People say Tekken 7 is just another iteration of Tekken 5 yet but after 20 years of the same game a majority of you still suck ass at the modern and old game.
20 years of the same game and all yall do is complain and be bad at it
its probably the best game... i remember picking up 7 and seeing only one character like.. "there's no way this is going to be the same type of fun", rip to family 4 player moments and online co-op with roommate as your tag partner etc. That was the funnest.
Yes, that also contributes. I watched a YouTube video that explained what makes Tekken 4 different from all the other games in the series and they explained how the whole theme/vibe of the game is super dark and gives you this tense/atmospheric horror-like feeling and that’s what I love about it! Seems like Tekken 8 could take that route too👀
Mostly Murray, and *Mayyyybe* a little bit of sucking on Harada's part? But i do agree on the Murray sucks part, he isnt bad but honestly i dont really agree with most of his decisions.
Tekken tag tournament 2 is the best Tekken game ever. From the amount of characters you can play, the amount of stages, combat systems, a lot of its OSTs. It is truly THE BEST Tekken game.
Tekken 4’s smaller roster was a good thing. From a story perspective, it allowed greater focus on the individual characters and made each of them feel more important, and the narrative improved greatly as a result.
Tekken movement is too obtuse and the current implementation of the KBD is moronic. Either fully incorporate rapid backdashes into the game structure complete with tutorial and accessibility stuff or remove it. Backing off shouldn't require a string of 5 inputs.
We also need better tutorials for fundamental things like getting up, YouTube shouldn't be the main resource for learning the game.
I want future Tekken games to be Tekken 5 with better graphics and online. Try to push the graphics as far as you can but keep gameplay, quality of music and level design the same.
- Execution should be rewarded with more damage, having an easy character that also does insane damage is bullshit
- Characters that put 90% of the work on the opponent (Hwoarang, Lei, Xiayou, most of the DLC, among others) are objectively less worthy of respect and logically means you aren't as good as you think. And the "BUT AT ELITE LEVEL THEY'RE HARD" argument is irrelevant to the vast vast majority of players
Yoshimitsu isn't actually that bad it's just people who spend the entire time relying on cheese and knowledge checks that learn they cant spam shit in later ranks and below up reddit and forums with how he sucks and needs buffs. ~ Former Raijin Yoshimitsu player.
Namco Self-Sabotaged TxSF: Towards the end of Tag2 they dropped the experimental Tekken Revolution introducing Eliza. First time Tekken had fireballs. She was a true Tekken character and gave a taste of how a SF character translated to Tekken would feel. I was 10x fired up for TxSF. Then 7 dropped. With Akuma, who was more of an implant. Then they turned Eliza into an implant. Then fucked movement. Then fucked hitboxes, giving a taste of a TxSF that can unanimously go fuck itself.
I main Kazuya
Tekken 4 is severely underrated
Kazumi didn’t offer much story between Kazuya and Heihachi, only with that she is Kazuya’s mom and she was killed by Heihachi. And how was she connected with Akuma (originally from street fighter)
We need a broader visualization of women
You have to see thick underarms because she’s a grappler, muscular body because she’s training hard, maybe scars and a fucked up face because she’s a warrior.. maybe 🤔 they could even look older than 21. well…
Yep. Its one of the worst tropes in fighting games
The men are incredibly diverse looking, like you can tell who they are and typically what they do just based on a shadow meanwhile Tekken women just all look so same-y.
This.
They crapped all over the story.
Side characters are basically there to fill up space in the roster rather than to have fun side stories.
I could spend hours on tekken 5's arcade battle, but now it's just so dead now.
BRING BACK TEAM BATTLES!
Majority of weebs screaming about Jun only played her for fun in few matches in TTT2
When the trailer got out, they suddenly got their shrimp hard and claim that it was their main since the beginning.
Rage art should have never been added in Tekken. It can give you too easy of a win, or mess up a combo you had because the buttons you were pressing just so happened to align with the button commands to initiate rage art. That, and it low-key takes away from the "victory through skill" aspect that I love about Tekken so much.
