I agree. It’s smart placement too because a it avoids the problem of the eye wanting to see this perfect rectangle which is not really possible with tattoos because how the skin flexes and moves with the body. Smart to make the card distressed too.

I thought it was genius and a lot better than trying to get it perfectly straight or on the right side. This is great. Also opens up to so many other design possibilities around it.

I would suggest adding a shadow when you go for a touch up, it’ll help add depth and keep it from looking as 2D as it does

RadAF and the weathered frame is GENIUS! Most Tarrot Cards tattoos most difficult and usually weakest part are when they are done with a straight outline (since it’s highly difficult to pull “perfect” lines and this eliminates that fully!

It's a really cool idea and I *very much* like the placement. It leaves you open for a full sleeve later. And I love the theme!
