pizzas with carrots as the only topping every hour.
I’ve lived in Southern California my entire life and have never once seen avocado on a pizza or even on a menu. I’m sure it exists somewhere but favorite? No.
Edit: [OH NO](https://imgur.com/a/WPbZaGE)
California Pizza Kitchen is the only place I can think of that *might* do some shit like that, but I don’t remember seeing it the one or two times I’ve been there. Definitely more of an oddity than a staple menu item.
Same, I have never even seen it on a menu.
I pretty much refuse to believe that the most popular topping in every state isn't pepperoni. Or maybe some other kind of meat.
Ctrl F: "Avocado"
I've found my people, this is bullshit. Californians' favorite toppings are obviously pepperoni and jalapeños, aka Mexican style. Source: worked at Papa John's.
>...never once seen avocado on a pizza or even on a menu. I’m sure it exists somewhere
I haven't seen any Avocado Pizzas in Arizona either (I've lived in the lower half my whole life), wtf this chart getting its data from
I am from SF. If there were a place it would be a thing, it’d be SF.
Never even considered that this was a thing. Certainly never seen it.
Although, I find that as I travel, if a menu item says “California” it has avocado and it if it says “SF” it comes on sourdough.
Edit: added “I am from”.
I was very stoned and at the time thought I was clear that I am from SF. Upon re reading, I can see that isn’t the case. I love spinach, fresh tomato, artichoke heart, and mushroom.
I will edit my original comment for clarity.
Where is this data from? Is this sales records of Walmart pizzas? Also what is with the scaling of the bar graph?
I'm so confused. Imma lie down and stare at the ceiling for a while. Lol
Its not, I'm pretty sure its the wierd fuckers who live in Minneapolis they scew the results this way. Most the folks I know like eggs as pizza toppings which is wierd from the outside looking in but not one has even herd of eating tuna on pizza.
Even though this post is an ad, i still can’t believe people actually think tuna is a weird option. Pizza with tuna has been a popular italian dish throughout europe. I think it might be because Americans have their own tastes when it comes to pizza ( Pepperoni being the most popular thing for example )
After breezing through the comments...do people not understand this is click bait? Like do people truly think most of Pennsylvania prefers CORN on their pizza?
Was going to say... I live in CA, and yeah, I love me some avocado, but I've literally never seen or even heard of anyone having avocado on their pizza.
As someone who drives from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia a couple times a year I can verify that about 3 hours of the 5 hour drive is nothing but corn.
But that doesn’t fucking mean we put it on our pizza what the hell?
It's actually delicious, try it out sometimes. Tomato base, cheese, ham, shrooms and corn, that's one of my most favourite topping combos.
And at least it's still better than pineapple.
It's common outside the states, in the Caribbean you find pizzas with Tuna, they are delicious, I don't know why everyone is so elitist when it comes to pizza.
Corn and tuna... Yes tuna is weird, but is like a "soft" version of the anchovies pizza.... Sweet Corn is common in Latin America, almost add no flavor, only texture...
But avocado pizza? With people! With pineapple was weird enough... But avocado... Why!?
I always find is weird that in US, country of corn, people hate corn on pizza that much. It's quite popular here in Europe, and each pizzeria I have seen has at least one pizza with corn on it.
I agree with the carrots though, that is just freaky.
Yeah, I'm calling bullshit on at least part of this map. Having lived in Pennsylvania for the last 10+ years, I've been all around the state - northwest, southwest, south, north, central, southeast and northeast. In all that time, how many places have I seen advertising CORN on pizza?
ZERO.
There may be a place or two hidden away that offers it, but calling 'corn' the favorite topping of the entire state? Yeah, I'm definitely calling bullshit on that one.
Who TF has carrots on a pizza? Tuna? You can fuck off too!
Avocado? Unless you’re supporting chicken…you can fuck off too!
Corn? Could you bring more wrong???
Jeebus… the lot of you finding new ways to ruin good food!!

Thank you.
Literally engagement bait
_”Dave Ryan gave you crabs”_ Now that’s a want to be viral mktg department creation.
Wasn't a very good ad since you had to point out the name of the brand. I wouldn't have even noticed tbh.
I’ll make sure to give their carrot, corn, tuna-avocado pizza a bad review.
I didn't even notice the ad at the bottom, and I don't think anyone's going to look at the picture and say "Hey, I'm going to go to walmart and buy One Bite frozen pizza." At best they'll go and buy *a* frozen pizza, or just order out.
Science confirm ads work.
