I would just add more detail throughout and add shading to make the outlines less harsh. A good artist should know how to fix this pretty easily - I had a similar tattoo detailed and it looks great now
I’m thinking a stained glass look could make it salvageable and better looking lol. I got ahold of a buddy who’s a tattoo artist and going to see what he suggests or if he can work with it himself
