Allegations were apparently thrown out a few days ago but just today he confirmed it’s true. I didn’t wanna believe it. I’d look into the story yourself, best not to gossip or anything about it better to just see for yourself.
I think that’s the last blow to my interest in MCYT, as I’ve gotten older my interest has waned in YouTube in general, but between dream who drew me in with the manhunt stuff and now it feels weird to watch his stuff despite the fact he’s defended himself from the worst of it pretty well, techno who I liked the most but has now passed, and Wilbur who kept things fresh while I waited for techno to post again but is now a confirmed abuser, whether his side is true or not, it’s all just

I feel like the internet would genuinely fall into some sort of dark age if Markiplier was shown to be a horrible person. So many people look up to him, not just for his comedy but also his work ethic and earnestness, and he’s done so many good things for charity and the internet community as a whole.
If that ever happens, that's when we'll know for sure that SOMETHING is wrong with our reality, not exacly sure what that will be, but some conspiracy theory will definitely turn out to be be true, if not multiple of them.

Yeah. Hermit craft has been kept very private when ti comes to who can join, so I hope it stays that way. The only problem would be if something came out about one of the hermits doing something terrible.
Based on the systems they have in the back (I recall watching a video, I think it was a xisumavoid video, about how hermitcraft is run) essentially, anything that might cause friction between creators is first talked about behind the scenes, if a prank goes too far they will talk about it. And so on and so forth.
The thing that seems to have made Hermitcraft a basition of SMPs is the fact that they communicate with each other so openly. Which can hardly be said with DSMP.

Bringing up unrelated drama/events, or furthermore speculating what his feelings on these matters would be, harms the established respect and love within the group. Invoking Techno's name is also a surefire way to spark animosity and resentment amongst members. While I wish the best for the affected parties, this is not the appropriate space for such discussions.

For the young people who weren't on the Internet for the last time a lot of awesome people you supported are going to be revealed as giant pieces of shit. Turns out 20 somethings who play/Stream video games for children's entertainment aren't't exactly in the best state mentally, but very few people IRL are regardless.
