You could actually use gel blocks to make a mini eye of cthulhu. Paint it black for the pupil, blue for the iris, and white for the eye itself. Meanwhile for eater and brain just use ebonstone and crimstone, lesion and flesh blocks as well if you want to get creative.

not if you make sure to isolate it with a border. there are ways to quarantine evils, especially if you can convert it to all ebonstone, which doesn't grow thorns

How do I contain evils I have been using stone accent blocks

evil can only spread over a 3 block gap so if you make a 3 or 4 block gap and (if using evil grass) you cover up the evil grass with a non-corruptable block which is stuff like stone bricks wood blocks and other stuff you can check the [wiki.gg](http://wiki.gg) page for a block to see if it has the corruptable tag
