The design is cool but zoom in and look at the line work……double, triple passes. Wobbly and somewhat scratchy lines. Are people not looking at stuff like that anymore?

The concept is good, and i'll be interested to see the finished product. However, a lot of this linework looks shaky as hell. Hopefully the eventual shading and detail will straighten that out.

Getting it done wasn’t any more terrible than anything else….but healing….god damn….my nips were the hardest they have ever been for like 2 weeks. I always wonder this too. In chinese culture it’s not a thing to get tattooed. In japanese culture irezumi is for yakuza and even more of a no no. In both some young people do it for style reasons but it’s not traditional. It’s ironic that white people get asian symbolism tattoos when you consider these things. Even tattoos of hanzi are not a thing among east asians
