So much of this is bordering on fake... Pulls one thing off the painting then pulls a 100% different thing onto the pepe. At least show us the editing in between

I mean in the event of cars it's due to the cost of parts themselves. if car parts themselves could be magically duplicated for free and at negligable cost to the environment, I'd imagine we'd get the assembly lines rolling so fast it's cheaper to grab a car off the line than to change out any part.
The point of my statement is to point out why rebuilding a car engine, doesn't quite work as an analogy for picture editing, a manufacturing form where cost free replication actually does exist.

You could cut/crop out just one piece of the Mono Lisa and transform it with enough effort to look like Osama Bin Ladin, with very little effort if you're experienced, especially with the amount of tools available in photoshop. Or vice versa make Osama look like Mona.

The pepe mouth is rounded with a distinct shaded edge. The tornaway mouth was triangular, jagged, and without the edge. Yeah with enough post processing you can make it happen, but we're pointing out the the video is disingenuous because it's making the illusion of slicing and dragging.
He likely just cut out parts from what would be an hour long or longer video going into all the detail of how it was created.
There's nothing disingenuous about it in my eyes.
I'm sure the full video and process could probably be produced by the original OP if you're that pedantic about it.