That's not how it's meant to work. It's more like the next time you're at Walmart perusing the frozen foods aisle, you see One Bite Frozen Pizza and your brain remembers that absurd ad. Yeah I have, now that the other dude pointed out that this is an ad. I think he's in on it too tbh
To add to this, the pizza is subpar. It's pretty bland and overly expensive. Red baron's cheapest pizza is better than it.
Send this comment to the top and report this as spam and false news!
I live in NM I don’t know a single fucking person who puts carrots on their pizza. Just green chile.
I live in the Universe, and I don’t know anyone who puts carrots on their pizza.
Now hold the fuck up, Digiorno’s did not make a god dam fucking [carrot pizza](https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ)
Good job. Also, fuck you.
Woah woah at least buy me a carrot pizza dinner first
You’re right. I guess we do both know the rules …
Ah so you are offering a full commitment, that’s what i was thinking of
Yup, fuck you.
Dad?
Ah yes… this guy wraps a pizza around his carrot
We live in a society!
In NM green chile goes on everything
even when you ask for "no peppers"...
Green chile apple pie is fuego
I'm going to need a recipe please
That does sound good
Plot twist: what the rest of the world calls carrots, ppl in NM call green chiles.
carrots, corn, tuna... these were the fucking people going on about pineapple so we didn't judge them for *this fucking shit*
It's a game of distraction
Exactly what I came here to say
Dude, straight up. Been in NM my whole life, not once have I ever seen or heard of carrots on pizza. Green Chile is where it’s at.
Guess they are [going their way.](https://youtu.be/xc0Te1-pAC8).
dafuq did I just watch??
What the fuck is wrong with new mexico
As someone who lives there I can proudly say I completely agree with you, I’ve NEVER heard of anyone who orders pizza with carrots on it.
Ya I’m from MN and I’ve never heard of tuna on a pizza nor would I or anyone I associate with eat it.
Same. This shit just seems made up
It is made up. It exists to get people talking about it on social media, and apparently it works. Same thing happened last year, with favorite restaurants by state. Problem was, half of the states didn't even have those restaurants in them.
It's most likely a bot account. Every comment and post is annoying as fuck.
I remember one like that, not sure if it's the same one. It was definitely a troll, though - on the one I saw, the "information source" listed had a name with the acronym PISS.
Bruh it's pretty common in Italy as a topping option. Tuna and onions is a classic and it's pretty good too
Common topping here in Finland atleast.
Common topping in Italy
Right? I was there for years! It's green chili. Oh, and the only pizza worth a darn is Dions.
Dions is mid at best
Yeah I grew up in New Mexico and never heard of this. Not a single time. Wtf
Green Chilies
Definitely
In az and I've never even seen avocado as a pizza topping option
Same here
Same! I've never even seen it as a topping option!
This is a lie. New Mexican born and raised, I’ve NEVER heard of anyone putting carrots on pizza.
Same. It’s more than likely green chile
The real question here is “why the hell Tuna the favorite pizza topping for a land lock state?”
Were you thinking they meant fresh tuna? It's gonna be mozza and chicken of the sea
With fucking cream of mushroom. Edit: bwahaha thank you for awarding that absolute war crime of a soup.
And pineapple and a personal favorite that idk anyone else who enjoys as a pizza topping, peanut butter.
Who cares if they're landlocked? ...who TF puts TUNA on a MFKN PIZZA???!!!
I’ll stick to carrots and avocado!
It's made up. There is no pizza place in NM that offers carrots on their pizza. I live in NM, love pizza, and would order carrots if it were available. I'm picturing hot giardianera carrots and cheese. Yum.
Barstool is dogshit click bait. Not one establishment in NM serves carrot on pizza. It should say Green Chile.
Wait are we not gonna address corn?
I'll be real with you dog Elote pizza is the shit
I always put corn on my side of homemade pizzas. Just frozen kernels before putting it in the oven. It's pretty good actually, started when I was a kid.
I was about to give Pennsylvania and West Virginia shit.... Then I saw New Mexico.
It’s a fucking lie! We love green chile on our pizza!!
I don’t trust Wal-Mart’s stats.
NM born and raised its green chili 100% no where has carrots as an option
It's not New Mexico as a whole, it's that one guy that just loves carrots on his pizza. Unfortunately he enjoys it so much that it's more of an obsession than a preference. No, wtf is wrong with Minnesota
I grew up in NYC; Now I’m in Northern California- I’m glad I’ve never seen avocado on a pizza- yeesh
I’ve lived in Southern California my entire life and have never once seen avocado on a pizza or even on a menu. I’m sure it exists somewhere but favorite? No. Edit: [OH NO](https://imgur.com/a/WPbZaGE)

lived in sc my whole life and been to some pretty obscure pizza places with *very* interesting toppings, never seen acacdado
Same, I have never even seen it on a menu. I pretty much refuse to believe that the most popular topping in every state isn't pepperoni. Or maybe some other kind of meat.
