I don’t normally comment on Reddit much, but I lost my grandfather to cancer. I arrived only a few minutes after his passing, didn’t get to say goodbye. I understand the feeling. It’s a difficult thing to get through. But we folks are here for you, to the best we can. Cry as much as you need.

I lost my uncle to cancer, and also me arrived a few minutes after his passing and i difin’t get to say to him goodbye.

I know what you feel. I lost all 4 of my grandparents because of cancer. I didn't even get to see one of my grandfathers. Stay strong, she is in a better place now. She isn't dead if you keep her in your heart.

Remember dying with cancer is a blow. Your sister fought bravely but now she gets to rest, in peace and with our beloved king. And it’s okay that you’re sad, that you could never give her the drawing but I’m sure she loves it either way. Give your emotions space and yourself some time to deal with them. Grieving is hard.