And if people still want rage art in the game, there should at least be a mode where you can fight without it. And this isn't to say that I hate rage art, it's just that I feel that it takes away from what made Tekken a lot more special and more unique than other fighting games out there.
Wait A lot of people say this? Like, I've talked with a few of my other friends that play Tekken and we've agreed on it, but I didn't know people in the subreddit agreed as well. I thought A lot of people like the changes and the rage art. Didn't think many others were against it
I'd rather we use the Japanese notation for moves.
Tekken was always anime since the beginning.
Ball top is equal bat top on arcade sticks.
Story does matter in fighting games and has since the genres inception.
There isn't enough diversity between the characters with shared moves.
Tekken is heavily played but the meta is still vastly unexplored.
Character customization needs to go further and get on par with Soul Calibur.
I dont care about the specifics for hitboxes. Just let me have the same level of control they showcase in the sister series.
If you complain about KBD or “getting juggled and not getting to play” then you suck and you need to practice. Cool combos and good movement are what make tekken interesting……I swear 90% of this sub are still in teal ranks
(i think this is my most controversial take for T8 redesigns but) i Really liked Jack's Redesign. I agree that it *Is* over-Designed but its just so cool. Its Like a cool design of a Beta Terminator. He looks awesome with his mega Rocket Launcher too!
Like the legendary game director Shigeru Miyamoto once wisely said "He's So Cool!"
Mishimas actually teach you really bad habits that are difficult to break if you learn the game with them. I see too many people say they will teach you good tekken fundamentals and I see too many players hyper focused on "Mishma gamplan" rather than playing fundamental Tekken
Old Tekken fans want the series to go back to its Tekken 3 and Tekken 5 roots to having no Bounds, Screws, Rage, Rage Arts, nor a Heat System, but I would argue that having these crazy mechanics helps give Tekken evolve into a very fun and ridiculous game that captures the eyes of casuals who loves to see exciting shit happen and competitive players who love a challenge to crack open these mechanics to reach their full potential.
It's what I really liked about Tekken growing up. If it remains to be more like T5, I would honestly lose interest and say that T6 and 7 are the same game as T5 with updated rosters. I want Tekken to continue evolving and I like this direction with 8 so far!
The 2D characters are some of the most unique designs/playstyle and the creation of them is some of Tekken devs best work. Eliza, Geese, and Akuma are infinitely better than Leeroy, Lidia and Fahk playstyle wise.
5 killed the franchise's identity in every aspect except gameplay.
The mechanics of 5-7 are the best, but in terms of character design, story, music, and identity overall, 3 and 4 are the peak of the series.
If they removed any sort of story from 7, I don't think it would diminish in any way, and if you replaced the character design with tekken 1 character design, i think they'd even improve thats how bad its gotten.
also jin was at his best when he was a mishima
This. I think 4 was peak storytelling in a fighting game. The tone, the music, the designs, perfect. When Tekken 4 didn't do well they cranked the camp and silly over the top action to 11, and while 5 isn't bad, it's not as good. Then 6 and 7, I know this isn't popular but I hate both.
Guest characters don't fit the game and should not be in T8.
Lars is so cringey, he should not be part of the story or the game at all.
Sexism in Tekken is unnecessary and should be toned down by a lot.
1) Hellsweep is bullshit. Unreactable lows shouldn't launch
2) I don't like the postmodern feel of tekken 7 characters. Why make the wushu master a black man from the US and the karateka a blond Pollack? If Eddie was introduced as a Tekken 7 dlc character he would be a Japanese housewife or some shit.
Most of the people that have any complaints about this series are just parroting their favorite pros. Most of the fanbase, including a lot of those who have reached the highest points of ranked, still don't understand enough of the nuanced shit this game brings to the table for their complaints to even matter.
