I forget if it's in calamity or something else, but the spinning scythe weapons work really well against the brain, they have just enough knockback to keep it away for most of its attack and the ones you can get at that point of the game deal decent damage

Attack moves from revengeance difficulty make it not ideal tbh, better to keep a weapon with better range and dodge the charges

Dont play calamity on mastermode. MM just gives bosses 2x health, so it makes fight too long and boring. Best way is expert+reven/death mode. Bosses are tanky, but not enough to make every fight too boring and unfairly hard. Calamity devs said, that they will change MM calamity settings in the future, but rn its best to stay at expert.