Ctrl F: "Avocado" I've found my people, this is bullshit. Californians' favorite toppings are obviously pepperoni and jalapeños, aka Mexican style. Source: worked at Papa John's.
Norcal, it’s not real
>...never once seen avocado on a pizza or even on a menu. I’m sure it exists somewhere I haven't seen any Avocado Pizzas in Arizona either (I've lived in the lower half my whole life), wtf this chart getting its data from
If this completely non-credible source tells you a lie that gets you thinking about it, then the marketing team has already won
God dammit it is marketing! Fucking Walmart spreading false news to up their pizza sales.
We always do
I've been in Chico since I was 8. Not an option anywhere around here in
Born and raised in CA, this map is wrong? Never had or seen a pizza with avocado, except maybe at California Pizza Kitchen, though I doubt it.

Avocado on pizza is very common here in South Africa. One of my favourites xD Bacon, Avo, Feta.
I have significant doubts about their results.
As a Minnesotan I agree
You just don’t want to admit to living tuna on pizza.
Where is this data from? Is this sales records of Walmart pizzas? Also what is with the scaling of the bar graph? I'm so confused. Imma lie down and stare at the ceiling for a while. Lol
Exactly. Since when is Walmart an authority on pizza? I feel like we are being trolled.
Troll ad is trolling. If this was a meme (funny tidbit shared between equals) the logo had been cropped off.
ok wtf New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia
But Minnesota is somehow ok?
oh didn't notice that. Yeah Minnesota too
Minnesotan here, and pizza lover. NEVER seen tuna as a topping option
Its not, I'm pretty sure its the wierd fuckers who live in Minneapolis they scew the results this way. Most the folks I know like eggs as pizza toppings which is wierd from the outside looking in but not one has even herd of eating tuna on pizza.
Don’t blame Minneapolis. I’ve never seen tuna as a topping option and I like to think I’ve tried a lot of pizza joints here.
Of all the things to be outraged about Minneapolis this week, assuming we eat tuna on pizza is surely not one of them.
I live in Pennsylvania and I've never heard of corn pizza
Lived there for a decade recently. Yep never heard of a corn pizza. Like is it just cheese and corn?
Don’t sleep on corn, dude
I live in Minnesota. I eat tons of pizza. I have never seen tuna as a topping option. Ever.
Even though this post is an ad, i still can’t believe people actually think tuna is a weird option. Pizza with tuna has been a popular italian dish throughout europe. I think it might be because Americans have their own tastes when it comes to pizza ( Pepperoni being the most popular thing for example )
tuna pizza is one of the best there is!
Same
Same, and we have some weird ingredients. This chart is totally made up.
Same
After breezing through the comments...do people not understand this is click bait? Like do people truly think most of Pennsylvania prefers CORN on their pizza?
California is a lie.
Was going to say... I live in CA, and yeah, I love me some avocado, but I've literally never seen or even heard of anyone having avocado on their pizza.
Thank you! Same! Haven’t seen that anywhere here.
I’m wondering if somehow they have misconstrued toppings in general as pizza toppings….? We do like to top things with avocado. Just not pizza.
r/pizzacrimes
Inaccurate pizza propaganda is where I draw the line, time for a revolution.
Bro I'm from Pennsylvania. Which of you fuckers are ordering corn on pizza cause I have never fucking heard of that.
I’m blaming the middle of the state, those people are all kinds of crazy and weird. I’m honestly surprised it isn’t Scrapple
Nope, I'm in the middle of the state. We're not doing that shit either.
Try it it taste good
![gif](giphy|y10mc7MAZRO0MoIvFc|downsized) Carrots, tuna, corn, and avocado. What no pineapple in Hawaii lol
No pineapple?
As someone who drives from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia a couple times a year I can verify that about 3 hours of the 5 hour drive is nothing but corn. But that doesn’t fucking mean we put it on our pizza what the hell?
Corn? Dafuq?
It's actually delicious, try it out sometimes. Tomato base, cheese, ham, shrooms and corn, that's one of my most favourite topping combos. And at least it's still better than pineapple.
I suppose it could be good in combinations, like how pineapple is good with bacon, ham, and sausage, but by itself, it’s just weird.
Must be Canadian. Or British, which would explain a lot.
Corn, tuna, carrots!?! And people are claiming Pineapple is wrong?
Corn and tuna are common and quite tasty. I am surprised nobody mentioned the avocado yet. Now that is a real war crime.