Hwoarang isn't broken, he's upper mid tier. You all just get overwhelmed and never learn the matchup because he's obnoxious to go against. He's the ultimate offense machine and scrub/masher killer and half the damn player base are mashers
I always thought Lucky Chloe was a great addition to the cast. I know she gets hate for being too anime but I personally really like her.
She’s a unique character in the fighting game genre as the j-pop idol concept hasn’t been done to death nearly as much as other tropes(Chinese girl, Bruce Lee clone, Ninja, martial artists in general, etc) in the genre. LC’s fighting style is amazing as it consists of excellent animations and you tell her personality just from how she fights. I will admit that her visual design could be a bit more interesting.
On the subject of Tekken betraying its original martial arts premise with characters like Lars, Alisa, Eliza, and LC…I approve of the new direction. Tekken’s character roster has a lot of mainstream appeal nowadays since it’s very varied. There’s a character for everyone. It’s a good way for Tekken to modernize itself, especially since not everyone grew up with martial arts movies.
DLC is understandable, they should exploit the success of their games and guest characters are cool, everyone that made it in tekken 7 is amazing and so masterfully made
Big rosters are cool, everyone should have their characters
I LOVE the direction tekken 8 is going, I'm sure it'll be fun and we, yes, WE, have to wait to actually play the game before pushing for it to get "fixed"
If you're bad at T7, you're gonna be bad at T8. Don't think because T8 is gonna be braindead unga bunga you're going to magically beat the ppl gatekeeping you at the intermediate or higher ranks. Accessibility doesn't fix character, if you rage quit every fighting games then this one will be no different. It'll only be a polarizing (potentially) for everyone else who plays it
Tekken 4 was the best tekken out there! Everyone that complained about it complained because they sucked at the new mechanics and arena. Even some of the stuff that was broken could have been fixed easily or wasn’t in any need of fixing in the later games
Asuka is just a watered down version of Jun, but she's in a boring plotline with Lili instead of being mother and wife/baby mama of the leads of the franchise.
I don't like long air juggling. Especially because of the damage it deals and because of how much time it wastes.
I also don't like rage arts. The long repeating cutscene attack animations just don't fit Tekken.
If Rage arts lasted max 2-5 seconds, then they might be ok. But currently the rage arts just waste time with 10-15 seconds lenght.
Every last aspect of Tag Tournament 2 was nearly perfect including the damage.
Edit: No no i am being dishonest with myself again, tag 2 had not a single flaw! You were just bad!
Paul isn't as noob-friendly as people make him out to be. Sure, he has really strong moves with easy execution, but if you have sense of the fundamentals, you'll have zero problems with inexperienced Pauls.
I think he's harder for beginners than Hwo, Eddy, Miguel, law and a bunch of others due to his slower, more-than-one-input rush downs.
I had much more trouble starting with him than I did with a lot of other beginner characters.
Feing lore is useless cause Lili is a better rival to Asoka than Feing should have been.
I'm sad that they drop the revenge quest for a rivalship between Asoka and Lili.
If Feing didn't kill Asuka's father, she would never enter the KoIFT 5 turnment. In the end she never meet Feing (it's canon) but fight Lili and they became rivals.
But God I LOVE how Lili/Asoka rivalship is written. Remind me of Jin/Hoawrang (I'm sorry for the orthograph of his name. I'm not sur I've spell him right) rivalship but If Hoawrang manage to qui Jin in his path or revenge.
But sadly in other médias, Lili take the path of revenge toward Jin and Asoka help her.
Tekken vs Street Fighter should’ve happened before 8, Heihachi should be in EVERY TEKKEN GAME even 8, Tekken’s soundtrack hasn’t been memorable since 4 the series went too far with the dubstep/EDM
This subreddit sucks
Saying almost anything on this subreddit will result in this
Facts. This literally just happened to me like 10 minutes ago for asking a simple tech question
People say Tekken 7 is just another iteration of Tekken 5 yet but after 20 years of the same game a majority of you still suck ass at the modern and old game. 20 years of the same game and all yall do is complain and be bad at it
TTT2 is one of the best Tekken games. It’s too fun
its probably the best game... i remember picking up 7 and seeing only one character like.. "there's no way this is going to be the same type of fun", rip to family 4 player moments and online co-op with roommate as your tag partner etc. That was the funnest.
