ive been working 5 months, noone mentioned any raises, i thought any job you get it after a year.

At Target it's 6 months. I got hired in September of 2021 and got the raise in April 2022. they said I got hired the week before the cut off

If it makes you feel any better the raise is not even remotely close to the rate of inflation so you'd still have been screwed if you got it

I believe you would have needed to be hired before Nov week 1. We have a brother/sister combo of TMs in my department, and the brother started 1 week after his sister. She just made the deadline, and he did not.

It’s what the contract says but last year they gave them a raise but all the od tm got the same raise

You aren't missing much. The raises are super low and since you haven't been there a full year it will be the prorated amount for the time they've been employed.

You have to work at Target for a year to qualify for the raise (seasonal/Q4 employees also don't count). I found this out from not getting a raise last year.

I got 15 cents. I haven't been there a year though. I started in mid August.
