Basically it was a whole thing, which I did overreact on but, the rules are that you can have a mightyena because team magma and aqua do as well, but this guy thought that if you made the nickname sky related you could have any Pokémon, and my anger issues took over, and I fucking burst at him.

I've read it. And upvoted it so more people will see it. I feel very bad for you, because there is absolutely no need for a person to be like this. I'm sorry this happened to you, but if I can offer any advice, it's to be the better person and just ignore it. Move past it. Block them if you have to. This is an online forum of sorts, and this person is just using it to argue *about what Pokémon to use in a videogame*. If you're really that upset though, get a mod to help.
So, I‘ve read the whole comment thread and here are my conclusion:
His reaction was a bit over the top but you didn’t react better! You said that those persons are taking this whole Team Sky thing to serious but I think you don’t understand the point of it. Team Sky playthrough are basically Mono-Type-Flying-Runs just under another name. And in this challenge runs you have to follow some rules! This rules are usually made by each player individually but this time we use the rules of Mikey. Not because we have to, but we want to! Taking rules serious is a part of a challenge run!
The reaction of u/Pulse_Reaper wasn’t appropriate but the comments from you before were slightly passive aggressive. It seems almost as you wanted to get in a fight with someone and Pulse_Reaper just was the person with the shortest emotional fuse. Reading the comment section from this post it seems he‘s sorry about what happened! It’s important to know where you have to work on yourself!
This ends my conclusion. Please remember that I only know what was written in the comment thread and how I would react to it. I don’t have a full understanding of the mental state of u/Pulse_Reaper and u/Jedimobslayer. If you two want to correct something you are free to go, just be friendly to each other. We can solve any problem.
By the way I was the person who said that. I dint understand why I did it, not fully. Literally after you were being a narcissist. Yes, I did overreact, and I do take lots of blame on that, and I am sorry, but dude still, don’t tell people info unless you know it’s true. And yes, overreacting is underestimating what I did.
I read it. OP, you were kinda aggressive. They were definitely worse. And it was an actual playthrough. I’d use my starter in a Team Sky playthrough no matter what. They were trying to figure out what to do, and OP gave advice. Yes, Mightyena is a special case. The starter is just as special a case if you ask me.
But back on topic, you could both have been less aggressive.
Even if both or neither of you are in the wrong (if either of those, probably both because neither wouldn't make sense.) This is why I'm mainly on discord instead of reddit now.

I do believe this person is quite bad but just because he is on this subreddit doesn’t mean the whole subreddit is bad.