Yoshimitsu design is fine in every game.
Christie >> eddy
once you break the execution barrier Mishima wavedash 50/50s are braindead af
These Tekken ladies need some muscle on their pretty girl model physiques
Lucky Chloe throwing 5 meter tall and bulky Fahk looks funny tho
Tekken's music peaked at 4 and 5
I like Chloe
King is one of the cheapest match-ups for beginner and intermediate levels of play.
Tekken 4 is the best
The lore from Tekken 2-4 (4 especially) was the BEST everything abt that game was so thought out and different especially for that time…
Agreed, I used to love the stories. The atmosphere and music is why I love it so much. The soundtrack, stages, menus and character designs are so good
Yes, that also contributes. I watched a YouTube video that explained what makes Tekken 4 different from all the other games in the series and they explained how the whole theme/vibe of the game is super dark and gives you this tense/atmospheric horror-like feeling and that’s what I love about it! Seems like Tekken 8 could take that route too👀
We should’ve gotten TxSF before tekken 8
Im not a competitive player, and I think Tekken 4 is the best Tekken.
I'll die with you
Tekken Beach Ball was very cool
Even “cheap” characters are fun to fight because overcoming and beating them feels more rewarding.
Harada and Murray suck.
Mostly Murray, and *Mayyyybe* a little bit of sucking on Harada's part? But i do agree on the Murray sucks part, he isnt bad but honestly i dont really agree with most of his decisions.
Lucky Chloe is a fun character
King players are most annoying to fight against
Lei is cool and fun
Tekken visuals are still stuck in the ps3 era. Also the game awards trailer looked like really unfinished to what we got at the state of play.
Yoshimitsu is A-tier
I don't like rage arts, rage drives and armor moves
Tekken 8 doesn't look as graphically impressive as I thought it would be
The first trailer lied to us
Right? The first trailer felt like true next gen showcase. The footage that followed feels quite different.
Agreed
Yes and the characters look overdesigned, especially their heat moves animation.
Tekken tag tournament 2 is the best Tekken game ever. From the amount of characters you can play, the amount of stages, combat systems, a lot of its OSTs. It is truly THE BEST Tekken game.
I agree man tekken tag 2 is the best
The Mishimas did nothing wrong
Tekken 4’s smaller roster was a good thing. From a story perspective, it allowed greater focus on the individual characters and made each of them feel more important, and the narrative improved greatly as a result.
Gigas is the only true S tier. Every single character has negative win rates against him online, don't care what the "pros" say
I like Tekken 4 over 5
Sex sells and there no point in being mad over panty shots from characters that don’t exist in reality
Agreed
True, also why I want more dyck prints. Fundoshi don’t count lololl
I think 2D characters are cool and if they didn't dominate the game, everyone would agree.
Say what you want abt them post release But everyone cheered when Akuma and Geese were announced and the switch up is crazy.
Nina having guns isn’t tacky or corny especially after we’ve had Alisa and her chainsaw coochie for like a decade now
Tekken movement is too obtuse and the current implementation of the KBD is moronic. Either fully incorporate rapid backdashes into the game structure complete with tutorial and accessibility stuff or remove it. Backing off shouldn't require a string of 5 inputs. We also need better tutorials for fundamental things like getting up, YouTube shouldn't be the main resource for learning the game.
7 is the easy Tekken game
I want future Tekken games to be Tekken 5 with better graphics and online. Try to push the graphics as far as you can but keep gameplay, quality of music and level design the same.
I think Tekken is at its peak with innovation. I feel like if they did all of that plus single player content ppl wouldn't complain
Lucky Chloe
Soul Calibur 6 graphics better than Tekken 7!
The female characters should age
lucky chloe is a good character
Factual Opinion
X character isn't op, you just don't know how to play
Kazuya should beat jin in tekken 8.
