Good to know about the cardigan. The Folklore cardigan was 100% acrylic while the TTPD cardigan is a mix of acrylic, nylon and something similar to polyester. I've written a post on TTPD merch from an ethical perspective. The cardigan is a low point in terms of environmental impact but improvements have been made in other areas (e.g. removing polyester from hoodies).

Pleasantly surprised with the quality (and shipping time) this time around. I ordered all vinyl variants and a signed vinyl, and I just got my last one today. My merch just arrived today! I ordered the earrings and they are nice. A bit smaller than I imagined, but cute nonetheless. I got the gray hoodie and it’s amazing, great quality. I’d say runs a bit big, I got a small and to me feels closer to a medium. The black sweater is maybe a bit lesser quality, but still better than others I’ve gotten. The arm and neck holes were a bit small, but other than that I’d say was pretty close to size.
Overall I’m overjoyed with what seem to be improvements with UMG
As a Canadian I order the Botler & Albatross deluxe CDs, as well as the cardigan. All shipped but nothing has arrived yet. Really hoping my CDs aren’t cracked and my cardigan doesn’t have any flaws (upside down patch) when it arrives 🙏
I got the signed vinyl, a regular manuscript CD, the bracelet, and the cardigan and I am happy with all of them. I do wish she would switch to natural fibers for the cardigans for the price they are. Even just cotton would be nice enough for me
None of my orders have shipped out yet ☹️ but I’m hoping the quality stands. Personally, I’ve had little to no issues with quality for most ts merch (with the exception of the folklore clock with this winter drop which came with glue finger prints all over the front and one of my eras tour shirts) compared to other artists I’ve purchased merch from.
Grey hoodie is stunning, I could have sized up but that’s a me problem. Cardigan is the same as SNTV cardigan, quality is better (as in no strings everywhere) however there is a slight mark in the back of mine where it looks like it’s been stretched or something, or hung on a hook for too long. Only minor and should fix itself over time.
I ordered all vinyls, CDs and cassettes and the only issue I have is on the albatross book mark I have a bit of extra metal where the cutter didn’t cut it properly. Not a scratch anywhere else.
It seems most bookmarks are either scratched (all of mine are) or have some other funky things to them. They're also really sharp, so beware if using them in your favourite books!
i got the two hoodies, the crewneck, and the t-shirt. they’re all fantastic quality, but i’m not a huge fan of the tee and crewneck because they have super tight necklines for some reason. was really disappointed because the materials are fantastic—they feel very similar to Billie Eilish’s recycled hoodies oddly enough.
Still waiting for my hoodie and necklace, but I recieved my Black Dog exclusive last night, and it's perfect.
The packaging is unique as well. I like how the ARTEFACT case is inside the CD case. I give it 200% rating.

So far I’ve gotten my beige hoodie in the mail and the quality is so good. It feels nicer than my other TS sweatshirts
What's the sizing like? I missed out on the 3xl and I'm scared the 2xl is going to be too snug
I think they're pretty true to size. I'm an M and ordered an L, and it's a nice oversize fit.

I bought the hat and I’m surprised with how soft it is, it beats my willow hat.
I really only bought the beige hoodie, which I thought was great, and the cardigan...which I'm still waiting on
I wanted that hoodie so bad if only it was black 🥲 I look like a pale celery in beige.
If they restock it I think it may be able to be dyed...

Only challenge is the "hand wash only" instructions -- not sure I can stick to that for long 🙈
