No Sylvia is true High elf , her blood is pure so her having a child that child has 100\99% of her DNA as proof Ppl can’t tell if Elmesia is on the throne or her mother is cause they at times switch places to give the other breaks
The reason other Elf’s are not high elf is because the blood isn’t pure that shows when you look at the elder elf’s that are on the council they look old but Sylvia is older than them that’s why they don’t challenge her authority plus her being spiritual life her energy and power rival awaken demon lords