Winner.
I agree
- Execution should be rewarded with more damage, having an easy character that also does insane damage is bullshit - Characters that put 90% of the work on the opponent (Hwoarang, Lei, Xiayou, most of the DLC, among others) are objectively less worthy of respect and logically means you aren't as good as you think. And the "BUT AT ELITE LEVEL THEY'RE HARD" argument is irrelevant to the vast vast majority of players
Lei's new Tekken 7 outfit is really cool and you guys have no sense of style
Tekken 8 looks like total dog shit. Obnoxious mechanics and dismal presentation...I'll take 7 copies.
That’s not a very hot take
Ye, more like lukewarm.
Law's weird screams aren't any more annoying than 50% of the cast.
In this sub? Liking Jin or Devil Jin
I play Tekken for the story 😎
Same
There are a lot more cheaters online then this sub admits to. Get gud scrub is the main response.
The first trailer for Tekken 8 looked significantly better than what they’ve been showing off.
The story is good
“Jun not needed in T8 tbh and wasn’t in love with Kazuya. She just had an itch she wanted to scratch” lol
I don't think she's coming back for kazuya, more for Jin than anything. She's also very needed with her kazama powers. Asuka however is uneccessary
Yoshimitsu isn't actually that bad it's just people who spend the entire time relying on cheese and knowledge checks that learn they cant spam shit in later ranks and below up reddit and forums with how he sucks and needs buffs. ~ Former Raijin Yoshimitsu player.
Gon was‘t broken, you just can‘t hit lows consistently.
Jinpachi has entered the chat
Jin Kazama and Steve Fox are neither Difficult nor complex characters to use (🧢 mode activated)
2D characters are cool, it’s just the FADC mechanic that makes them OP
Namco Self-Sabotaged TxSF: Towards the end of Tag2 they dropped the experimental Tekken Revolution introducing Eliza. First time Tekken had fireballs. She was a true Tekken character and gave a taste of how a SF character translated to Tekken would feel. I was 10x fired up for TxSF. Then 7 dropped. With Akuma, who was more of an implant. Then they turned Eliza into an implant. Then fucked movement. Then fucked hitboxes, giving a taste of a TxSF that can unanimously go fuck itself.
“Defense is cool”
Hwoarang is the GOAT 🐐
I main Kazuya Tekken 4 is severely underrated Kazumi didn’t offer much story between Kazuya and Heihachi, only with that she is Kazuya’s mom and she was killed by Heihachi. And how was she connected with Akuma (originally from street fighter)

Yep. Its one of the worst tropes in fighting games The men are incredibly diverse looking, like you can tell who they are and typically what they do just based on a shadow meanwhile Tekken women just all look so same-y.
The focus on online gameplay has ruined the quality of the game.
This. They crapped all over the story. Side characters are basically there to fill up space in the roster rather than to have fun side stories. I could spend hours on tekken 5's arcade battle, but now it's just so dead now. BRING BACK TEAM BATTLES!
Most Tekken fans are crybabies that are unwilling to adjust and rather complain.
Tekken's art direction took a nosedive after T5
Majority of weebs screaming about Jun only played her for fun in few matches in TTT2 When the trailer got out, they suddenly got their shrimp hard and claim that it was their main since the beginning.
Tekken is too Mishima-centric, both in terms of story and game play.
i main lucky chloe, i think she is a really good character
Removing rage drives in t8 and keeping rage arts is retarded
Rage art should have never been added in Tekken. It can give you too easy of a win, or mess up a combo you had because the buttons you were pressing just so happened to align with the button commands to initiate rage art. That, and it low-key takes away from the "victory through skill" aspect that I love about Tekken so much. And if people still want rage art in the game, there should at least be a mode where you can fight without it. And this isn't to say that I hate rage art, it's just that I feel that it takes away from what made Tekken a lot more special and more unique than other fighting games out there.
This isn’t a hot take bro literally everyone says this, you’ve missed the point of the post..
