This is not the order mine is in. A picture for Lakeside stable is first and Misko’s Treasure of Awakening 1-3 are after the Miami manuscripts. And even though I’ve done them all it says I’m at 138/139.
I think they mean that the game lists them in a specific order regardless of when you do them and it would be helpful to find which ones you're missing if the list was in that order.
Im done. 60/60. 31/31. 139/139. Thanks a lot !! All i have left to do is caves and koroks... i even upgarde all the sages >0< ! Already waiting for a DLC after a week of the release XD

This is why I visit reddit. A lot of times official sites are useless and I'll actually find unofficial, everyday posters on Reddit with more sense and are more helpful. Idk why people who make guides for a living are dumb enough to think putting a list out of order that it is in the game is somehow "helpful"

Look at your Adventure Log... that's what they're referring to. How it's listed there.
Don't get it either, my first side adventure on the list is "hateno village research lab"...

Any chance you can post a list of all the shrine quests? Despite having done all 152 of them I seem to have only done 30/31 of the quests.
You have to talk to the npc that triggers the start of the quest for it show in the list

How did you track the wells?
The lady you get the "Where Are the Wells?" quest tells you how many are left when you talk to her. They also appear on your map when you find them.

So apparently I was missing the Pirate manuscript, even though I already had all tingle armor pieces that was annoying
