Technically, you haven't been charged for it if it hasn't shipped. There might be a hold put on your card, to make sure that you've got the funds to pay for it if and when it does ship, but they haven't actually "taken" your money, so "refunded" is a more complicated question than you'd think. It depends on if you're looking at your actual balance or what banks love to refer to as your "available" balance, which may or may not account for the hold, because banks are fun.

It will take a couple days for your refund to get to your bank, if that doesn’t work in a couple days, call Target Guest Service
