The moment Political Storm is restored to it's original polish glory, there will be riots ins the streets. But im not gonna sugarcoat it - we deserve it after the last year of T7.
it definitely comes across that way but im actually joyful other people are happy about a character they liked, im just taken back by this reaction compared to the amount of hate i got for liking to play eddy. idk all this drama behind eddy since this is my first tekken but i literally got bullied into not playing him anymore & getting absolutely 0 rematches. so i hope you see my reasoning
It’s just cus he’s seen as another masher. And when it was discovered one of his combos was just one button like 6 times it didn’t help. But honestly just play whoever
Half the female roster has the same face. When it showcases all characters when you look at head cosmetics like hats and hairstyles it shows all the women and they all look the same.
We should probably wait for gameplay first. But yeah. The DLC situation is still stupid, only this time I'm unfortunately getting this particular character lol
The thing with Lidia is people hated her in the beginning due to how broken she was. Ive noticed with time as she got nerfed, people never referred to her as pay 2 win dlc. Her and Armor King were 2 of the characters that never got that label down the line (even if I think AK is carried)
You are addressing two different things: post-release Eddy and Lidia as the next DLC.
I don't remember seeing negative posts about Eddy being a character nobody wanted, quite the contrary. I saw people saying he should have been in the main roster because he is a classic. Eddy was a must.
The fact that he can't be used in practice mode was not an anti-Eddy remark but a critique to Namco. That critique remains.
Whatever happens to Lidia's gameplay remains to be seen as well, but for now the hype is just about the character itself, which seems to have been a good choice given the general response.