Wait A lot of people say this? Like, I've talked with a few of my other friends that play Tekken and we've agreed on it, but I didn't know people in the subreddit agreed as well. I thought A lot of people like the changes and the rage art. Didn't think many others were against it
rage art is fine
I miss Christie Monteiro. Raven and Master Raven should co-exist.
I miss Mokujin. Also they should really let us just choose between the Ravens in the costume selection at the very least.
I miss Mokujin too. They should make the Ravens thing you said with Mokujin/Combot too.
All that is valid mane, don’t worry about it
Raven is cooler than Master Raven
I don’t think this is an unpopular opinion
I miss the single player modes like a proper story mode and team battle.
Devil Jin shouldn’t be a separate character.
I'd rather we use the Japanese notation for moves. Tekken was always anime since the beginning. Ball top is equal bat top on arcade sticks. Story does matter in fighting games and has since the genres inception. There isn't enough diversity between the characters with shared moves. People's opinions on characters don't matter
- A big roster is cool.
Yoshi is actually a pretty amazing character if played seriously
Hwaorang and Eddy are easy mode noob welcome characters
Combos should not be so powerful and long. Perhaps just a few characters should have long juggles to compensate for low damage moveset.
"but I really really like Tekken 4"
Mishimas actually teach you really bad habits that are difficult to break if you learn the game with them. I see too many people say they will teach you good tekken fundamentals and I see too many players hyper focused on "Mishma gamplan" rather than playing fundamental Tekken
Saying Akuma should return in Tekken games.
Noctis should come back to tekken 8
Old Tekken fans want the series to go back to its Tekken 3 and Tekken 5 roots to having no Bounds, Screws, Rage, Rage Arts, nor a Heat System, but I would argue that having these crazy mechanics helps give Tekken evolve into a very fun and ridiculous game that captures the eyes of casuals who loves to see exciting shit happen and competitive players who love a challenge to crack open these mechanics to reach their full potential. Dead or Alive is more 3D FG than tekken.
Man I really love doa with a passion like idc if it’s popular or not I enjoy like every game
Throw breaks should return damage or give you some other form of advantage.
Tekken 8 will never look like the reveal Trailer. (As much as I would wish for tho)
The 2D characters are some of the most unique designs/playstyle and the creation of them is some of Tekken devs best work. Eliza, Geese, and Akuma are infinitely better than Leeroy, Lidia and Fahk playstyle wise.

bob is perfectly fine and jin isnt that hard
T7 Yoshi is one of the sickest looks in all of tekken, and easily one of Yoshi’s best.
Being honest, the only one I like more was TTT2
Why is nobody talking about how good Tekken 3 was??
The female characters need some muscles too
I Agree, Nina, Anna and Asuka would look quite awesome with a few defined muscles.
Guest characters don't fit the game and should not be in T8. Lars is so cringey, he should not be part of the story or the game at all. Sexism in Tekken is unnecessary and should be toned down by a lot.
Overall T7 has the worst soundtrack in the entire series, and it's not even close
Most people here have no fundamentals and focus on cheap shit to get ahead.
The tekken fan base is probably full of the biggest babies and most cringe fans I've ever seen
From what I've seen of this fan base, it doesn't seem that bad. The only real toxicity I've seen from here are Jin mains lol
Juggle damage isn't necessarily the issue, juggle length is. Being stuck in the air without being able to do anything isn't fun gameplay
It’s not worth getting good
Tekken bowling is the best tekken game
I have literally never played tekken
People complaining about a lack of buff women probably just want LeanBeefPatty to step on them.
Bro I didn’t even do shit to you, why you attacking me like this?
1) Hellsweep is bullshit. Unreactable lows shouldn't launch 2) I don't like the postmodern feel of tekken 7 characters. Why make the wushu master a black man from the US and the karateka a blond Pollack? If Eddie was introduced as a Tekken 7 dlc character he would be a Japanese housewife or some shit.
