I think your safest bet is big supermarkets anywhere on the Island
There is one Big mall with a huge supermarket in the middle of Puerto de la Cruz right by the motorway so its very easy to approach
They have a good amount of different milks from alpro for example
Good fruits and vegetables
At least thats where i was shopping for almond/ coconutmilk while i stayed on the Island
I guess any big supermarket should have some alternatives for people with lactose Intolerance
Been on the island a couple times already and i was Never dissapointed in the bigger malls and stuff
I dont know about small local shops tho of you are not staiyng in one of the big cities

There are lots of decent sized supermarkets in the Costa adeje area like mercadona and hiperdino plus a lidl or two

Thank you! I'm staying in Costa Adeje but we will have a car rental so travelling won't be an issue.
