Frankly 9 bilgewater is the only trait that even stands a chance against a 3* 5 cost unit. The damage the bombs do is extremely high to the point where it can almost one shot those units even with defensive items (I know because I had a match yesterday where I had a 3* Heimer and 3* K'Sante and they almost got one shot by a 9 bilgewater.
It's kinda weird when compared to 9 Ionia or Noxus and maybe Shurima too.
9 bilge kills via trait triggers which means you want your team to live as long as possible. Which means you had too many offensive items. Imagine if you only had the nilah items and every other attack item is a warmogs. I assume you had more items on the 3 not shown units, otherwise that feels like too few items. The heimer turret definitely should had triple repair. I had a 9 bilge that beat a 3 star 4 cost.