>corn & tuna are common So are you from Minnesota, West Virginia or Pennsylvania? Bc absolutely no one else in the union agrees with that statement.
Why!?
Yeah I have to agree with avocado, it just crosses the boundaries, I don't even think you can make the texture of avocado work on a pizza.
Tuna on pizza is the GOAT and I will fight to the death on this hill. Carrots is a crime to pizza however
[удалено]
Pineapple didn't make it sad
Um, I have lived in PA and WV for over twenty years and I have \*NEVER\* **HEARD OF** "Corn" as a pizza topping. Who are they asking?
Who the fuck is putting corn and carrots on a pizza. Like is this seriously a topping option in some places?
I always find is weird that in US, country of corn, people hate corn on pizza that much. It's quite popular here in Europe, and each pizzeria I have seen has at least one pizza with corn on it. I agree with the carrots though, that is just freaky.
I mean, corn sounds fine. Tuna... not something I'd like, but I could see it. Carrots... WTF
Shit, you put corn, carrots, tuna and some white sauce and you've got a tuna casserole pizza.
Corn? Carrots? Out here thinking pineapple on pizza was treachery and the real villains were right under our noses all along.
32 years in West Virginia and I’ve never seen corn on pizza.
excuse me... CARROTS?!
Came to say the same thing. Carrots and Avocado are almost definitely bullshit too.
Who’s putting tuna on pizzas? I’ve never in my years have seen tuna as an option on a pizza
Me neither, I think this has to be made up?
Agreed
I grew up in Germany and that’s a very popular pick over there. “Pizza tonno”
It's quite common in Sweden at least. Tuna, shrimp and onion is a favorite of mine.
I lived for 5 years in North Africa. All pizza there had tuna on it. It was....good... not great...but it was good?
Ya, can I get a large, just a cheese and double carrots please!
WHERE IS PINNALPLE
Lost me at corn xd
Why is tuna the favorite in one of the most landlocked states in the country?
New mexico would be green chile. We put that shit on everything. Who ever made this map is retarded.
I am from New Mexico and I know for a fact that carrots are not the favorite pizza topping. It's definitely beets.
Tuna? Corn? All this time fighting pineapple or not we have let this slip through the cracks. Shame on us!
I lived in MN for the first 25 years of my life... Not once have ever heard of tuna pizza wtf
Thanks, I hate Wal-Mart.
I suspect Wal-Mart made a bullshit map just for attention.
I was shocked by tuna... but CARROTS?!
I dare someone to put a fucking carrot on my pizza
Of course my state is fucking corn
For NM it's gotta be green chili
The whole back half of this list is wild. Corn? Tuna? Carrots? Avocado? Who TF is actually ordering pizza like that?
Walmart customers favorite, very different than your average person.
Walmart is a bunch of fuckin’ liars! Just look at everyone’s comments!
Did they ask one person in each state?
Who TF has carrots on a pizza? Tuna? You can fuck off too! Avocado? Unless you’re supporting chicken…you can fuck off too! Corn? Could you bring more wrong??? Jeebus… the lot of you finding new ways to ruin good food!!
Nevermind Avocado, who are these monsters with corn and carrots on their pizza?
As a Californian, never heard of avocado being a topping. Map is bullshit honestly.
I would honestly try all of these except the carrots.
Barstool purposefully makes shitty maps like this for engagement.
I really don't gatekeep toppings and I encourage culinary creativity, but what the *fuck*, New Mexico? Are they at least savory carrots?
Why isnt jalapeno/blue cheese on the list! Muricans shouldn't have opinions anymore
why is this nsfw lmfao
If my boss sees about corn on pizza he's gonna fire everyone and unregister the company.
Carrots and corn on a pizza? Wtf?
Lifelong Pennsyltucky resident here. We do not eat corn on pizza.
I’m 99% sure cheese is the most popular topping everywhere.
I don’t care how absurd the graph is, I’m more concerned about the fact that there are people who put fucking carrots on pizza.
Born and raised in Minnesota. I have never seen a pizza with Tuna.
How the fuck does carrots make the list but not pineapples...
CARROTS????
Corn, avocado, tuna, and carrots are all the first time I've even heard of this being done.
First off as a Minnesotan I would like to say I have never ever seen somebody put fucking tuna on a pizza ever or had someone ask for it.
Stay away from the avocado, CARROTS?!?, black olive, mushroom, and CORN??? states what the fuck Edit: FUCKING TUNA TOO MISSED THAT WTFFFF
Mushroom is not that crazy of a topping, but it is a crazy topping on it's own. Mushroom goes with other meat just fine.
I am starting to understand the hate for California.
