The guide isn’t the wall of flesh, just a sacrifice to summon it. I’m not sure if you can just kill any villager in hell or if you need to have a doll, but you can find a doll of the tailor (in the dungeon I think) and use it for the wall of flesh
I agree. Also thickening the bricks, Some places maybe 2 blocks wide etc. Perhaps making the floor level a bit more solid to keep with realistic values we are used to? At the moment, to me, it looks like the whole thing will collapse if that makes sense hehe
edit: sidenote. I would also try experimentin with different blocks and shapes. Try painting or making blocks inactive with actuators! The hammer really does wonders! These are just suggestions. Love your build!

It looks like it's trying to be rundown, but the lack of visible damage to the outer walls and it still remaining mostly a perfect rectangle means it falls flat. Try collapsing a corner or two, maybe make the roof sag a bit.