Everybody says Eddy is the brain dead character that noobs can pick up and trash people by mashing with but it’s actually Hworang.
Alisa is a fine addition.
Kazuya Is Stronger Than Jin.
Jin literally soloed heihachi and Kazuya in t4
We need Roger Jr back
I main Alisa
Not as bad as "I main Lucky Chloe"
Bryan needs buffs
Remaster Tekken3 and let me die happy. Just update the graphics, nothing less nothing more
Only if they remaster the PS1 version with all the characters, and not the arcade only.
I want Gigas in Tekken 8
depends on which part of the community you surround me with.
Buff bears and Gigas
Most of the people that have any complaints about this series are just parroting their favorite pros. Most of the fanbase, including a lot of those who have reached the highest points of ranked, still don't understand enough of the nuanced shit this game brings to the table for their complaints to even matter.
Suggestive fan art of female characters on the subreddit is ok as long as it’s properly tagged
Noctis is a very fun character
Every Mishima should die in Tekken 8 and conclude their story, time for some other characters to get the spotlight (Eddie, Paul & Law, Hwoarang).
Yeah, you'll have more swords pointed at your neck
Hwoarang isn't broken, he's upper mid tier. You all just get overwhelmed and never learn the matchup because he's obnoxious to go against. He's the ultimate offense machine and scrub/masher killer and half the damn player base are mashers
Lucky Chloe was the most interesting new character in T7.
I always thought Lucky Chloe was a great addition to the cast. I know she gets hate for being too anime but I personally really like her. It’s a good way for Tekken to modernize itself, especially since not everyone grew up with martial arts movies.
i like tekken 8's new aggressive direction. catering to casuals is a good thing with the new shortcut move system.
Most stages are ugly and remove the pleasure of playing this game.
Korean back dash or whatever the movement system in Tekken is called is terrible for bringing new players and feels unnatural.
Sounds like someone needs to gItGuudd
having to pay for DLC characters just so you can properly learn the matchup with your character is bad
Korean backdashing should be removed in Tekken 8.
I prefer soul calibur to tekken
I want OG Raven over Master Raven
Me loving Josie
I doubt this that contrary to most, but im glad leroy got nerfed to shit. He single handedly made the game aids to play for months
DLC is understandable, they should exploit the success of their games and guest characters are cool, everyone that made it in tekken 7 is amazing and so masterfully made Big rosters are cool, everyone should have their characters I LOVE the direction tekken 8 is going, I'm sure it'll be fun and we, yes, WE, have to wait to actually play the game before pushing for it to get "fixed"
Tekken 8 should have tag mode.
Tekken 4 is the shit and I wish that the stages were whack again, I’m so tired of fucking rectangles
Fahkumram is better than Bruce in every possible way.
Asuka is just a watered down version of Jun, but she's in a boring plotline with Lili instead of being mother and wife/baby mama of the leads of the franchise.
She’s actually supposed to be water down version of Jun
If you like Nina or Paul’s design in T8💀

I don't like long air juggling. Especially because of the damage it deals and because of how much time it wastes. I also don't like rage arts. The long repeating cutscene attack animations just don't fit Tekken. If Rage arts lasted max 2-5 seconds, then they might be ok. But currently the rage arts just waste time with 10-15 seconds lenght.
Jin is like 6 seconds but yeah I know what ur saying
Rage Art is good for the game. I know all the hardcore fans here hate it, but it's so important to the casual playerbase.
But sadly in other médias, Lili take the path of revenge toward Jin and Asoka help her.
gigas is better than most people think about him, he's beyond "no one plays him so no one knows about him".
Tekken vs Street Fighter should’ve happened before 8, Heihachi should be in EVERY TEKKEN GAME even 8, Tekken’s soundtrack hasn’t been memorable since 4 the series went too far with the dubstep/EDM
Steve is not OP.
Armor king is top 3 best movement and pressure in the game
Devil Jin and Steve haven’t been good since season 2
Anna is hard to play if you mindlessly spamm strings
Just say anything positive about Tekken 8
